We stayed in May 2026 as a group of 4 friends. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with one of the best views from a hotel room I’ve certainly ever had! We felt the location was perfect for us to explore Osaka and venture out on day trips via the Shinkansen. Very enjoyable stay!

Great Stay Before visiting USJ - Kids Loved the Room & Hot Spring! We stayed here for one night to visit USJ the next day (room only, no meals). Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family! What we loved: * The family room was fantastic! It had a bunk bed with star-shaped lights, which the kids were absolutely thrilled about. * There was a sliding door between the master bed area and the kids' area, giving us a bit of privacy. * Having a small kitchenette area in the room was super convenient. * Located on the 25th floor, the night view of Osaka was absolutely stunning! * Access to the Solaniwa Onsen (hot spring facility) was a huge plus. Minor note: You have to walk a short distance through the connected complex to get to the hot spring. Since I didn't have any makeup on after bathing, it felt a little embarrassing walking back! It would be perfection if there were a completely private/enclosed corridor just for hotel guests, though I know that might be difficult structurally. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families visiting USJ!
Our main interest was USJ, so this hotel was perfect for that. Room was big and comfortable, we choose the family room. It had daily housekeeping( not every hotel en japan has it). Front desk helped with luggage forwarding to next destination. In the complex there ir a supermarket, a Daiso, a Pharmacy, a Mc donalds, A Sayseriya, a Family mart and other 3-4 restaurants , the sushi one was(kaiten) probably the best sushi we had in japan! Only complaint is the washers, only 4 for a huge huge hotel. Other than that, everything very good
An amazing stay at the Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower, the room we stayed in was a triple bed room and it was surprisingly big overall, with enough storage space for clothes and suitcases. The view from the 32nd floor was incredible and it definitely adds to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, with the messaging service allowing you to order towels, amenities and other room service items from the comfort of your room. The location is perfect, located just opposite Bentencho metro station which connects the hotel to Osaka’s main markets and Universal City being just a few stops away. They also offer breakfast on the 51st floor which was great. All in all an affordable stay with great rooms.
Great location, stunning views, and hassle-free stay Pros: The hotel is very easy to find, located incredibly close to the train station, a Seven-Eleven, and several restaurants. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. We stayed on a high floor and enjoyed a breathtaking view of Osaka Bay. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they seamlessly assisted me with forwarding my luggage to Tokyo. It is also very convenient for visiting Universal Studios Japan (USJ), though we opted for a quick taxi ride to make it even easier. Cons: The breakfast on the 52nd floor was an OK Western-style breakfast. It wasn't quite the standard you might expect at a hotel in the West, but perfectly fine considering you are in Osaka. Verdict: If you prefer not to stay right in the middle of the crowded city center, but want something practical, clean, and with excellent views, this is a great choice.
