We had the most amazing experience with our great tour guide Den!!!!! Very informative and very friendly and sweet!!! I will book another tour with her in the near future!!!!
Den was wonderful… no complaints at all. The BEST!
We have had Ciel for 2 different tours now she is amazing. We have had such a lovely tour with her, We learned heaps of cool stuff I recommend her to EVERYONE.
Hiroko did an awesome job with explaining the history and the uniqueness of each spot in the itinerary. She was very passionate about the beauty of Osaka and it's history. I'm glad I went with her so I didn't have to plan a whole itinerary for a day trip to Osaka from Kyoto.
Wonderful visit with Hiroko, we went to a lot of places with some that are more hidden. She was lovely and explained everything very well (I was lucky to be in a small group which made it better to ask questions and talk). I even booked another visit with her.
At first we got lost finding the meeting point, but the operator helped us get in contact with the guide. Then we met Den, who is a very social sweet guide with a lot of knowledge. It was fun to have her around. It was just the two of us so it felt like a private tour. The places we saw were very interesting. And the lunch we had was so much fun and delicious. If I had to book a tour again it would be through the same operator.
Den was a wonderful guide in Osaka. She showed us all the main highlights of the city and explained everything very clearly. She was very kind, friendly and pleasant to spend time with. We really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend her!
I had an amazing experience walking around Osaka with Hiroko and Natsune. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. It felt like walking along with the audio history of a city that has rebuilt from ashes so many times. Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience, Ciel san was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and full of wonderful information about where we were and what we were seeing. Thank you so much Ciel san!
The tour was scheduled for over six hours but went by so quickly. Chii-chan and Hiroko were fantastic guides and great company. If you’re unsure about what to do for one day in Osaka this tour is a good place to start.
I had a great your with Chii-Chan and Hiroko touring around Osaka visiting the castle and the rest of the locations. They really helped us out with recommendations and were really informative, great tour!
I wanted to book a tour of Osaka to get the history behind the places I'd like to visit instead of just seeing them, and discovering spots I might have missed on my own. Ciel was a very knowledgeable tour guide that provided great details behind the history of historic spots we visited. The tour was well structured and a great time with lots of information. Includes lunch and if there is time/a small enough group entry into the castle. Well worth the time I spent.
Great tour in Osaka. Castle was impressive and the lunch experience special. Our guide explained clearly and with enthusiasm. Thanks!
Hiroko was an amazing guide! We had so much fun and saw a lot of Osaka in a short amount of time. We had an overnight stop in Osaka where we spent one day in Kyoto and one in Osaka. I would recommend this tour if you want a good overall experience of the city!
Spending the day walking around Osaka was such a well spent day! Getting to know the guides and chatting about everything made the day feel more like a day trip with friends than a tour! Was such a wonderful experience and truly loved every moment of it!
What a fantastic tour in Osaka! My family had a wonderful time exploring the famous sites in a relaxed and fun way. Hiroko was an amazing tour guide. She treated us like family, sharing her understanding of her hometown with us. She was very patient, kind, and cheerful, pointing out important and interesting stories about the sites we visited on foot and by local train. We enjoyed visiting and taking photos at Osaka Castle, the Namba Yasakei Shrine, Dotonbori, Hosenji Temple, Kuromon Market, Shinsekai, and the Osaka Tower. We also enjoyed eating Osaka-style lunch: the Kushikatsu. If you’re looking for a small group tour in Osaka, you absolutely have to do this.
Hiroko was an amazing guide and recommend if people like walking tours
Dan was incredible this is our second tour with her and she is 1000% recommend 🥰🥰 we will definitely will come back to Japan and we hope to see her again !!
Amazing tour! Den, our guide, was already waiting for me right on time at the meeting point. She started by explaining what we were going to do during the day. We began at Osaka Castle, and the entrance ticket was included. After that, we walked around and took the train to our next stop, a really interesting temple. We also stopped for lunch, which was included and really good! We explored different neighborhoods in Osaka, and Den gave us lots of interesting information and fun facts about each place. I definitely recommend this tour! Just a note: transportation isn’t included, but it’s super easy to use the pass on your phone, and Den explains everything!
