Check in was simple and smooth, the location is convenient. Got a drug store and a convenience store nearby. Minutes walk away from Osaka JR stn. Restaurants and shopping areas are too far walk away either. The room is simple and clean. The AC doesn't blow directly to the bed. TV has some applications to log on to your own media streaming service for viewing. Microwaves and ice machines on every few floors. I enjoy staying here.

Hotel rooms are new and clean, a bit small akin to other hotels in Japan. Staff are helpful and nice. But I wonder why they offer ear plugs when I checked in. I found out later. Rooms facing street are right opposite to a fire station. You NEED these ear plugs to have some normal sleep otherwise you'll be responding with the firefighter all night.

Family holiday in Japan, December 2023: This was our least favorite hotel booked by our travel agent. It was just too far away from everything, such as the train station and good restaurants. The breakfast was okay, and my kids liked the soft-serve ice cream for breakfast. The rooms were very small, and the service from the staff was just okay.

OK for the location. The first room where we were placed smelled really bad and we had to complain about it. At first, we were told that no other room was available, but after showing that the room was inadequate to stay, a miracle happened and a new room was available for us, if we paid an additional of ¥4,000 iens. We did so, and the new room didn't had any smell issue, but it was not as the first one (two single beds instead of one bed only). Room was OK, the ammenities were perfect and staff had limited English but tried to help. Overall, I believe we had some bad luck, but we have no intention of repeating it in the future.
