Toronto: Niagara Falls Day Tour: Boat, Journey Behind And Tower

Lunch spot was a tourist trap. There are better options directly at the falls. Journey behind the falls was underwhelming as you have a far better view from the top. Boat ride was an experience worth it, but be sure to get wet. Skylon tower has an excellent view of the falls and the surroundings. Our guide was very nice and informative, the Organisation was good.

My husband and I spent an amazing day in Niagra Falls. Our tour guide Haroon, was entertaining and high energy as he talked about the historical background of different sights in the area. He is very knowledgeable and gave great tourist tips and tricks. Haroon got the asmission tickets in advance so we didnt have to wait in a long line. Fortunately there wasnt much of a crowd today which also helped. I definitely enjoyed this experience. Highly recommended excursion.

Glad we were in the Tour with Haroon. He is really structured and experienced on this Trip and gave us Insider hints to get a small advantage. Because of the many scheduled activities on the Trip (Flower clock, Maple Sirup tasting, behind the falls, boat Trip, skylon Tower) we Sometimes felt Like we are on a Rush and would have Loved to spend a bit more peaceful time at the spots. But Overall a nice experience and we are glad we booked it.

Really great experience! Our tour guide, Haroon, was excellent. Very punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with the route and the falls' history. He kept things moving and made sure we didn't waste time. One of the biggest highlights was the “VIP” access to the Niagara Falls boat ride. Instead of waiting in the typical long queues, we were in and out in about 15 minutes. That alone made the trip feel worth it, since it left more time to actually enjoy the falls instead of standing around waiting. Highly recommended!

A good fun day out especially in the summer when it’s actually fun to get a little bit of a soaking from getting up close and personal with these incredible waterfalls.

Great experience but would not recommend journey behind the falls. There was really nothing to it. I would suggest visitor are given some sort of a film about the caves. Boat trip, fallsband tower was awesome

Haroon was a great tour guide, patient and very polite, on hand to answer questions and very informative. The bus was clean and spacious enough for the journey time. The group happened to be very civilised. The tour was leisurely and seamless with plenty of time at each stop. I'd highly recommend the full tour. It was great to see behind the waterfall and from the lower observatory. And the tower at the end was a nice touch to finish off!

We did the tour with airlink. Excellent tour, very punctual and very funny. The guide explained everything before hand and gave us a schedule to follow. The bus was clean, comfortable and with space for the bags. One would think that 5 hours are enough to visit the Niagara Falls but actually they felt short because there are so many activities. Everything was great, definitely would do it again.

The two first stops of the journey are pointless and have no interest. Too much traffic to return to the city on the evening.

Very well organised tour, excellent guide, spectacular scenery, also had time to do helicopter over the falls. Will most definitely return.

Had an amazing time. The tour started with a visit to the Floral Clock, which is beautiful. Then we went on to do the maple syrup tasting. I was surprised that I liked the dark brown syrup the most. It had the strongest flavor amongst the kinds of syrup there. We also did the Journey Behind the Falls. The Niagara Falls is just MAJESTIC! Just… uughh! Can’t explain how beautiful this falls is! We also went on a boat ride to get a closer look of the falls and went up to the Skylon Tower to have a bird’s eye view of it. It was such a wonderful experience! Thanks to our tour guide, Shaz, for keeping us safe all throughout the tour and for sharing his knowledge of tourist spots we visited. He really knows what he’s doing! Would recommend this tour. It was not only fun, but also informative.

Shohz was very polite and an amazing tour guide but this false advertisement. I wanted to go on boat ride so we should have been contacted via email to inform us that Canada side boat tours wasn’t going to begin until May instead of April

We got the full Niagara Falls experience—behind the falls, from the top, and right at the base. Every angle was unreal, and feeling the power of the water up close was next level. Definitely unforgettable. Thanks to our tour guide, he is cool!

i would say it was a pretty good experience! we left downtown toronto around 10:30am and left niagara at around 5:30pm so like 7 hour trip. the tour driver/guide was really nice, i liked how he gave commentary on areas we were passing and included interesting facts and history. i also liked the little stops we had on the way to niagara falls they were neat spots. the falls themselves were really nice and we got a nice 3 or so hours to explore the area ourselves. overall i would say it was a fun experience and i would recommend it for anyone who wants to see niagara falls.

The Niagara Falls Day Tour was a great experience. They picked us up from Downtown and got us to the falls smoothly and safely. The full trip was 9 hours, about 2 hours there and 2 hours back. The atmosphere is fun, with a great tour guide and respectful tour-mates. You travel with a group of about 50 people. This is best for people looking to explore tourist attractions with a cohesive trip to the falls and back, with transport fully covered.

Haroon is an absolute legend. Best trip ever, didn’t get a o do the boat but we loved the cave.

It was an interesting trip and generally I nice experience the weather was bad but our driver and bus guide was amazing and really helpful!

Booked 1 month in advance. Very reasonable price for the experience. We originally booked the boat and journal behind the falls. However, our boat tour was cancelled due to amount of ice in water. They compensated us by taking us on the skyline observation deck. Which was wonderful. Our tour guide was Haroon. Very punctual and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Enjoyable trip great to see Niagra. Enough time at each stop. Skyline tower had great views The boat was not available because it was out of season - we took tickets to the power station instead. Harool was our driver/host.

Met shahz in the morning, had a delightful chat from location to location and had a nice talk about where to go to get better pictures around Niagara Falls. Then he took us around telling us about historical and locational facts. And later had a nice and quiet drive back. 10/10 would do again.

It was really nice. The view was simply amazing and it wasn’t that crowded due to it bring the winter. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit but our guide Chaz was very informative and well spoken about the different facts and things about the whole place.
