Radisson Blu Park Hotel, Oslo

Very good location close to the see in a quite park, 20 mins from city centre by bus. Quite new, rooms are comfortable, breakfast offers plenty of choices while restaurant is limited. Back here once more.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Oslo. It is a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and plenty of parking available. The location is very convenient with a bus stop nearby. Within 20 minutes you can easily reach the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A great place to stay when visiting Oslo! One point for improvement was our arrival experience. We had booked an early check-in online for 12:00, but when we arrived around 12:30 this was not possible. Unfortunately, the receptionist was quite unfriendly and not helpful. No apologies were offered, which was disappointing and did not give a good first impression of the hotel. Luckily, later that afternoon we were helped by a very kind and helpful staff member. He acknowledged the situation and offered us a free room upgrade, which was a very nice gesture. This really improved our experience and made the rest of our stay much more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable hotel with a great location and good facilities. However, do not book the early check-in option, as it does not seem to be taken seriously.

Close to the beach and also a beach park. It is now end of June. Had a swim. The water was lush. And gorgeous flowers all along the coastal path. Obviously the hotel is also great. It feels upmarket. Friendly and professional staff. Perfect.

The hotel is pleasant, but the rooms are compact, with tiny washrooms, which is typical in most European hotels. There’s no wardrobe, so we had to hang our clothes in the room. Although we were a couple, the double bed was a combination of two single beds, and the bedside tables were too small. No convenience shops nearby. Despite these inconveniences, it’s still a good place to stay.
