Driver was prompt, professional, polite and informative. Vehicle was very clean. After a very long travel day it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the views on our drive from the airport to the hotel.
Driver was waiting for us with sign which was appreciated. He was very courteous and helpful. No issues can easily/highly recommend. Thank you.
Very punctual and extremely professional, highly recommend. we were picked up right on time and got to our hotel without difficulty
The driver was very kind and helpful. I was discouraged at first, because there was such a drama about my walker. I worked hard with Viator customer service to ensure that a larger vehicle was needed, but somehow communication was poor and caused the stress. But , we did get where we needed to be and had a very nice ride with a very courteous gentleman.
Excellent efficient transfer. Our flight was late and the driver had waited even though late at night and atrocious weather. Would highly recommend.
On time, helpful and knowledgeable. Communicated with us as we arrived and met us at customs exit. Very nice!
Our flight was turned back and then delayed but our wonderful driver was following it. After a very long day of flying, it was such a relief to see him at the airport. Such a nice, kind man. Very friendly and helpful
Driver was right there waiting for us at the arrival hall and assisted with the luggage. Vehicle was big and comfortable and the driver held a good conversation
The driver was very attentive and professional I give him highest stars. On time plenty of room for our 4 large suitcases
Excellent ride, driver was good conversationalist. Overall good experience. Oslo is a beautiful city
This was a very stress free trip. Our driver was very personable and made us feel at home. So glad we booked.
Our driver Agnis was very courteous and friendly. He was helpful carrying our luggage and loading it into the car as well as when unloading. It was an enjoyable ride with him.
Very safe drive from airport to city center. Very informative on how to get around in Oslo. He gave us information about how to use metro and bus services.
The driver Kim was fantastic with his nice and funny demeanor and helpful answering our questions. Great trip.
Not having to worry about how we would get to our hotel from the airport was such a relief. Our driver was very kind and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this service.
