Private Airport Transfer Round-trip Aruba

Service was amazing. Our flight arrived early but I called to inform them but they already had someone at the exit of the airport. The vehicle took us from the Airport to the Resort. Thank you so much

A little more than a taxi but it was reassuring to know I could walk out of the airport and have transportation to the hotel. I was traveling alone, internationally for the first time in years. Reliable, friendly driver, clean vehicle.

Driver was in contact and waiting for us at the baggage check. Comfortable fide and he handled all the baggage.

First trip to Aruba and using Tripadvisor to book transportation. Private roundtrip for family of four for seven day trip. Price point excellent. Communication with operator was easy. Vehicles were clean and spacious. Drivers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. On time for pick up and depart. Overall good experience.

Ziggy and Andrew were amazing, from the moment I booked this. They were efficient with communication, when I landed and turned my phone on a message was waiting for me letting me know the name of the driver, what kind of car would be outside waiting. Once we were in the vehicle Andrew was engaged with us, held a natural flowing conversation with us, and the vehicle was super clean and spacious.

It was great our driver was waiting outside for us, he was very friendly and nice. He was very informative and funny. He was telling us about the island. I would definitely do it again.

Meeting spot at airport was a bit confusing but the airport agents were extremely helpful in assisting us the location of our driver. Our driver was welcoming, polite and safe. Our return pick up from airport was smooth. A confirmation pick up time was confirmed the day before and our driver arrived on time.

We had Andrew for both rides to and from the airport. He found us at the terminal when we arrived which was helpful instead of us looking for his car. He gave us some great ideas for restaurants and things to do. He made us feel welcome.

Reasonable price, driver was prompt. Very friendly when it came to answering questions about the island and offering suggestions for activities. Make sure you have the phone number that he provides to you to call upon arrival for a much smoother pick up.

Waited in the heat outside the airport for about 30 minutes just being told a car was on the way. Watched others get helped by the same company and many get taxis right away. Our driver when he finally arrived was very nice and apologetic and explained why he was late but we couldn’t understand why another driver wasn’t called to come get us when they knew ours would be so late. The whole point was to not have to wait for a taxi or deal with any confusion and have a car waiting for us when we arrived. We should have just gotten a taxi. There were plenty of them at airport.

This is the first part of my review with salty tour private airport transportation. We booked a round-trip picking us up from the airport and taking us to this portion is because we just arrived. I love this company. They stayed in constant communication. The van was actually beautiful and if your a big family I would definitely go with this company .They can transport eight people with luggage and 11 people without. Our driver was friendly and actually told us some very funny stories about a bear encounter in the Smokey Mountains. We’re still laughing about it a day later.. Felt very safe, very comfortable and great communication prior to the trip and when we arrived at the airport hundred percent recommend this company.

Jose was our driver. We enjoyed listening to him and learning about the beautiful island of Aruba. He was right on time and had a very clean vehicle. I will definitely use this service again.

One of the challenges with a vacation is there is easy stuff and hard stuff to orchestrate. A great restaurant on the other side of the island, .three families coming in at different times, leaving at different times. We had a few hard ones. Needless to say everything went off without a hitch. Absolutely fabulous. Attentive, responsive and one step ahead. Ziggy and Andrew were awesome.

Great experience- great communication and the driver was waiting when we arrived - zero wait, zero stress. A comfy vehicle, and the driver offered useful tips for our visit. And, the return trip was easy, with a quick text to update pickup time based on flight delay.

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Salty Private Transport Services on January 1. Two months ago, I booked a transfer from Secrets Baby Beach in Aruba to the airport, expecting a reliable service. However, 15 minutes before the pickup, the driver, Andrew Werleman (+2975925202), messaged us to say he wouldn't be able to make it. When I asked if he could arrange for another driver, especially given the last-minute nature and the difficulty of securing drivers on New Year’s Day, he dismissively responded that it was not his problem and told us to make our way to the airport ourselves. Attempting to find a taxi was futile due to the holiday, and as a result, we missed our flight. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The driver’s failure to fulfill the service, coupled with no apology or compensation, left us stranded and caused significant inconvenience. If you value dependable transportation on Aruba, I strongly advise against using this driver or associated services. They simply do not care about their customers.

Service never showed up for pickup, we waited a hour and a half with constant calls saying 5-10 mins out and no showed 4-5 times.

Andrew and Ziggy provided wonderful transportation for our family of 14 to and from the airport. They were easy to communicate with, confirmed our needs, and were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had different arrival and departure times and they handled it all perfectly. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if we get to go back to Aruba!

Fast, Courteous and Accommodating for my family trip with two adults, four kids. Easy to find the attendant, and they texted me via Whatsapp to coordinate pick up a few days prior to arrival, and when we landed. We got a round trip fare, and they've already started to coordinate the pick up for our return home. Great to have one less thing to think about!

This is the service you need once you land in Aruba. Andrew picked us up from the airport & took us safely to our hotel. He made excellent recommendations for dinner and attractions. Once our trip was over, he was there right on time. We will most definitely use this service in the future!