We went on a tour in Tokyo and our tour guide Kazu was able to book us for the tour in Osaka. It was a great tour. Just be prepared for a lot of walking. I loved that the train tickets and lunch were included. Our guide Hiroko was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The guide Den was very clear and prepared about Osaka’s history.
Ciel was an amazing guide for our Osaka Castle & City Highlights Walking Tour! She was incredibly friendly and had a huge amount of knowledge about Japan. No matter what we asked her about, whether it was history, culture, food or just life in Japan, she always had an interesting answer and made everything easy and fun to learn about. The tour itself was awesome and covered so much of Osaka. We started at Osaka Castle and also visited Namba Yasaka Shrine, had kushikatsu for lunch, explored Dotonbori, Hozenji Temple, Kuromon Market and finished around Shinsekai. It was a great mix of Osaka’s history, culture, food and some of the city’s most iconic areas, and every stop felt worthwhile. It also ended up being just me and my partner on the tour, so it basically felt like we had our own private tour of Osaka. We could ask as many questions as we wanted, take our time at the different stops and have a much more personal experience. For around $300 AUD for the two of us, we thought it was very fairly priced considering how much of Osaka we got to see, how long we spent exploring the city and how personal the experience was. Ciel made the whole day genuinely fun and was great company throughout the tour. It was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Osaka and we’d highly recommend both the tour and Ciel to anyone visiting!
Very good tour with Hiroko! We enjoyed every moment.
We had an amazing tour in Osaka! Hiroko-san was an amazing guide. She explained everything so well and always with a smile on her face! She made us fell like home! Thank you!
Hiroko was the sweetest guide ever! We learned so much about Osaka with Hiroko. It was an absolute pleasure!
Our tour Hiroko was great. She was very professional and exciting to be with. We had a blast and she did an awesome job. A tour that is a must try. You visit most of Osaka main areas.
We had an amazing day with our great guide Hiroko and her colleague Nagomi. This is our third tour with Hiroko! After seeing Kyoto and then Nara with her on bus tours we decided to do the Osaka walking tour. We could not have asked for a better team and better mix of culture, heritage, food, shopping and strolling.
This walking tour was so amazing; we saw so many things and got many explanations. We have seen many highlights and had a wonderful lunch experience, deep-frying our own skewers. The tour guide, Hiroko san, was beautiful in her explanations and absolutely full of energy! She inspired us to get to know more. This was the second tour we did with Hiroko‑san. The first was a day tour in Kyoto, and I would like to have only tour guides like her.
Our guide, Hiroko, was extremely knowledgeable, warm, friendly and well prepared with information to share. Her enthusiasm and passion for the history, culture and trivia about Osaka and Japan was infectious! Our walking tour lasted 6.5hours with lots of photo and rest stops, including a delicious Osaka-special buffet lunch, Kushi-katsu. Every stop was interesting, but the highlight of our tour was the visit to the Castle. We thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour format over the typical bus tour since our guide was able to share in-depth information suited to our individual interests as we walked through the city. Our guide, Hiroko, also helped us find our train back to the Shinkansen station. This walking tour was the highlight of our Japan trip, and we highly recommend taking this tour with Hiroko.
Our tour guide was amazing amazing!
Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic and took us to many hidden or easily missed sites in Osaka whilst sharing historical and cultural information. The tour included a lot of walking so may not be for everyone.
Had a wonderful tour with our tour guide Ciel. Osaka castle was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and we had a great time learning about the area. Very recommended!!
Ciel was a great guide again. There was only 2 of us with her and it was a lot of fun. Length of trip was good and had a good time at the locations. I have an allergy and this was well catered for for our lunch
I had a fantastic time with Nana on the Osaka Full Day Tour! My initial plan was to tackle Osaka alone based on information I gathered from social media, but luckily i was recommended this tour by Hiroko, my Nara and Uji tour guide earlier that week, who also ended up accompanying us on the tour. Since I was the only person registered, it turned into a private tour of Osaka, making the experience relaxed, and incredibly personable. It gave me the chance to really get to know two locals, while exploring Osaka’s incredible sights and sampling some of its amazing food. It was such a fun day! I traveled in from Kyoto Station using the detailed directions Hiroko had thoughtfully given me a few days earlier. We started at Osaka Castle, and afterward, we visited several shrines - including the popular Namba Yasaka Jinja! - before heading to lunch where I tried kushikatsu and takoyaki (octopus balls), two of the local delicacies. We then headed to Dotonbori, where I got the classic photo with the famous Glico Running Man Sign. Even though Nana was following an itinerary, it genuinely felt like I was spending the day with two old friends showing me their city for the first time. Nana was extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited, happily answering every question I had, and there was never a dull moment. Taking this tour you get a much deeper understanding of the history and cultural significance behind the places you visit—insights you simply can’t get by visiting them just because they’re popular on social media. So in that regard alone it’s time well spent. I highly recommendt that you take this tour if you’re ever in Osaka.
