Hotel Arcea Palacio De Las Nieves

The location was good for me and so was the room . The restaurant is very poor for evening dinners I think they cater for lunches. Staff very nice .

Not really a 4 star hotel.. Conversations from a neighboring room heard distinctly past midnight.. could hear separate words. really suitable only for those with a car, as the hotel is located on a hill in a small town.

Splendid old hotel. In good condition, perhaps the more affordable rooms need a refresh (our last minute deal was incredible). Employees were great, very cheerful and helped us throughout the stay. It was a short stay, we didn’t make use of the restaurant though the food looked good and we saw happy faces. I would recommend the hotel, also, enquire directly at the hotel for the best rate. You’d be surprised! The spa was being overhauled when we visited, another time!
