Toronto: Niagara Falls Night Tour, Boat, Journey, Dinner & Tower

Amazing day from start to finish, well worth the money, well organised, great group size and a great guide, Adam Nice, was great, accomodating, knowledge and friendly with a personal touch!!! Would highly recommend this tour

Great tour. Informative and fun. Not rushed. Guide was very good and funny too. All of our questions were answered . Length of tour was just right. Definitely recommend it!

I chose this tour over Spanish-speaking options, even though my wife doesn't speak English, because I saw good reviews saying the guides were friendly and accommodating to non-English speakers. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Additionaly, the Civitatis description mentioned stops at Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Floral Clock, and the Whirlpool dam for photos. While I understand it notes these depend on the season, it doesn't clarify when they are or aren't included, which lacks transparency. None of these stops happened, nor were they explained by Adam. Literally, it was just a transport service, so I was very disappointed. The description also promised a guided tour, which never took place. The only "guidance" we received was being dropped off at the Table Rock parking lot, where those of us who hadn't booked additional activities were abruptly told to get off, as if the information he was going to share with the rest of the group was somehow confidential. On top of that, Adam's attitude in the morning was far from welcoming. He even admitted at the end of the day that he started off very upset because of an issue from the previous day. However, that isn't the fault of the new tourists traveling with him. We didn't book extra activities because the Civitatis description stated there would be guided accompaniment at key spots followed by free time. Honestly, I don't understand the high rating—for me, this was far from an exceptional experience.

We had an amazing afternoon at Niagra falls with Adam Nice! Adam was knowledgable, funny, and made sure that we had a memorable day, accommodating everything he could while keeping the day running smoothly. The tour was the perfect way to see Niagra, very well paced and covered everything. The illumination tower at the end of the day was the cherry on the cake, a very cool and unique experience. Thank you Queen tours and Adam!

This tour was exactly the right length of time and our guide, Suresh, was excellent - making sure we had enough time to see everything without feeling rushed. We were picked up at 12.20pm in Toronto downtown. The coach was full, but with about passengers only. It was clean and modern. We stopped at a maple syrup and chocolate factory for a complimentary tasting "flight", which was interesting and tasty with no pressurised selling techniques. Then we headed to Niagara Falls for the Maid of the Mist and Behind the Falls experiences. Both had skip the queue entry, so no long waits.....we were straight in to both attractions. Be prepared to get wet, as the Niagara ponchos aren't up to much - we took waterproof trousers and jackets and stayed nice and dry! The free time in Niagara was a couple of hours, but we filled it easily by looking around the shops and attractions and gazing at the illuminated falls after dark. Then we were driven straight back to Toronto and arrived at about 10.15pm with smiles on our faces after such a fabulous day out.

Highly recommend this tour. If your guide is Adam Nice then you are in good hands. He made the whole tour so slick, easy and relaxed. He really knows what he's doing and is so friendly and humorous.

This was great. Our tour guide, Adam Nice, kept us on track and informed. Which is no mean feat with such a large group. We did all the activities which were awesome and the dinner. The light up the falls experience was a unique and fun opportunity. All up a great trip to see the falls by day and night without needing to bother with driving and parking.

An excellent tour with the extra twist of running on into the evening. Cleverly composed to offer a good set of options within the basic framework. Expertly conducted and competed by our guide Adam Nice who has the knack of running a tight ship without being overbearing. Highly recommended. One thought, maybe add in the whirlpool as an alternative to the helicopter?

It was worth every cent! Tour guide Adam Nice was amazing he directed you everywhere you needed to go and made everything so easy. He was so funny and easy going. I’ve already recommended the trip to a couple we met at the ball game the next night. I hope they went 😁 We made lots of memories on our mother/daughter trip❤️

We had a brilliant day with Adam. He was very attentive, made sure everyone was comfortable and had all they needed. He was really knowledgable about The Falls and he had a great sense of humour. We did the all inclusive package (afternoon/evening). The boat was the highlight of the day by far (better than the helicopter in our opinion). We could have done with more time as we would have liked to have done the zip line but didn't have any free time with the all inclusive package. The only downside was the meal in the evening. We were expecting a 3 course meal with waiter service but it was a buffet and the food wasn't great for the money. There are loads of places to eat so probably better (and cheaper) to find your own restaurant. In general though, a great day and would recommend everyone visits these amazing falls if they can.

Great experience and an even better tour guide. Adam Nice was most helpfull in any way, has a great sense of humor and lots of stories to tell. Clifton hill and the fireworks were really nice to see at nighttime!

What an amazing trip to do and Adam our tour guide was brilliant too. Highly recommend doing the later trip to see the fireworks at night over Niagara.

An amazing tour, highly recommended. From venturing behind the falls, the sheer force of the water, during the boat ride( phenomonal, mother nature at her very best) to the meal overlooking the Falls and the illumination and fireworks to follow, what more could one ask for? Suresh, our tour guide was exceptional, very informative and professional throughout the very long trip, approx 10 hours.

This is a great tour, although we simply paid for the transport only and didn’t add the journey behind the falls, the boat or the dinner. We wanted to do the zip line and as we didn’t know the exact timings of any of the tour operators activities we prioritised the zip line. Glad we did as we found it was cheaper to get tickets for behind the falls when there rather than paying the tour operator as part of the package. The guide Adam Nice was good fun although did feel a little sidelined as we hadn’t paid for any additional experiences and it was almost like he forgot we existed when it came to dropping us back off in Toronto. Apart from that he organised the group well and everyone seemed to have enjoyed the experience. The falls in the evening is so worth seeing. So much better than just the day tour. Fireworks were spectacular and make great photo memories

Great Niagara Falls experience! Our guide, Adam Nice, was awesome, great sense humour, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. He shared lots of interesting history and details along the way. The tour was well organized, with pickup, drop-off, and all the stops in between. Hard to imagine seeing this much on our own in one day. Great value and highly recommended! Vlad

The guide was fantastic. I was frustrated that the trip was booked to capacity and I had to be separated from my 12 year old son he was at the front of the bus and I was at the very back. Other adults were not accommodating at all.

