The room was clean and very spacious for Japanese standard. The beds were queen size and the amenities were good for long hair! Th only minor side were the pillows and a little bit noise from the trains, but acceptable . One of the pillow of each bed was very thin.
Superb Stay in Osaka! Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Karaksa Hotel in Osaka and can highly recommend it! The hotel absolutely delighted us in so many ways: Superb Breakfast: The selection was great and the perfect start to the day. Impeccable Cleanliness: The rooms were sparkling clean, modern, and very comfortably furnished. No Waiting Times: There are 6 super-fast lifts in total, so you never have to wait long, even during peak times. Great Service: You can easily borrow umbrellas—a lifesaver during sudden rain showers! Free Drinks: From afternoon until evening, there is a great selection of complimentary cold and hot drinks. A fantastic touch after a long day of sightseeing. Top-Notch Amenities: The laundry room is extremely practical for travelers. On top of that, there is an ice machine and convenient vending machines right inside the hotel. Bottom Line: A thoroughly well-thought-out hotel with great service and comfort. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s within easy walking distance of Shin-Osaka Station, making it very convenient for travelers. Just around the corner is a Lawson convenience store, and there are several restaurants in the same building, so finding a place to eat is effortless. The room offers a great view, and one of the highlights was watching airplanes fly low overhead as they approached the airport. The evening scenery was especially beautiful. The hotel also has a relaxing hot spring bath, which was a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a great location, comfortable facilities, and good value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Had a wonderful time during my stay. It was certainly luxurious and we got it during their anniversary sale! So I felt like we got a really nice deal considering all the amenities. First off, breakfast was my absolute favorite. I don't typically eat in the morning but I always felt hungry going downstairs to their buffet. They even had tuna and salmon sashimi. Wide range of food so you can't really go wrong. As for amenities, they had items you can pick up at the front desk for your stay if needed(facial cleanser, razors, brush, etc.) There is also an in house onsen! I have a fairly large tattoo on my back and legs, so I needed quite a few of the tattoo bandage covers from the front desk. Area felt clean and water was a good temperature. Bring some cash with you because they have a milk vending machine on the same floor as the onsen. Not usually a fan of milk on its own but this one was really sweet and creamy! Really lovely after a dip in the onsen. Would love to come again on future trips!
My family and I had an amazing stay here back in mid March 2026. Staff were very helpful and it's location is reasonably accessible to there nearby Shin Osaka train station. But, as others have mentioned, the neighborhood isn't lively. Room size is reasonably big when i compare it with a similar class hotel in tokyo i was in, in 2024, but amenities was much better. Having a laundry washing and drying machine in the room was the best feature. I enjoyed the complimentary basic onsen and public shower (useful when you get crowded out of your own room's bathroom!). Buffet breakfast was tasty. I will highly recommend this hotel to anybody vacationing in Osaka.
