Hosteria De Torazo Nature Hotel & Spa

We have been here before, but this time, it was a worse experience: small room, overlooking car park with a view if you opened the window and leaned over to the right. This time we had to choose breakfast upfront. Last time the breakfast was buffet style and quite nice- not sure about this time. Last time, the dinner was awful and the wine, cheap and thin with an acrod taste. The best thing about the Hotel is the Spa - it is really very good. Shame that the rest of the hotel is so mediocre. I would not come back again, and actually feel like I have been ripped off.

We went to the Spa and had lunch and we had a great time. It was a gift, but I believe it was good value. The spa is really nice with a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a pool with several streams of water. We were extremely lucky and we had the spa for ourselves so it was very relaxing. They offer tea and water inside the spa. We ate the daily menu and it was good. The first dish was the best one (a sort of beef wrap). 100% recommend.

What a disaster, the spa is cold, we booked for an hour and a half but like the other eight people left after less than an hour to have a hot bath in the room. Only to find there is no hot water in the room. The receptionist when I finally get hold of her tells me the boiler had switched off and hoped it would be working again soon, this is a 4 star hotel, I think not for long...

10/10 couldn't fault this place The views are incredible, staff lovely and rooms are huge! The food in the restaurant wasn't overpriced and breakfast had a good variety. Pool had great views but was a little cold but that was very welcomed with the heat. Free and easy parking at the back of the hotel Thank you for an amazing stay
