My friend and I had always been curious about the matcha making ceremony, so this was something we knew we wanted to do: on the strength of the many, many 5 star reviews this establishment has earned, we booked two spots on an a morning class, but it didn't feel worth the money we paid: our guide was friendly and helpful (as were all staff there) but she more or less read the instructions for what we should do straight from an iPad for the whole half hour the class took, and then the class was interrupted by a family who turned up late, and the room the class was in could've used a little love Maybe we just got a member of staff who was still learning the ropes, as pretty much all other reviews for this class have been stellar & 5 stars, so off that alone, I wouldn't dissuade anyone from booking this class :)

To all who read this, that was such an interesting and fun event that I've done so far in a closed setting as theirs. I was lucky enough to be the only one in my class, so it was a VIP feeling for sure. Momo aka Princess Peach, (you'll find out why that name LOLOLOL) was such an amazing staff teacher and I definitely recommended this event to all travelers to Osaka.
