We had an absolutely unforgettable birthday stay at The Osaka Station Hotel! A special shoutout to the Specialty Salon team for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere, food, and attentiveness exceeded all our expectations. What truly made this stay remarkable was the wonderful birthday celebration they arranged for me—it was thoughtful, elegant, and deeply touching. In particular, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Manager Hide (中野 秀浩) and Nannmay. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care truly reflect the highest standard of Japanese Omotenashi hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel so special throughout our time in the salon. Everything about this hotel, from the breathtaking views to the impeccable service, is top-notch. We cannot wait to return for our next visit to Osaka. Highly recommended!

What a amazing location in the heart of osaka. Very beautiful rooms with all time views , the service at the hotel is incredible. Very friendly staff. That made me feel like I was at home. A lot of good food everywhere.\nFor drinks , I recommend the tobi bar right outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Next year. The showers in the rooms are incredible as well.Very good water pressure and heat\nOne night we got room service and I ordered spaghetti for my girlfriend and soba for me. It was delicious the hot coffee as well.I think we ordered it around 10 PM.Because we couldn't figure out what to eat on the street.So don't be scared if you want to eat in the hotel.They have high grade chefs on service waiting.

I recently stayed at The Osaka Station Hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is exceptional. My room was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, while the breakfast exceeded my expectations with its excellent quality and wide variety of offerings. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. What impressed me most, however, was the hotel's commitment to customer service. Due to a communication lapse during check-in, there was a discrepancy on my folio. I only noticed it after returning home and reached out to the hotel 11 days after my check-out. To my delight, Front Office Duty Manager Sho Miyatake-san and Front Office staff member Homare Suizu-san responded promptly and resolved the issue over email on the same day, within just three hours. I am grateful to them and the Front Office team for their flexibility, customer-oriented service, and genuine commitment to ensuring that my needs were met. Their professionalism and willingness to help left a lasting impression. Despite the minor hiccup, my overall experience was excellent, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I eagerly look forward to my next visit to The Osaka Station Hotel. Thank you to Miyatake-san and team again for your prompt and kind assistance!

At arrival, I was advised that the breakfast was going to have around 400 guests and I should expect waiting time. Honest, but made me give up on paying 7500 yen for an overcrowded buffet. I was asked at which time I wanted to leave, but I didn’t know yet and thought my elite status would allow me to ask in the morning. It didn’t and that wasn’t clear. They said the rooms were full and couldn’t access my demand. Yet another disappointment due to overcrowding. The rooms are big but extremely standard and without any other charm than the station rails in front from which I heard the trains pass starting around 5:30AM. Somber decor, not my thing. The service itself is courteous but I feel like there are rookies working there, below a 5 star account. I was able to sleep and it was well located. Still not something I would pay for +65K yen per night.
