We had a wonderful time in Shinsekai and Dotonbori with Meg! We were lucky to be the only two guests, so we had a "private" tour. The food was excellent, but the highlight was our guide. Meg did answer all our questions and took a lot of great pictures. We fully recommend the tour and our guide!

Tony.o did a wonderful job for our 3 hour foodie tour! I’ve been wanting to do one for a while but just hadn’t gotten around to it. Wasn’t sure what to expect and hadn’t done a lot of research of Osaka because it was the last stop on our 11 day stay in Japan and we were really only there to fly home from so we had one full day and thought we’d give it a try. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip . After I got back to the hotel that night, I started doing some checking on the different things Tony.o had taken us too and learned that he had hit quite a few high lights of the city and taken photos for us to remember the experiences from. Very fun evening.
The tour was so incredibly fun! Hiro made for an amazing tour guide and is clearly very passionate about sharing her love for her city (and its many delicious food options) with those who sign up for the tour. I really enjoyed learning more about Osaka, hearing fun facts, and getting to taste some of its staple foods. The experience felt very immersive and interactive, which I greatly appreciated. I felt like I got tremendous value for the tour and am so happy that I signed up. I’d highly recommend anybody visiting Osaka to take this tour so you can experience a sliver of the sights and flavors that Osaka has to offer!!

Tony.O gave a comprehensive experience of local Osaka cuisine, including a dive into the rich history of how it evolved. Over three hours we experienced three restaurants and various attractions in between, with detailed and thoroughly researched explanations of each stopping point. We went on a weekday evening so the restaurants and streets weren’t too crowded, but even if they were the tables were booked ahead of time, and we were in and out quickly. The food itself was excellent, and well worth the price. I highly recommend this tour if you’re in Osaka for the first time, our guide TONY.O was friendly, charismatic, and very knowledgeable. I’d go again in a heartbeat, thanks for making our night in Osaka a special one, Tony!
We had a great time during our food tour in Osaka. We tried different typical plate and street foods and at the end of the night we were absolutely full, everything was delicious! Our guide, Jimmy explained us a lot not only about the Japanese cuisine but also about the city of Osaka and Japanese tradition. We had a lot of fun, absolutely recommended!!

We had an amazing tour around Osaka, learning about the food scene and small history of the area and the reasoning behind some iconic features. Food was beautiful and great to lean out and try some more traditional local food.
We had such a great time on our Osaka food tour! We tried okonomiyaki, the best takoyaki we’ve had yet, and a variety of fried meats and vegetables, along with some Japanese drinks. The food was amazing! Our guide Jimmy was fantastic, really friendly and taught us so much about Osaka along the way. Such a fun experience and definitely recommend!
There were seven in the group: a single man, us (a couple) and two couples who were travelling together. Our guide Jimmy took us to a couple of different places that were excellent. Some of the 'two couples' chucked an ill-informed, childish tantrum about things not being as they wanted. Jimmy dealt with it well and led us off to another food place. The 'two couples' decided to go home. The three of us left were pleased with this unexpected bonus. We had fun as Jimmy talked about the food, the culture and the neighbourhood. An all-round excellent night out.

My mom and I had a great time on this tour. Out guided, Jimmy, was very friendly and knowledgeable on the area. It is about three hours but the time flies by. Come hungry as there is A LOT of food to eat. I’d highly recommend this experience.
