The concierge and 24-hour front desk stand ready to assist you. Decorated in Sukiya style, Japanese restaurant Hanano has individual corners for teppanyaki and tempura. Stunning Ming-style decor and authentic Cantonese specialties are on offer at Imperial Palace. Amadeus serves western cuisine. Blue Bar pours cool cocktails in the evenings.

Our stay at WEST in Osaka was made truly memorable thanks to Tagami at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, her warm smile, perfect English, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel incredibly welcome.
She kindly upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite and gave our kids a room with the best view, which made our trip even more special. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel overall, the service was helpful, the buffet was decent, and the location is very convenient. There are convenience stores around, and finding a taxi is easy. The rooms were clean and nice, but on our last night, we found a bug on the bed, so be careful. It might only be the case for our room though.
Very good location at beautiful Umeda. Rooms are also large. But beds are extremely uncomfortable being too hard. In addition, they wanted to charge for use of the gym, it was difficult to get coffee in the morning, and they kept stocking our room for two instead of three people despite two attempts to remind them we had three people in the room. Would look for another hotel in this location in the future.
Lovely hotel to stay at. Room was large and had everything we required. Staff were helpful. Shuttle bus to train station made it easy to get around.
Buffet breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.
Had a nice stay for four nights there.
We've got lucky to be upgraded to the corner suite and our early checkin request was granted at 12pm, for Japanese standard that's amazing since typical checkin time is 3pm.
Their corner suite is huge, with good views overlooking their garden and the umeda tower.
Service is incredibly warm. They're helpful with my luggage forwarding request, advising me to send the luggage a little earlier due to the unpredictable weather (snow) which was helpful.
As a platinum bonvoy member, we were also given free breakfast at their Amadeus restaurant and access to their lounge. Breakfast options are plenty, with local delicacies such as takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and other choices as well.
Location wise it's not too far from the station, and you're actually in the less crowded area -- which is my preference.
