Such a great day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls. $200 was worth it to take a pit stop at the FREE large flower clock, FREE pit stop at the whirlpool, FREE maple & chocolate tasting spot ((which should’ve only been 30mins instead of 60mins)) , next was the under the falls admission which should’ve been longer than 45mins to walk around the area. I think 90mins would’ve been perfect in that area at that stop because they had a bigger gift shop & food choices. Lastly was the boat tour admission which was great, but that could’ve been longer as well. Overall great trip but need to reconsider amount of time spent at the little stops and give more time at Niagara Falls area. I think 9-10am would’ve been a better start time but I’m not too sure how traffic is at those times.
This was a great day trip from Toronto. We got to see a lot of the sights. Kumar was our bus driver and tour guide and he did an excellent job of doing both. It was a busy day in Niagra so the jump ahead feature was very nice. You do get wet on the boat ride, I would suggest bringing a second pair of shoes. All in all this was a really fun and memorable day.

Easy day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls via small mini bus. Great guide, small group, easy entry to activities and just the right amount time at each location.
The tour covers a great variety of interesting places, and every stop is worth visiting. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience. However, I think it could be significantly improved with better time management. There is very little free time to fully enjoy each location, browse the shops, or explore at your own pace, while too much time is spent on activities that add relatively little value to the overall experience. A better balance would make an already great tour even better. Also Kumar was an awesome guide
It was a little confusing and rush. Spent a lot of time waiting guide to buy tickets. We did not skip the line in the boat part. The guide was gentle and extended tour so we can complete every attraction in plan.
The trip was scheduled to be 9 hours in length with a proposed commencement from Bay St at 10.30. The journey did not commence until after 11 and due to roadworks, we arrived at our first destination at 13.11 rather than 12. While the driver and tour guide tried to give as much time as possible to each individual tour, it felt very rushed with no spare time available after the Niagara Falls boat cruise, due to the length of the queue and some of our tour party having to wait for the next cruise. As such, we had an opportunity to purchase some lunch at our first stop (Maple Leaf tasting) and had no further allocated time for food until the Skylon tour at close to 18.00. All tours during the day were very busy. Aside from the above, the day was very enjoyable although we had a further 45 minute delay in our return to Toronto due to car crashes. The bus driver did his best to provide sufficient time but the queues were everywhere. The bus driver, who was also the tour guide, was very nice. There was also some confusion on the bus about seating arrangements with passengers boarding on Bay St not aware of passengers from an airport hotel. The result was that some parties were split across the bus/Bay St passengers moving some former passengers belongings. Suggestion that the operator co-ordinating the trip and passengers are allocated seats as seat numbers were evident. This would avoid any confusion. The bus was also quite smelly from petrol/diesel which one got used to over the day but didn't help for any passengers who are prone to travel sickness.

I did the Niagara Falls day tour today and couldn't be happier. The day's itinerary was packed but completely doable, with six stops made altogether. I didn't have tickets for all the attractions (so no boat, journey behind the falls or tower for me), but there was always something to do and see at the stops regardless. Our guide and driver Kumar made sure we got the most out of the experience and was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. I think the tour offers extremely good value for comparatively little money (without the 'add-on' attraction tickets) and I definitely recommend it.
The tour was great. Shahz was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. The boat ride was the best. All in all awesome day.
Haroon was great! He was very knowledgeable about each site we visited.and gave great instructions. Everyone should have this experience to visit Biagra Falls. It was breath taking.,
Our driver Chad was excellent, very interesting so many facts. He made sure we k ew exactly where and when we were going to the different attractions.
We wanted to have the whole Niagara Falls experience so we did the boat, behind the falls and tower. The best and most memorable was the boat. Only a short ride of about 20 minutes but gets you close to the falls to get soaked. I would wear shorts and flip flops next time because shoe/socks and pants got so wet. Glad we spent the whole time there!
The stops were great! Driver exceptional. Other guests on tour did mot respect guides directive to return to bus at designated time. This caused delays and a late return. It was FIFA weekend in Toronto so traffic was unusually congested. Driver did all he could to accommodate the multi-lingual guests. Not dissatified.

