Best value you can find. Right next to the subway station and to a huge shopping street with lots of restaurants. Rooms are small, but pretty standard size for hotels in Japan. Rooms are clean and staff is great. Only downside is that it is in the corner of a busy instersection, so it can get noisy at times. We needed ear plugs to sleep. The coffee shop next to the front desk is amazing. Definitely recommended. Price cant be beaten for location, cleanliness and service.
This was my first time staying in this area, and spending 3 nights here was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it! What I Loved: Great Breakfast: The food quality was excellent and a great way to start the day. Thoughtful Free Amenities: They offer free, single-use disposable lotions which were a lifesaver since I forgot to bring mine! Convenient Location & Facilities: There is a coin laundry on the 3rd floor, and a large Aeon supermarket right across the street for easy snacking and shopping. Wonderful Staff: Every staff member was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful.
Booked this based on YouTubers Angelica and Aileen Wanders and it did not disappoint. It's an older hotel, so no gym. The laundry facility is on the 3rd floor and there's only 3 machines for the entire building (they need more). You can check on the status of your wash or if anyone is using it before heading down. You can book just a room, one with an included breakfast and one with breakfast and a evening drink/snack package. The breakfast is from 6:30 to 10am and last seating is a t 9:30am. It is a great breakfast with a variety of western and Japanese style offerings. Right across the hotel is a grocery store which has a lot of snacks and discounted meals after 7pm....and for me, beer (at the time of this review they had a discount if you bought 2, tried all the different types). The next steet over is a shopping street that has a variety of restaurants to try. I just wish I had happened on it earlier to try more food options. Great for a rainy day! There's a subway stop right around the corner, so it's easy to travel to places in Osaka and beyond. They have a sample station at the entrance for lotion, skin care, etc...my daughters and wife were in heaven for this. Make sure to return your room keys otherwise it will be a 500¥ charge. Our flight was a few hours after check out at 11am, so the staff was accommodating and stored our luggage until we left. Overall a great stay!

Amenities & extras - Free items at reception: skincare products, face masks, tea and hot chocolate (hot cocoa is really good), earplugs - Pajamas provided daily - Laundry system (generally very good) Only 3 machines, but system is organised QR code lets you: Check machine availability, see remaining time, track your own load - Option to lock your machine with a code Wi-Fi - Worked well throughout the stay ☹️ Room size is quite small - Limited space for luggage - Not much room to unpack clothes Street noise 🚗 - Traffic noise is noticeable - Frequent sirens at night - Earplugs provided (helpful) - Didn’t fully wake me, but noticeable when trying to fall back asleep TV options are limited 📺 -No Netflix or YouTube - Mostly Japanese channels - Not very user-friendly for international guests Pajamas (personal preference) - Good to have, but not the most comfortable -Material felt a bit firm/stiff - Felt quite warm overnight - Softer fabric would improve comfort Laundry collection could be clearer 👕🧦 - Staff may remove laundry if left after finishing (even within a short time) - Items are taken to reception, but this isn’t clearly explained - No note left at the machine, which caused some confusion Suggestion: - A simple sign or note at the machine directing guests to reception would help 😊 A really solid hotel with excellent breakfast, great service, and an unbeatable location. The rooms are on the smaller side and there is some street noise, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. 😀
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’m truly happy and grateful for such a pleasant experience at Premier Hotel Cabin President. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient, and kind. I initially booked the wrong dates and due to Agoda’s stupid strict policies, I was not allowed to change or cancel it. but they kindly allowed me to cancel without any fees and rebook without hassle. I also had an online purchase delivered to the hotel, and they thoughtfully placed it neatly in my room and informed me upon arrival that the package was already there. While the double room was slightly smaller than I expected, it was more than made up for by the excellent value. The cleanliness, service, and daily complimentary amenities and drinks were all outstanding. And of course, their well-known breakfast buffet truly lives up to its reputation—abundant, delicious, and premium in quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back again. 😊
