The tour was amazing and we all had a great time. I travelled with my dad and aunt who have a hard time walking long distances. Kou-san was a very accommodating and understanding guide, and he even recommended a different route which would suite our pace better.

Our tour guide Kou-San was very friendly and informative. I liked the bamboo forest best. The driver was also a pleasant addition to the tour.
Rush rush rush. Too many tourists. No time to look around and enjoy the sights. 3 sights crammed in a day trip is too much. Tour guide not ideal for a big group. Choose private tour if you can afford it.
A tour packed with experiences and very organised. I would have preferred something less busy if I was picking an itinerary again, and I was hoping for bit more information/guidance about the places we went to rather than just logistics. But overall a great trip.
This is a very interesting journey from Osaka to Nara. The weather is very good and our leader which is Naomi, she was very helpful and friendly to us. She can speak a very good Chinese and English however she is Japanese. 👍🏻👍🏻 5/6/2026
Gao Lan San (高岚)is awesome. He speaks Japanese Chinese and English. He ensures we know the stores of attractions we go, authentic food spots and best spots to take pictures. He truly takes care of everyone in the tour. We highly recommend him for everyone who is looking for tours in Kyoto.
Had an amazing experience! Kou was very polite and knows Japan really well.
My mum and I visited Kyoto today. For convenience, we joined a day tour. Kou-san was our guide for this trip. He was very kind, gave detailed introductions at each spot, carefully reminded us of meeting times, and arranged our meals. The entire trip went very smoothly, and my family really enjoyed this tour!
A huge thank you to Kou-san for being such a wonderful guide. He is not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. As a solo traveler and the only English speaker in the group, I was a bit nervous at first. However, Kou-san made me feel incredibly welcome and included. Even though the tour was mostly in Chinese, he went out of his way to explain everything to me in English with great patience and enthusiasm! Thank you, Kou-san, for your kindness!
We couldn't have asked for a better travel guide than Kou-San. He was incredibly courteous, considerate, and polite throughout our entire trip. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he shared so many interesting facts and hidden gems with us. What really stood out was how wonderfully friendly he was with our whole family – especially our kids. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged, turning the trip into a truly memorable experience for all of us. An added bonus: Kou-San speaks both Chinese and English fluently, which made communication seamless for everyone in our group. Highly recommended!
Great tour, well managed. Kou was a excellent guide who made everything clear and helped with any requests. Highly recommend.
Mr. Kou was our guide and he explained history associated with places we went very nicely to everyone. Very polite and humble person.
Really had fun. Learned a lot of things from Kou-san. He really knows the history of the places we went to. Overall, I really enjoyed this trip and would recommend it to my friends so that they can experience the tour as well! :)
Kou was our tour guide and he was amazing, though hard to understand sometimes, he was thorough and made sure we all got to where we needed to in a timely manner. Great experience and would recommend to other.
Really really enjoying with this tour, the tour guide Kou-san is very very professional and helpful.
Kuo san did a fantastic job arranging and bring us around. we enjoyed the trip.
I had a great experience on my Kyoto and Nara tour. Jessica was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of both cities, which made the whole day even more meaningful. Visiting the deer park was a lot of fun, and I was able to take so many memorable photos throughout the tour. Highly recommend this experience to anyone exploring the area.
We had a great experience visiting the timeless streets of Kyoto and Nara. Our tour guide, Sir Kou-san, explained very well the details of the tour and the history and background of each stop. He is very friendly and accommodating. As expected, the experience is one for the books!
Thankyou it was a great day and a great experience thankyou
Rating: 5/5 Stars We had an incredible time on our one-day Kyoto tour. Our guide, Kou, was professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free experience. The itinerary was well-paced, covering stunning spots like Kinkaku-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, and the Fushimi Inari Shrine. What truly stood out, however, was Kou’s exceptional hospitality. When my phone died during the trip, he kindly lent me his own power bank so I could keep taking photos of the beautiful scenery. At the end of the day, even though the tour officially concluded in the Shinsaibashi area, he took the extra time to help us locate and board the correct shuttle bus back to our hotel. His care and attention to detail made our visit to Kyoto truly memorable. If you are looking for a "local pro" who really looks after their guests, ask for Kou!
Destinations were great. Operator/Tour guide was so-so. Not warm. Not recommended for Solo travelers
This is a really good trip if you want to experience some beautiful temples in Kyoto, try some delicious food, visit some cute little towns, and experience petting cute little deers and feeding them! We had such a blast and I even got to rent a kimono in Kyoto and return it in our second stop. Shoutout to Eigai for making this trip exception, I highly recommended!
I had a very nice experience. Our tour guide KOU san is very nice and helpful. Very intelligent tour guide. Thank u klook and Mr Kou san.
We had a wonderful experience with our guide! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized. The explanations were clear and interesting, and we really enjoyed the tour. Highly recommended!
Great tour. Kou-san was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. Meeting instructions were clear and concise. Weather was fabulous too!
The tour is misleading. They do not come back from Nara to Kyoto. We were stuck and they didn't communicate. They were friendly on chat and Whatsapp.
