My driver was waiting outside baggage claim with my name in his board. Friendly, energetic and joyful. Made me feel right at home and enjoyed our conversation all the way to the hotel which was about 30 minutes away. My husband and friends arrived earlier in the week and used the same company and agree we would use them again. Thank you!

While they were there when we arrived the guy that picked us up knew nothing about our return trip. He gave me a number to text which I used and 24 hours later still no response. I even went thru the Viator app and left a message there but still no response. So, now I have to be concerned my whole trip that someone’s going to actually show up to pick us up when it’s time to leave. Clearly this is not the same people we dealt with the last time we were in Aruba.
Worked out great. Met us right after we exited with bags…brought the car around and we were so happy we didn’t have to wait in the long taxi line.
It was very easy to do and the driver(Jesus)and car were first class. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jose was a great driver. He was on early to get us, which was nice because we were actually a little earlier than we expected. He was also very helpful in giving us tips of what to do during our stay. He was all around polite, professional and pleasant.

We were picked up in a timely manner, and our driver came and found as at the arrivals gate. During the car ride the AC was cold and we were brought to our hotel right away.
The transportation was operated by Groups AV. The reservation and transportation was handled by a dedicated coordinator (Camila) who ensured that our round-trip transportation was at the correct pickup locations at the agreed times. My group experienced multiple flight delays and cancellations due to an equipment failure that caused air traffic across the northeast USA to be shut down for almost 24 hours. Throughout this ordeal, Groups AV was in constant communications with me and adjusted transportation dates, times and locations to ensure my group could travel to the airport for our return flight. The original flight was scheduled to depart on a Monday but due to cancellation, we were rescheduled for Wednesday, and then, rescheduled for Thursday. Each time, Groups AV adjusted their car service schedule to get us to the airport terminal for our flight home. Thank you Groups AV. The support and service could not have been better!

We used this company for RT transportation from Oranjestad airport to hotel, and back to airport after vacation. They arrived promptly, even earlier than requested pick up time. Driver was very helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean vehicle. Our driver (to the hotel) Victor was super nice and friendly, punctual, and shared some recommendations which was appreciated. Definitely need to provide more details/information for the return (booked round trip). I tried to reach out to the tour operator ahead so we could plan our last day accordingly and didn't hear from them until the day before our scheduled return (so not sure I would've gotten a response had we had an issue). Overall good!

Driver was great. Was waiting at exit , with name on a board, was very respectful and cautious driver. Only thing i wasnt crazy about was waiting for him to get the truck. Should have someone else waiting with sign and have them pull up when you arrive. But it was a july 4 weekend so have ti expect that. Everything else was great.
On June 27, 2026, I booked an Aruba Private Airport Transfer through Viator for 6 travelers. During the transfer, the driver failed to properly secure the luggage. When he braked, the unsecured luggage struck my daughter with enough force that she screamed and I had to physically lift her from the third row to the second row of the vehicle. The driver heard my daughter screaming and did not stop or check on her at any point. When I contacted the operator through Viator’s platform, they acknowledged the driver heard my daughter crying but attempted to minimize the incident by referencing a tip I left at the end of the ride. My daughter was physically harmed due to driver negligence. I will be contacting the BBB as well.