Great day trip from toronto to canada side falls. We did the boat trip and trio behind the falls, all worth it! Only complaint we had was not sticking to the itinerary second half of the day. We made dinner reservations based on tour timeline, and we had to change it twice! Otherwise worth it!

Driver/Guide Haroon made sure everything worked smoothly. Bus was comfortable and the attractions at the Falls impressive (too bad about the weather). The maple syrup place stop was a bit unnecessary, but maybe because the person there who gave us some info seemed not very engaging. All in all definitely a trip worth taking!

The boats weren’t running because it was winter, but we had great views of the US and Canada Horseshoe Falls and a delicious tasting of Canadian chocolates and maple syrup, as well as a chance to try poutine and maple beer for lunch and time to visit the city of Niagara Falls, Canada. Add-ons took us up the Skylon Tower to view the falls from above and down into a tunnel to see them from behind.
This was my third time going to Niagara Falls and my second time with Airlink Tours. I brought my parents with me. It was my mom's first time. We all loved it. The tour started with a Maple Syrup Tasting. It was great learning about how the famous Canadian Maple Syrup is made. We also stopped by to see the Niagara River Whirpool. The main event for us was going up the Skylon Tower and appreciating a panoramic view of the American and the Canadian falls. It was very cold, but it was part of this New Year's Winter Adventure! I totally recommend doing this tour. The guide (also the driver) was super friendly and great!

The most memorable thing out this experience were the places and memories I got to spend with my family and meet some friends along the way, some of my favorite activities were getting the opportunity to taste the different maple syrups and chocolate from the Maple Leaf Place, it truly was some of the best syrup and chocolate I have ever tasted. Harool made this trio even more memorable for me, the way he interacts with his customers is what truly makes the trip so memorable. After that we saw the river line that leads up to the falls. It was breathtaking scenery from the overlook area. We got to go under the falls and that was incredible, hearing the power of that waterfall was amazing to hear and see. Lastly we took a boat tour out to the falls and I got completely soaked but, I couldn’t have wished for a better experience, lastly to conclude the day we stopped at the tower overlook for the falls, that was amazing to get the opportunity to see Niagara Falls from such a raised area in the sky. All in all, the tour was amazing and I would any day recommend it to friends family and more and keep the memories alive from this whole tour.

I did the behind the falls, boat ride and the Skylon Tower. Overall, my experience was amazing! My favorite experience was the boat ride, but come prepared to get soaked! There are a lot of opportunities to get souvenirs and experience some of what Canada has to offer food-wise through the maple syrup and chocolate exhibition Our tour guide Haroon was so knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very happy with my experience and definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience the falls up close and personal.

Decided to go to niagara falls last minute and booked this the night prior. Had such an incredible experience with Shuhz, he was a great tour guide, gave us perfect instructions and everything was so smooth. Highly recommend!
The driver/ guide was punctual, courteous, amiable and a good , and he imparted info along the way. Our day- though an 8 hour trip- went by really fast. We did the boat tour, behind the falls, and the tower. There's an hour to yourself even if you do all the activities. The maple leaf place was nice, though their chocolate is really expensive chocolate at $22 a bar. The whirlpool and flower clock were nice stopovers.
This really is a great tour to do. Haroon our guide was great and the day just flew by. We did the whole tour, behind the waterfall, boat and tower and all were great but obviously the boat was the best. Got suitably soaked which made it even more fun! Take shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dry ones ready for after as your feet get really cold!

Haroon is a wonderful guide, he knows all the details of the activities of the tour and he knew how to handle and direct the people on the bus very well, always on time.
The trip to Niagra Falls was amazing! We had a couple of stops on the way, for example to see the Whirpool which was amazing. When we arrived we went behind the falls, we went down through a tunnel behind the falls but you could not really see much as there was an opening where you could see the water coming down, it was cool to see the power and hear the noise from the fall but it was not an open space like a thought it would be. The tunnels also let to a balcony in front of the falls which really close and beautiful. From there you could see the falls from a lower angle and also look at the boats coming and going. The best part was the boat tour and definitely a must if you go there! You get soaking wet but the experience was great! Afterwards we went to the Skylon tower and from there was a beautiful view over the falls. We had a great guide (I dont remember his name). He gave us very good information and the plan was really good from start to finish.