Great walking experience tour of Osaka with Ciel. Had a great time and enjoyed all the great sites and lunch. I would recommend it very much.
A great way to get to know Osaka. Ciel was a great guide who catered the day to our needs. Would recommend
We had the most wonderful time touring the sights of Osaka with the highly knowledgeable Nanami. The tour was both interesting and informative. The tour also offered different experiences such as trying local cuisine. This is the second tour we have done with ‘Panoramic Tours’ and we look forward to booking tours with them next time we visit Japan. Best wishes Sharon and Pete (UK).
Brilliant tour given by lovely knowledgeable lady. Saw lots of sights and experiences. Thoroughly enjoyed it. 5 stars
I had the best day EVER! I had gone on a previous tour in Nara a couple days before and they were able to schedule a tour for Saturday just for me🤩 this was really thoughtful I had two AMAZING ladies (Nana & I’m so sorry I forgot the other woman’s name) but they were so lovely, so knowledgeable and funny, I was worried to be the only one when I was on the way there but it was great, never any awkward moments, and we spoke the entire time and I never felt for a second that it was quiet or boring. I got to see many places in Osaka, the castle was beautiful and the busy city in the heart of Osaka was also very interesting. The food was also great we had a buffet where you fry your own choices of meat and vegetables, it was really delicious and then to finish we went to the busy street food markets and that was also great to see. It was really the highlight of my Japan trip and I can’t thank the two girls enough for such a lovely time, I was so sad it had to end. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Osaka.
Great tour, very comprehensive overview of Osaka. Ciel was a great guide
We had Nanami and Ciel for our Osaka walking tour and it was very good. They helped explain the areas and took our pictures! They were very very nice.
Giulia or guide was great .Her English was perfect and she new her stuff. We visited areas we would never have found without her
Sara Garcia did a great job of showing us Shinjuku. Informing us all along the way. Couldn't ask for anything more
Our guide was Irene. She was very informative and extremely enjoyable to spend time wth. Would highly recommend.
We had an amazing time exploring the different parts of Shinjuku. Giulia was incredibly knowledgeable and had a story for every stop we made. Would definitely recommend!
Irene is a terrific guide who led us through a number of unique sites in Shinjuku that I wouldn't normally have found on my own. She's very informative with a lovely personality. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in Tokyo (whether you've visited before or if it's your first time).
Did this tour with Miyuki about a week ago. She was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to share Karaoke with local people which is difficult to find - most people now hire private rooms with their friends but Miyuki rang around until she found a tiny bar to go to. After the tour had finished, she took me there. Ask her to do "Amazing Grace" - it's her favourite. A bucket list item for me - thank you Miyuki.

Our guide Artiom was AMAZING! He took us on an incredible journey of Shinjuku and made the city really come to life for us. I highly recommend this tour as he pointed out things we walked past for days and missed. A great way to spend an evening in Shinjuku.

The Nocturnal Walking Tour of Shinjuku was a fun and informative night tour. Our guide Artiom had excellent knowledge of the area and pointed out things we would not have found on our own. I would highly recommend this walking tour for anyone visiting Shinjuku for the first time. I also suggest taking the tour the first day in town if possible. We took the tour on our third night and I was completely fascinated with the information Artiom provided as we spend three days wondering around the area and the story to finally come together during this tour. We loved visiting Omoide-Yokocho where I had my first taste of Sake (sweet wine) we also had an amazing experience at the Hanazono Shrine where I pull a great fortune from the box, made my wishes and said a quick prayer. Golden Gai and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building were great stops on this tour as well.