Rick was awesome. He knew a lot and helped us understand and enjoy the Japanese culture. He helped us get around easier with links and a group message so if we needed help we could get it easier. Thats was very different then some of the tours where meeting up was stressful. With Rick it was easy. He had it fun and helped us know what we were doing and for how long so we could get to everything. He was punctual and kept everything going smooth. We really enjoyed seeing all the temples, shrines, budda and deer. It was a great tour. I would recommend it to everyone.
The trip was amazing!! Kou, our guide, was very proactive and answers queries ans concerns immediately. He also recommended us places to go since we got off at Nara stop. He was also very kind to help us to our way home. Japan indeed have great sceneries and very nice people.
Very nice trip. Kou-san, our tour guide, provided useful guidance to us which made our trip more enjoyable and memorable.
Sanzen temple is nice to visit and Arashiyama is very famous tourist place but is rather crowded. The guide Kou-San is very helpful and friendly too. The trip is definitely recommended
The TripAdvisor portal mislead us. It didn't show compete itinerary and the trip ended in Osaka and didn't drop us back to Kyoto. We had to take a train which we didn't plan on. The driver was rude and it was a ruah rush trip.
森なおみ happy! happy! happy! Always smiling, knows different languages, even Cantonese
Naomi is very accommodating and helpful. All tours were on time. We highly recommend her as a guide. Kudos to her! Thank you.
Naomi was very friendly and helpful. She goes all out to ensure that we managed to do our to-do-list such as trying on of kimono. She even called the shops to checked if they have kimono for my children and brought us down to the shop personally. Thank you for going the extra mile. The trip duration could be abit longer 😅 other than that, all is good.
Amazing day with Naomi exploring Nara and Arashiyama! Kind, knowledgeable, and so accommodating — we saw beautiful places, learned so much, and felt being care. One of the best days of our Japan trip! 🌸
Second location needs at least 1hr 30 mins. Time available for second location currently is only 1 hr
The guide named 森Naomi can talk Chinese,English and japanese. She is very funny and helpful, we like her very much
The tour was value for money and our tour guide Naomi was excellent. She had a friendly smile and helpful with all the questions. She’s multilingual in English, Chinese and Japanese. Would definitely recommend her.
👍👍👍👍 Tour guide with a bright smile! Very accommodating
The full day trip is well worrh it. Kyoto and Nara are great. Our guide Leo was wonderfull, very knowledgeble with a lot of humour. I can definetely recomment this agency and trip.
The experience with Kou-san was amazing, he is very friendly and speak very well english and chinese. The places we visit very very beautiful.
We had a wonderful time on our one-day tour to Kyoto and Nara. Our guide, Mr Kou, took a good care of us and even sent us a Google Map to help us easily find our way back to the bus. This was our fourth visit to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Fushimi Inari Taisha, but we still enjoyed them just as much as the first time. It was also our first time in Nara – we had so much fun feeding the deer and taking photos before heading back to Osaka. An enjoyable experience – highly recommended!
Wonderful experience! Our guide, Mr Kou, provided us with great tips and guidance at each attraction. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! A worthwhile day spent at Kyoto and Nara!!
Ako our tour guide was nice. It was a sweltering day of 93F. They could not keep the bus idling for air conditioning when we were at a residential parking area. Boy, did we feel the heat. Otherwise, it was a pleasant tour and mostly self-guided. I got to see a lot and I would do it again.
Went to most iconic places in Kyoto and Nara. The bus transportation is very convenient and comfortable. Tour guide is there to lead and give tour informations❤️❤️❤️
I had a great tour with Kuo-san. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and organized. When he learned I was a solo traveler, he checked on me often and made sure I felt included. He also took a nice photo of me at Fushimi Inari. The pace was comfortable, his tips were helpful, and his route was well planned. I would happily recommend him. Arigatō gozaimashita.
Thank you to Kuo-san for the wonderful trip to Kyoto and Nara. It was a great experience—my kids and I really enjoyed walking through the charming streets of Kyoto and trying the local food. We were especially surprised by the deer in Nara and how naturally they live alongside the local people. Although our trip started with a slight delay, Kuo-san kindly provided us with snacks and did his best to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to visit all the main sights and return to Osaka safely
My tour guide, Kuo San was great, he was able to give good information insights on the attractions, and all the detail on getting the best photo spots. My family enjoy their first trip to Kyoto and Nara with the day tour.
This is essentially a self-guided Tour with a designated bus driver and a Tour guide to inform you as to what time the bus will return. The bus as advertised said it has AC, but the bus did not. The feel like temperature was every bit of 97 degrees and the bus was a hot box.
This was a fun tour that I took with my daughter, from Osaka we met our bus guide at 8:30 in the morning and then we drove to the first sight in Kyoto and were there for 2 1/2 hours then we went to our next location and were there for an hour and a half and then we finished off our tour at the amazing Deer filled Park in the city of Nara . Everything was lots of fun, our tour guide was cheerful and explained a lot of things to us and gave us very clear directions.
