Nicolas, Rai and Ushiki were great!! Very helpful, they took very beautiful photos and were very kind. We were a large group and they had a lot of patience and insights in how to pose. Overall an excellent experience, Nicolas helped us a lot with instructions on Spanish.
Outstanding reception! We've stayed in Tokyo and a ryoken in Hamamtsu for over a week, and this Osaka hotel is far nicer than anything we've seen so far. Great customer service. We were able to check in early, we were able to effortlessly change our room plan, and we got phenomenal help from the concierge Muniru, fluent in English. Thank you so much!
This was our first time here! Hotel was clean, staff is amazing, everyone goes out of their way to help in any way they can. Very helpful staff. We came in summer and it’s customary for hotels to not have ac in hallways so Our floor was hot but once we cranked our rooms ac we had no problem. Nicolas was awesome, he was from Argentina but was a great asset to assist with the Japanese staff. Muniru was also amazing and his English helped us with the language. Highly recommended
The Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient with good access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast spread was good and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and would be happy to stay here again. Especially thanks to Duyen
Our room was nice and clean, the walls were a little thin however and noise from the floor and up above was very audible. The location is pretty close to a station with some nice opportunities to shop and eat, other convenience stores are also close by. The highlight however really was the staff here, and the many services that can be additionally undertaken. My friend and I booked the opportunity of an kimono dinner on our last evening and thoroughly enjoyed it thanks to Ushiki-san from the staff who led us through the evening, helped us choose and get dressed, took photos with us and talked very warm and friendly with us - talking in English was no problem. The clothing options were all very beautiful and came in all different sizes. We felt very welcomed and comfortable, and also the dinner was also very delicious for overall a really great value. Thank you to Ushiki-san and the rest of the staff for making this a very wonderful experience. When I get the chance to visit Osaka again with my husband, I really want to book my next stay here again!
