Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by JetBlue Vacations, who provided us with a welcome packet and guided us to the De Palm Tours bus. The bus driver was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with our luggage and ensuring our direct transfer to the hotel.
Very professional, from making the reservation to arriving to our hotel. Everything went as they told us. We recommend using Viator since our experience was great. Even though this was our 7 th time visiting Aruba it was great listening to our driver claiming things, showing us points of interests swell as making recommendations.
I’ve used them before and they were right outside across the street. This time the guy inside the airport instructed me to walk all the way down to the right, unassisted senior where they now park the buses. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I’ll never ever ever use them again in my life, and would not recommend them.

Crew was directly outside of the airport.. directed you straight to the big coach buses outside.. all instructions were clear. We were dropped off directly in front of our hotel.
This needs to be more organized. There was no option to book it private. The bus makes several stops, so be prepared to have a long drive from the airport instead of just 15 minutes. On the way back, big confusion with the reps too. I was told that a pick up would be at 11.15am for my 3.30pm flight and when asked why so early, I was told "because we dont know how many stops we will make". Pick up was at 11.40am only when I called to ask of they forgot about me. It was only me, so I arrived at the airport within 15 minutes. Too bad that the checkin at the airport wasn't even open yet. The drivers were nice though.
You are in a bus with other travelers and have to wait but overall smooth transfer and will recommend if you don’t have to go far. We were only 10 mins

I was told they could not accommodate my drop off location and I would get a refund but then I had to pay for a taxi and I got an email saying I will NOT get a refund.
Nolan took us to the airport. His Tahoe was tidy and his suit was as beautiful as his smile. The ride to the airport on June 8, 2026. There were 6 of us in a Tahoe. He gave us a quick history lesson of Aruba and a quick current events snippet. He got us all in the vehicle comfortably and explained the process through the doors of the airport. THANKS NOLAN!
Just to clarify, this was a SHARED transfer. I initially booked it because I was under the impression that this was a private transfer, but it was actually a shared transfer on a big bus. Despite the misunderstanding, the transfer was great- friendly drivers, clean and air conditioned bus, timely manner, great price compared to a local taxi (I was priced approx $47 for a one way taxi from airport to low rise area).

Pickup was by De Palm tours bus and it was never full either direction. The driver stowed our luggage and stopped at various hotels in a timely manner. I would use again in Aruba.
Took over an hour to get to the hotel. Made about a dozen stops in between. By the time we waited on the bus and got to our hotel. It was nearly an hour and a half later.
Upon our arrival in Aruba we were greeted by a very pleasant driver and bus ride was fine. Our hotel called to schedule our return trip to the airport and we were told pickup would be at 11:15. At 11:30, called and were told bus was on its way. At 11:45, called again and finally a very kind driver picked us up in a smaller shuttle. It turns out the bus driver forgot to pick us up. Luckily it was a non event as we had plenty of time before our flight and the driver who did pick us up was lovely. If we had been on an earlier flight this could’ve been a huge problem.
Service was great getting to the resort. Upon arrival learned that we had to go to a different resort to reserve our return to the airport. Not very convenient.

Easy to book with, great communication, friendly staff. We used DePalm for our airport transfers and the drivers were both great. On our way to the resort, our driver explained a lot about Aruba and pointed out some sights. On our return to the airport, our driver explained the check in and immigration/customs process and gave directions on how to navigate the airport while it's under construction. Highly recommend DePalm!
Drivers to/from Aruba airport w ere friendly, funny and professional. Bus was waiting for us in both directions. We had no issues. They gave some interesting island history and told funny jokes!
If you book and pay for private vehicle trips to/from airport and chat with an agent to assure you are getting the ride you requested, don’t expect to get your request and assurance to be accurate or honored. I took screenshots of my conversation with their agent, assuring me that we were getting a private vehicle and when we got to the airport, they wanted to give us a larger shared vehicle with several stops before we get to our resort. We ended up paying for a taxi to take us to our resort. Very disappointed!

De Palm was the company that Air Canada Vacations used to transfer us to the hotel and then back to the airport again. They weren't really friendly at all but they weren't rude either. Just indifferent. The drive to the resort was good and pretty quick. Our pick up from our hotel to the airport, not so much. It was scheduled at 12:15pm. They showed up just after 1pm, 45 minutes late. Not even an apology. If the staff was friendly and they apologized for being so late, I would easily have rated them 5 stars. Much like them, I am indifferent.
Very nice group and very easy to work with on planning the take and return to the airport. They will NOT take you to an AirBNB but a resort hotel close to it - If you don't have transportation to your location you will have to get there somehow.
Driver dropped us off at the wrong resort and refused to take us back to the right one because he already passed our original resort where we should have been dropped us off.

Once we found our van. The ride was smooth for my wife and I. The only issue was initially be told to go to a different van which caused some confusion.
We had the best time on the party bus ! All of the staff were amazing and kept the night going at each stop. Every bar we stopped at was so accommodating and really had a party vibe. I will definitely recommend to my friends and want to do it again!
Great price and great service. When they realized they had to wait for some late riders, they put us in a smaller shuttle and got us on our way. Our driver was awesome!
I was greeted by employees in a yellow shirt then we had to wait for more flights to get in before we left for Secrets Baby Beach. We were then with another company with blue shirts. It was a bit confusing and I was not told there would be about an hour wait. Our pick up from the resort was easy and the driver was very nice and informative. I would use them again but might just get an individual vehicle instead.
We were not met at airport by any Viator rep. Ended up getting ride by Amstar, who is not who we signed up with

We really appreciated the Aruba airport transfer offered by Depalm. They were polite and on time, and the coach was very clean. It was easy to change the time when we realized that we had miscalculated and could spend an extra hour on the beach. The only caution I would make is that we were not aware that the pick up with a window rather than a fixed time; our 1:20 pickup came at 1:35, which our hotel assured us was fine. And they were right: we got to the airport in great time.
I booked my transfer with viator, got to Aruba airport at 3 , met with the person in yellow as I was told to , he then sent me to someone on a red shirt, who then said not go back to the person on yellow , then an Amstar rep told me to wait as he has a few more people to come on so he can take us all to Secrets, we sat there until 4 pm , then they were ready to pick up .
Quick and easy! Beat waiting in the taxi line that easily had 75+ people waiting with not a taxi in sight!
I was nervous to be traveling by myself. After picking up my luggage and heading out of the airport, I immediately saw the people with the “yellow” shirts. So easy from there. Directions to the bus. Very friendly good driver.
Instructions on how to find our transfer bus and employees were good. Bus ride was good and as promised. Only hitch was having to track down the hotel based personnel to get the round trip portion verified.

I didn’t even end up getting the return transportation they wouldn’t let you chose what time. Also it’s falsely advertised on Viator website it doesn’t say it is shared makes it seem private which it is not at all
