We only stayed over night. They have a marriage chapel on 14th floor, worth a look. Staff struggled to book us a cab for early morning flight, but got it in the end . Convenient for castle and small shopping mall.

The room was comfortable, clean, and very cozy. The service was exceptional—every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection and was delicious. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the EXO concert venue, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again

To attend a concert in Osaka-jo Hall, this is a good place. Do be aware that if stable internet is what you need, it can be a problem because in the room, the connection can be spotty at times. Overall, it is a recommended place to stay.

The hotel is not a 4 star accomodation. The rooms are small, old and outdated, some with views to the inner patio. I would not recommend it for the location either, far away from Dotonbori and the main Osaka streets for sightseeing and eating; only convinient for visiting the Osaka Castle.

Great place to stay. Located within a business park. Comes with the Trinite Spa which which is free for hotel guests. Breakfast is also very nice and has variety of different food, including wagyu beef.
