Everything as per description, guide was very informative, coach was very nice. Bus driver was excellent. We had enough time at each of the stops. Of course the Falls are spectacular. Niagara on the lake, is a beautiful town.

It stands as a testament to the early use of renewable energy and the groundbreaking engineering that made it possible. While we won’t be stopping, you’ll have a chance to admire the station’s impressive structure and learn about its vital role in providing power to the region. As we drive past Laura Secord's Homestead, you'll catch a glimpse of one of the most significant landmarks in Canadian history. This historic site marks the home of Laura Secord, a national hero known for her brave, heroic efforts during the War of 1812. As we drive past the Mackenzie Printery and Newspaper Museum, you’ll be seeing a significant piece of Canadian history. This museum, located in Queenston, celebrates the legacy of William Lyon Mackenzie, a key figure in the Rebellions of 1837 and the founder of Canada’s first newspaper, the Colonial Advocate. The Mackenzie Printery is housed in a historic building that once served as a printing press and office for Mackenzie’s newspaper. It is home to a remarkable collection of antique printing presses, newspapers, and historical documents, offering a unique glimpse into the early days of journalism and printing in Canada. Great guide (Chrystal) and bus operator (Hugo). A beautiful and enjoyable day! Would certainly recommend!
The tour was superb. Everything’s on time and went smoothly. The boat cruise was exceptional,i really enjoyed it! Highly recommended :)
Our tour guide was Alex. She was engaging, informative, fun and made the 90 minute trip to Niagara Falls a breeze. I think there was a good balance of free time and scheduled time activity on this tour. Alex recommended a few places based on questions my party asked, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend the boat ride, which we were able to purchase, once we arrived in Niagara Falls. We decided to have lunch on our own, which allowed us more time to walk around the town. Highly recommend.
My family enjoyed the easy pickup and travel options to get to Niagara Falls. We had lots of time to see what we wanted to see. Our driver was friendly and funny, he got us through some challenging traffic. I would recommend this for anyone wanting comfortable and easy way to travel.
The tour was a wash. Viator did not communicate our booking to the operator. We booked a 4 to 6 hours tour for 8:30am for 9/2/2023, contrary to the booking, they changed it to 7:45am and for a 9 hour tour. The entire group was disappointed because with a 9 hour tour, they will not be back in time to fly back to their homes. It was not a good experience.
It was my first time visiting Toronto and I had a great time. The booking says they were offering hotel pick up at select locations. Make sure if you do not know where you are going because you may be new to Toronto to book a hotel from what's listed. Unfortunately I did not and got a little lost meeting up. Make sure you leave a little early just in case. The driver was a little late but understandable due to heavy traffic. What I did not really care for was being rushed from the tour guide when we already started off late when we got to Niagara Falls. There were some parts where the tour guide was helpful and nice but other where he seemed a little frustrated because we were taking too long. He didnt really guide us too much anywhere you spent most of the time exploring by yourself and meeting up somewhere that changed a couple times. I wish there could have been more time to explore Niagara Falls and definitely more time at the wine tour. There wasnt really an actual "wine tour" just some flights of wine that's very sweet like juice with extra sugar. If you like dryer wines I would definitely not recommend this tour because they are showcasing the ice wines which are extremely sweet. I am okay with some sweet wines but these wines are not for drinking the whole bottle but popular in Canada due to the temperature for ice wine. I also would not reccomend buying lunch but finding it on your own. Also do not explore the lower falls it was a waste of money to look at it. There is really nothing to really see. The attractions were really cool I went on the sky wheel which was fun to experience, you get to go around 4 times and see the falls in the air. The rainforest cafe was really cool also and there is an open bar there. I got to experience a couple attractions, ate lunch, and had a cocktail, and took some pictures but there wasnt enough time. I met some nice people while on the tour also.
Cancelled by tour operator. Awaiting refund. Otherwise it would have been amazing experience in winter.
