Free name or message engraving is available. **Step 3: Make a scented sachet** Reuse your fragrant wood shavings by placing them in a pouch with Japanese aroma oil. Take home your sachet and enjoy its fragrance after your trip. Inspired by the Japanese concept of mottainai, this workshop gives new life to materials that might otherwise be discarded. This one-hour workshop in the Osaka Castle area is ideal for couples, friends, and families. You can also combine it with a ramen-making experience.
Amazing experience! You get to choose your wood, get stuck into shaping the chopsticks and had the option to get them engraved. Staff are great at speaking English so we were made very welcome. Would 100% recommend <3

Family of 4, children ages 11 & 15. This was a great experience one of our favourite so far and we have a lovely souvenir to take home now too! Easy to find and very short walk from Metro. Lovely welcome when you arrive the team there are great! This activity would be great for all ages and the carving and scented woodchips are a lovely little extra! We took just under an hour perfect for a day off the cruise ship We all loved this experience

Two adults and 2 children 15 & 11. The nicest experience everyone enjoyed and would be great for any age. Lovely souvenir to take home too! Nice extra touch with the engraving and the little scented wood bag to take home. Will arrive back with lovely smelling luggage. Easy to find and close to metro station. The chopstick making team are wonderful. We have done this on second day on cruise perfect short activity before returning to boat
