The hotel itself is in a great location, only 15 minutes from Shinsekai and Dotonbori. Great facilities including reasonably equipped gym, and children's soft play area. Hotel room was a good size, however, the room had a smell of fish even after cleaning. The air conditioning was also a little temperamental. Although the service we received was fantastic 👏 Rosy on the reception was extremely accommodating and was able to upgrade us for a very reasonable price whilst away on our honeymoon!
This hotel is just perfect! Walking distance to main locations. Close to local transport if you need it. Rooms and facilities are just lush! Our 2 bedroom studio had everything you can think of. Staff very helpful and polite and you have different staff nationalities so language won't be a problem. We will definitely coming back! Highly recommend it!
I am staying here now and I am so happy with my stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need to see but also very serene and peaceful when you need to rest. The room with kitchen was clean, spacious and modern. My 2 year old son loved the kids room. BUT I can not speak more glowingingly about the hotel staff. Ahn and Yun were so gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. BUT MY MVP WAS ROSY 🫶. I lost my phone in a cab and she was so empathetic and helpful. She spent a lot of time searching/calling my phone and eventually she got in touch w the driver and my phone was returned. Love Japan and love this amazing hotel and staff.
Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very well thought out. Everything was so clean - absolutely spotless. The service from reception, staff and the general manager was really professional, friendly, helpful. There are nice extras such as a communal kitchen that is very well maintained. We didn’t use it but noticed families making good use of it other than the professional grade espresso machine. The lobby was very stylish and comfortable. We had delicious green tea gin that is available only at the hotel. It was incredible. I would have bought some to take home if it’s wasn’t proprietary.
Great hotel for my first stay in Osaka. Very nice, clean and large apartment style rooms (largest rooms of all the hotels I stayed in Japan). I enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast (great French toast), water refill stations, and guest lounge. The location is convenient to transit in a busy area and felt safe.