Loved all of the options this tour provided. A great option for those who want to see the falls at night. We didn't book any of the extra add ons as we wanted to just wonder around the area, take pictures and see the fireworks. Our driver made sure that everyone got to do the activities they wanted to and made sure we stayed on time. The trip to the maple store was a nice touch!

This was such an amazing day! We went in last Friday and would highly recommend. Tour was highly organised and got messages day before so had peace of mind of time and where to meet. The day was fabulous, falls beautiful and well worth it. We did the option to eat as knew with it being a Friday in August it was going to be busy so had peace of mind wouldn’t have to waste time looking for somewhere to eat. Our guide Adam ensured we had an amazing view of the falls which made the experience even better! We then got to light up Niagra Falls- it was so surreal and such a fantastic trip.

Took the Niagara Falls Evening Tour with Queen Tour and had Adam Nice as our guide. Honestly, the guy lives up to his name—super friendly, funny, and kept everything running smoothly without making it feel rushed. Seeing the falls lit up at night and catching the fireworks was unreal, and Adam sorted out all the tickets and details so we didn't have to stress. Total 10/10 night out, highly recommend if you want an easy trip from the city.

We had a great excursion to Niagara Falls. It was our first time there and our guide Suresh and driver Frank made it really easy for us. They were both very knowledgeable and had us right on time throughout. I highly recommend this trip!

This tour is an MUST! Adam Nice is fantastic! He was knowledgeable about the area in order to get us to events early on enough to spend extra time browsing around. He arranged a helicopter ride for my new husband and I in a last minute request. He secured us a shuttle with a partner tour operator to get us there and back before our dinner reservations. Afterwords a small group of us went into a secret back door where we were able to control the lights of the falls! Both Canada and the US 🤭. Unbelievable day trip for us. Very much recommended.

This tour was well organised and Adam Nice was clearly an experienced guide who was able to quickly adapt to the needs of the group and unforeseen delays etc. It was great to have a day organised by someone other than ourselves for such an iconic visit to Niagra Falls. The place is very romantic, we took a hotel with fallsview and it was amazing to watch fireworks from the room.

It was a very nice experience, the tour was very well organized, pick-up and drop-off in Toronto worked well. The tour guide managed the tour in an excellent way although the group was much bigger than announced (more than 50 instead of less than 20) and created a very nice atmosphere within the group. We received many information about the Toronto-Niagara area. Beside the attractions there was enough time to explore Niagara.

We had a great day and wouldn’t change anything. Adam Nice was our guide and Mr Wilson was our driver - both were excellent. Our favourite things were the walk behind the falls, the boat trip and getting to change the colour of the falls - an amazing experience! The fireworks had been cancelled due to the issues with air quality in the region (from the wildfires).

The guide was taking care of us, he has quick and he was attentive enough to take care but at the same time to let us some free time to do shopping and enjoy the surrounding areas.

Overall good. The bus is the worst riding vehicle I have been on. Temp too hot on way back at night

From pick up to drop off our driver was professional, knowledgeable, funny and patient with everyone. The day went seamlessly, we had plenty of time at each activity, our driver explained what to expect and made sure we were all signed up and taken into each place. We absolutely loved it! Adam Nice was a fantastic guide and the whole trip went really smoothly. We did the all inclusive deal including behind the falls and the boat. It also included dinner, which was OK - starter and dessert were tasty but the main wasn't the best but I really didn't mind as booking the dinner meant that we could have the experience in the illumination tower and that was worth the money. We were so excited about being able to light up the falls. What a fantastic experience and it was worth every penny. Highlight of our trip.

Winston was an amazing guide. Patient with the crowd, funny, knowledgeable about greater Toronto and the Falls, and above and beyond offering to take our pictures, checking in with us as we go, and overall being a great guide and presence.

Brilliant informative.. no rush

Great tour, the guide was responsive and attentive to our requests and super friendly, and the tour delivered all that was claimed, on time. The bus ride was great as was a small bus, and not a huge group thus got time to chat with the other group members. Good value for money I think. The highlight for us was the illumination of he falls, its not often you can truly say got to personally light up the falls.

It is a very nice tour , it was lots of fun and worth the price ,the ride ,ticket was all smooth @adamnice was our tour guide 5 stars for him late night he dropped all the tour at their stay instead of common drop off saved us tons of time late in night

We had a wonderfull day at the Niagara Falls with the full package of attractions. It was all worth it. Not only the beauty of the nature but also how good the day was organized. A special mention for our guide Adam Nice who made the day even more special with a great mix of professionalism, patience (even in the middle of Toronto’s traffic jam), experience and humor!! We definitely recommend going with Adam

The Niagara falls cruise and the journey behind the falls were amazing experiences but we found the tour was poorly organised. Firstly, the timings shown aren't correct. The firework display does not start until 10pm, so we didn't get dropped off in Toronto until 12:30am and we weren't the last ones! This also means that there are 4+ hours to kill between the end of Journey under the falls and the fireworks. Whether or not you opt for the meal, that is a lot of time to wait around for a 5 minute, forgettable fireworks display. Secondly, although the guide was a very nice guy, he wasn't well organised. He occasionally gave conflicting meeting times, was himself 15 minutes late to meet the group after one stop and even missed our drop off point (good thing I was looking at Google maps and spotted it).
