To get to this hotel from Kansai airport you can go by train , airport bus or taxi. Just to make it a bit more easier for ourselves we hired a van with driver from Klook so that the driver would be waiting at the airport so could take our luggage and arrive with no problems at the hotel. On level 1 there was also a vending machine that you could buy your drinks from such as water. On level 1 closeby to reception you could get complimentary toothpaste, shavers etc to take to your room if you had forgotten to bring with you. The checkin process was quick as at reception they gave something to write our names down and then be given our keycards for our rooms. We were given a room on the 9th floor. The room was a bit small but that was to be expected but there was enough room to move around if you had 2 big luggage and 2 cabin bags. The bathroom was small also but that made it more interesting but the good thing was that there was a bathtub which you could soak in after a long day of walking around and exploring. On level 2 there was the dining room for breakfast which was a la carte so you could choose what you wanted to have. On level 2 there was also a laundry if you wanted to do some washing during your stay. The washing machine took 500 yen coins for 30 minutes but could put more in wanted longer, the dryer took 100 yen coins but could put more in if your wanted longer. The closest station to the hotel was Higashiguchi and it was a 6 minute walk and next to the station was a Family Mart where you could by water or snacks or even top up your Icoca card . On night we had a problem as wanted to book a Shinkansen from Kyoto to Mushima and were a bit nervous about it so went to reception and a staff member called Kim helped us out. Kim stayed with us and checked everything was correct including the date,time and how many people were going. She stayed with us to make sure everything was correct and to put us at ease. Kim then helped us to print out the QR codes for the trip. We were glad that she helped us out with everything and stayed with us till the end. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay as all staff that we came in contact with were quite helpful and would assist you the best way they could. The hotel is also within walking distance to explore the area and see what is around.

Amazing place! Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I’d like to also leave a highlight to Morioka and her colleague who helped me with bag dispatch, specially Morioka who helped me even more than that. I had a tough time non relate to the hotel and she’s helping me to sort it out, that’s very kind and sweet of her. She’s been very attentive, friendly and professional. Haven’t seen an impeccable service like that.

My wife and I had a great experience staying at the Smile Hotel Premium Osaka Hommachi for 3 days while visiting Osaka and Kyoto. The hotel is an a peaceful area, yet conveniently-located. There are many restaurants and convenient stores around, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk from Dotonbori. The hotel staff was always kind and helpful when we had questions. The room was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. We also used the laundry room and had no issues. I highly recommend this hotel! 10/10!
