Breakfast is boring but room is clean & spacious. For breakfast Q, staff should use English to call out the Q no. instead of using Japanese since most of the guests are not Japanese using English will be more useful & helpful. Japan breakfast is a bit cold for the cooked veggies & broth here is a bit too salty. I did Google and find out that there is high percentage of kidney patients in Japan....good to cut down in the salt intake for breakfast. Club level food is not good too. It can be better.

(‼️Important: To get a table for breakfast, you must take a numbered ticket near the entrance. Without one, you won’t be allowed in, even if you’ve been waiting in line. You can get your ticket in advance and choose to receive an SMS notification when your turn is approaching. This way, you won’t have to stand around near the entrance if it’s crowded) The hotel itself is quite pleasant. Most importantly, despite being a business hotel, it has a lounge with dedicated tea time, cocktail time, and snack time. You can also use it at other times, and it’s usually not very crowded. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft, and there’s a desk for working. However, there is a slight smell of mold. If you have allergies, you may need to change rooms or make arrangements in advance. The food selection isn’t huge, but everything was tasty. Apparently, their specialty is free-range eggs, as there are posters about them everywhere and a huge number of egg-based dishes on the menu.
Perfect spot if leaving/coming from shin-Osaka. Literally go out the door, take the aerial walkway about 100 ft and you’re there. It’s not a top of the line hotel, but clean rooms, good service. Train noise wasn’t an issue. Nice to finally get a king bed in Japan.
Very conveniently located next to the Shin-Osaka Station complex, with easy access to the Shinkansen, JR trains and Osaka Metro. However, finding the hotel for the first time can be quite confusing. We actually got lost while trying to reach it, particularly when relying on Google Maps, as the station layout and entrances can be confusing. Once you figure out which route and exit to use, though, getting to the hotel becomes quite easy. The hotel itself is good, with spacious rooms and decent dining options. The location is undoubtedly its biggest advantage. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the service, which could have been more attentive. Overall, a very convenient hotel for travellers using Shin-Osaka Station, with good rooms and dining, but be prepared for some initial confusion finding the entrance.
The hotel’s location is undeniably advantageous. It is conveniently situated in JR Shin-Osaka, ensuring easy access to transportation and amenities. While the room I requested was positioned behind the hotel for privacy, the Housekeep Department promptly met my request for a clean and spotless room. I extend my sincere gratitude to Hokao San and Jsurugida San for their exceptional service. Additionally, the front desk staff, particularly Ogawa San, consistently provided assistance in resolving any challenges I encountered. This hotel has instilled a sense of comfort and familiarity, akin to a home away from home. I express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided.
