It’s a good hotel but not a 5 star. The beds are big and comfy, the air con is great and the breakfast is very good too. However, they don’t have smart tv in the room so only Spanish channels available which isn’t great for international tourists; they don’t have a gym, they only had one lift in operation for 6 floors and the other allow of the bedrooms are full of marks which wouldn’t expect of a 5*.
Exceptional experience. The front desk staff, specifically Nacho and Oliver, are true professionals. From local knowledge, helping to make international calls, to simply ensuring every need is met - these two gentleman earned this hotel 5 stars for us. Thank you Oliver and Nacho! We stayed for 4 nights and had a most pleasant stay. Staff were warm and helpful spending time to ensure we had a good understanding of the city as well as passing on personal local recommendations when we asked for them. Our room was spacious, well laid out, well equipped and comfortable. We didn’t make use of the bar or have breakfast but these were commented on favourably by other guests. We would stay again and recommend to friends.
What a great find in Oviedo. Rooms great size, clean and bed super comfortable. The staff was especially wonderful and helpful. We had great breakfast both days at the hotel, special shout out to the lady who worked in there, she may just be one of the top 3 nicest people in the world. Great location, great value ! I highly recommend this hotel
I recently stayed at Barceló Oviedo Cervantes and had a very enjoyable experience. The premium room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with large windows and a stylish bathroom featuring a bathtub overlooking the room. I also appreciated the welcome gift of traditional Asturian Moscovitas, which was a thoughtful local touch. The hotel is well located for exploring Oviedo on foot, and the parking was secure and convenient, which is especially important when travelling by car. The breakfast was good, although I expected a little more variety and quality from a 5-star hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return on my next visit to Oviedo. Recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in the city.