I booked the tour for 3 people on short notice, for the day after. To try and arrange meeting details, I sent an email, no response after a few hours, I then tried to call the phone number, only to reach a voicemail every time (5 tries or so on a 2 hours timespan). Eventually got a short email to tell me to meet at a location that was already mentioned in the description. It was rather upsetting to feel that I had paid for something that might not be happening. The communication clearly needs to be improved. About the tour itself, it happened to be a 7 people group including us, and therefore the "bus" was actually a 7 people SUV where people at the back were crammed, which was far from comfortable. There was no clear sign to identify it at the meeting point, so I called the number, reaching the voicemail AGAIN. I sent a email, which led someone to call me, that someone talking to the driver at the same time. It turned out that the driver didn't even have the passenger's number, making the meeting quite an upsetting and difficult one. Poor communication, again... The driver was a good taxi driver and a nice guy, but not really a tour guide. We didn't learn much.
My sister and I went on this tour. It was actually amazing. We needed more time actually at the falls and the area. Will definitely go back and stay a night there. The clock stop and little chapel in my opinion were not needed. would have liked more time at Niagara lake. But overall great tour.
Kevin and Lisa are fantastic! They went above and beyond! The bus is climate controlled and comfortable. Kevin did a great and charming job of informing us about highlights on route and at the falls.
We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Once at the Falls things go very quickly and it can be easy to lose the group, but that is only because of the popular tourist attractions. The winery and boat tour were both excellent. Highly recommend. Prepare to be very tired by the end though.
I honestly thought this tour could not be any better. Grant and Lisa were a great help and couldn’t do anymore for us. Thank you so much for the lovely trip.
Bus was nice and clean. Tour guide was very sweet and made sure that we were well taken care of and comfy. Loved the town on the lake and the wine tasting was quick, but i understand as its a tasting not a wine tour. overall Great value for the price.
The actual visit to the Falls was fine, but there was too much time spent in Niagara Falls town, which is pretty awful, and other stuff like Niagara-on-the-Lake and the winery visit, which are OK in themselves, but not relevant if all you want to do is see the Falls. Also Viator/tripadvisor don't tell you which company is runnig the trip, so we nearly missed the bus because it said VIP on it and we thought it was going to be something called Niagara Falls Tour or similar. And it takes ages to go round all the hotel pick-ups; is it too much to expect everyone to get to a single central location? On the plus side the guide was good, and the Falls are spectacular.
This was a great all inclusive round trip from Toronto to Niagra Falls. There was plenty of time to explore on your own during the stops. The extra two stops before the falls were a lot of fun and interesting. The tour guide had a great attitude and lots of fun. The under the falls part was super cool. I would for sure recommend this excursion.
Nathan was superb. We really enjoyed his knowledge and history of the falls. pick up was done at our AirBnB around 8;00am and returned back at 5;00pm. the stops we made were just enough. the falls booth was under construction so we had to maneuver around a bit. we had free time to get lunch on the hill, we tried the Canadian's favorite "Timmies" The village was nice, they had a store where my wife picked up some gifts for the grandkids. We really enjoyed the day and the hospitality by Nathan. Cheers
Fun & Exciting Trip. Our Host was Natahan, and he was a real Gentleman. always made sure we watched our step, and offered umbrellas for the Rain! The falls look out point was great, as was the village. Didn't try the wines, but the other couples said it was good. We got back to the hotel early enough to enjoy the night out.
Tour was great. Really wanted to take the helicopter ride but it was cancelled. Niagara on the lake was smaller than we had imagined. All in all, good choice for the money
I would commnet these folks for perhaps giving us not on the best tour, but the most professional service. Would love to use them again in the future. Big shout out to Stephen for making our day memorable and for the good laughs. My wife says it is the Best tour to Niagara Falls!!!
Ótimo tour: excelente infraestrutura para visita às Cataratas, parada imperdível em Niagara-On-The-Lake e numa vinícola com o excelente ice-wine!
