Overall the stay was great especially the location. It seems the level was less and different from their Tsukiji Ginza location which felt more upscale. It was surprising to find several big stains on the carpet and the seat cushions by the window. It is definitely beneficial to select the superior rooms on the 9th floor to be able to access the complimentary guest lounge with free alcoholic drinks, soda, and Starbucks coffee, as well as snacks.
Staffs are very nice, during checkin you may try to use the machine, very good for introvert person!! And staff will come to assist you if needed!! Location is not perfect but not too worst. Around 10mins walk from Namba station to the hotel. There are malls, Loft, GU, and Lawson etc.. neraby, very convenient for the last day shopping!! And the lifts in hotel connected to ground floor and 2/F, easy to reach the malls, restaurants or station. Room is clean and this time I had a bath room separate with the toilet bowl which is amazing!! Refa's hair dryer and showerhead is unexpected!! Also lots of complimentary skincare product that you may pickup at the lobby, also in the room! Overall it worth to book this hotel with this reasonable price, recommend this to others!! 🫶🏻 ** Starbucks coffee, some soft drink selections off er at the lobby for free. You may grab a drink before everyday's trip!!
Convenient location and nice perks, but room cleanliness needs improvement. The location is very convenient, within a 10-minute walk from Namba station, making getting around hassle-free. A great perk is the daily complimentary drinks, and having Starbucks coffee available is a wonderful touch! However, the cleanliness of the room was just average. There are several easily missed "hidden spots" where cleaning wasn't thorough. For instance, the top of the fridge and the window sills had quite a bit of dust. Hope they can pay more attention to these details in the future.
We really enjoyed our stay here when we were in Osaka. We got the King bedroom and it was so spacious and modern and even had a washer/dryer in our room! It was perfect for us as we were about halfway through our trip so the ability to refresh our clothes came in very handy. The only star I deducted was for the location because while it was still only about a 12 minute walk to the Namba station, it is not a fun walk after a long day out. However, it is conveniently located next to a mall so there is both shopping and food nearby.
We arrived late and only stayed the night for a morning flight so can't comment on breakfast. Nice hotel, they gave us an upgrade to a huge room which was nice of them. Bed was comfortable enough. The hotel should provide more detailed instructions on how to find the hotel (on website it merely says 6 min walk from namba nankai). Getting here is a bit tricky from namba metro station (midosuji line). You want to head towards Namba City (exit 3). Find your way up to the first floor and walk through namba city following the sign for Namba park. Once you cross the street to Namba park walk along the walk way between the train track and the buildings. Eventually you will get to the entrance to the hotel on the right (there is also entrance on 2F).
