Toronto: Niagara Falls Day Tour With Whirlpool & Boat Cruise

Chad was an incredible host! In the morning we had a miscommunication with GetYourGuide, so our initial shuttle was full. Luckily, Airlink Toronto was able to reschedule us to an evening tour with Chad. It was more personal because there was only one other couple with us. Chad made the trip very easy and convenient! It was super fun, relaxing, and memorable! He was able to accommodate us fully. The fees were reasonably priced and the experience we had was worth it.

Great experience overall with our Evening Guide Chad! The day flowed well, each spot did not feel rushed and was allotted a great amount of time for pictures and exploring. Be careful rescheduling with Get Your Guide! They did not secure our transportation for our 10:30am pickup, when we rescheduled online. The only reason we got to go on an alternate excursion was because Haroon from Airlink called and got us a seat on the 1pm tour with Chad. Book with them directly!

We traveled with as family of 4 (a senior, a 2 year old, 10 year old) and all of us had a great time. The trip started off a little confusing with seating arrangements mixed up between a bus and private car. But after that, everything went smoothly and all was organized well. Haroon was a very friendly guide and we felt we got a good experience without the hassle of trying to organize everything ourselves. I would recommend this tour for anyone short on time or just want an easy niagara falls experience.

I contacted Airlink tours and communicated with their sales agent, Haroon, by e-mail. He gave me a price per person for a tour of Niagara Falls including the boat, the journey behind the falls, and the Tower. We were 9 persons. When he sent the email with the total amount, he added the GST. I asked if he could do it including the GST because I was comparing to other companies on Trip Advisor. Then he came up with a bizarre quote doubling the prices and asked if I was happier like that. I told him no and I prefered his previous quote. Then he said his quote had been in USD and not in Canadian dollars. It didn't make sense to be adding GST when quoting in USD. All his quotes were using the $ dollar sign without specifying the currency. Anyway I felt deceived and turned him down. I don't care that Airlink claims to be the largest tour company in Toronto. To me they are dishonest and treated me unfairly. We finally did the tour with Zoom Tours who picked us up with a new van and all worked well.

Driver did not even try to keep the schedule. We were more and more late after each stop. At the worst we were sitting in the bus at a parking lot for 40 minutes waiting for some passengers. We came back seriously delayed. One should not have any plans after this trip. But otherwise good trip and worth it.

This is a comprehensive well thought of tour without any time wasted. Exceeded my expectations all the way! Haroon was very accurate with timing and made sure we all had a wonderful time. 5 stars

Not as advertised. The itinerary showing on the reservation makes it sound like you are going on a tour and learning about the falls and maple syrup etc. Instead, this felt more like a transportation company dropping you off at the spots in a random order, and telling you to be back a certain time. Sometimes it was not entirely clear what was expected of us or what we were supposed to do. There was also an issue with either our driver and/or the vehicle. Of the six people in the vehicle, 3 got car sick on the way there and back. If you like to be left alone for most of the day, visit overpriced and mediocre tourist food traps, and learn absolutely noting about Niagara, this tour is for you. (But the sights were beautiful)

Everything was great and experience was great. Things were on time and punctual too. The only thing is that there wasnt enough time to eat lunch.

Boat tour was nice, drive was smooth, meeting instructions clear. More time needed for lunch which was combined with the maple and chocolate tasting--less than an hour. Entire bus was rushing our takeout at the bus stop.

The driver is excellent with expert guidance! I will introduce TripAdvisor to all of my friend if you have a chance to Toronto !

Very cool guide - Shahz, everything was top noch. Enjoyed family trip, had a tasty maple syrup tasting, spectacular views and cool company.

The tour was fun and the views were spectacular. Our tour guide Haroon was very helpful and he explained every spot on the tour very well. Haroon also had a great personality.

My experience was great. The ride was nice and driver was very knowledgeable. I would be the excursion again. Haroon was so kind and friendly! He shared so much information about each stop! The best part of my trip so far hands down.

I really enjoyed this interesting trip, which was completed in a very skillful and comprehensive manner. I also enjoyed the way the person in charge of the trip gave me sufficient and comprehensive information about the stations we passed through.

Very long bus ride, 1hr 45min each way, my tailbone is screaming at me. Lunch had limited food options but quality was okay. Niagara boat ride was short but good. Tour guide, Haroon, was awesome, very morbid, loved it!

We had a great experience seeing Niagara Falls. Viator was a really good way to see the sights. It was super nice not having to figure it out on our own. Viator was organized, timely, and stuck closely to the schedule all day.

Had a great day visiting the Niagara Falls. Pick up and drop off was prompt. Lots of information provided by Haroon on our journey to the falls, including a pit stop to try 3 different types of maple syrups and some chocolate samples. Throughly enjoyed our day trip.

Great experience. Best part is the Hornblower boat trip. You get up close with the falls prepare to get wet! Tour guide is chill and answered all questions I had. Recommended!

Great way to view Niagara Falls main attractions in one day. Guide was great and was able to answer any questions we had. You will get wet on the boat tour.

We did an Airlink tour with Haroon who was an excellent guide with good humour and lots of facts. Plenty of stops throughout the day so pretty much all covered. We really enjoyed the maple syrup tasting experience but thought the boat trip was fantastic!! Great way to end our time in Canada!

Very cool experience with the boat and the view in general. Going in groups without queues is efficient. The guide Haroon explained everything. We loved it!

Haroon was a fantastic guide for our trip. He was punctual, friendly and gave us lots of information. The trip was well organised and comfortable. This trip was a lot of fun and we would recommend the boat trip. We also enjoyed the arcade at sky tower. We felt that the timings were good for this trip and would do it again if we came to Canada again.

The entire trip was awesome! Well worth the money. The views were awesome! The boat tour was so fun. Watch out, you will get wet! It felt great because it was pretty hot outside. The maple syrup tasting was a cool experience too.

Bring shoes you don't mind getting wet. If you go on a hot day the back of the bus is hot! Wear no poncho on the boat if it is hot. Falls pf course were lovely and so was the maple tasting.

This was a great tour to see Niagra Falls and our guide, Haroon, made it fun and entertaining. Haroon shared history and clearly explained each part of the itinerary to us. The boat tour was awesome, bring some dry socks or sandals to change into for the ride back to Toronto.
