Place smells like a dirty fish tank. The bar does not know how to make a rum and coke.... Have been waiting north of 2 hours for soup. God knows when the food will come out. Staff is not trained correctly. I would not recommend coming to this hotel.
This place smells, the service is poor, and the wait staff is inexperienced in serving customers and awful at making drinks. I understand sometimes it is busier than anticipated but waiting over 2 hours for food completely unacceptable. We checked in multiple times and there was zero sense of urgency or recognition of the delay. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.
I was in Aruba for an additional night and the Hyatt was so convenient! It was less than a 5 minute walk from the airport, the check in process was smooth, the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was delicious! The rooms were clean and spacious, I would highly recommend!!
The hotel is located very far away from any useful place. The breakfast is terrible and almost all the workers are very rude. You ask for cleaning and they never come, the room smells moldy and in 20 days that I stayed here they never changed the sheets (i have contracted a pneumonia staying here). The pool has direct light only until 14:00h and they have lost a few of my clothes that i put to wash (they never offered any solutions to this and i have recieved many clothes from other rooms) This is the worst hotel ive ever had to stay on.
This was so convenient being right next to the airport. Rooms were large and clean and the hotel was modern and had an amazing breakfast included. Staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice, I just wish there was a hot tub. I think parking was $12 but we didn't need it.
