We took the boat cruise and journey behind the falls - both were very worthwhile! The best part was Marian, our tour guide, she provided excellent commentary, was very funny, and made the trip fly by. Although it might seem like a long tour, the time is needed if you want to go on the boat and walk the tunnels behind the falls. They take care of tickets and timing.

On October 26, 2022, I booked a trip to Niagara Falls – it was simply wonderful! 😊 Our tour guide, Michael—also known as "The Captain"—was phenomenal! 😊 He is a fantastic entertainer; it was a pleasure listening to him, and I learned a great deal about the region around Niagara and Toronto. He knows countless facts and answered every question. I took both the boat tour in front of the falls and the tour that goes behind them. I would book both again; although you can’t see all that much from directly behind the falls, the viewing platform next to them is spectacular. I had a thoroughly enjoyable day and can definitely recommend this tour! ☺️☺️

My wife and I took the day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls with Queen Tours and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The day was well planned and by booking with Queen Tours meant that we had fast track access to the different attractions at the Falls. Our guide John was very knowledgeable of Toronto and Niagara Falls and he made sure that our whole group made the most of the experience. There are the normal tourist traps with such an amazing attraction, but John was very forthcoming with suggestions on how to make the most of the day based on his local experience. The group we travelled with were fantastic and it was certainly a highlight of our trip. I would strongly recommend using Queen Tours if you are planning a trip to the falls. You won't regret it.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Niagara Falls tour, and so much of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Tracy! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what she does. She shared so much interesting information and made the entire experience both fun and memorable. What really stood out was how Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible experience. She genuinely cared about making our tour special and was always willing to go the extra mile. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. Niagara Falls was breathtaking and such an experience. Tracy made the experience even more enjoyable, particularly with the photo stop opportunities on the way and visit to Maple Syrup Factory. This was my first organised tour travelling solo. It was excellent, John gave us a snapshot of the city on the drive to the falls and told stories the whole way. This was a very accommodating tour, allowed us to opt in to additional activities throughout and was all done with a calm efficiency. I’d advise everyone to try the helicopter ride over Niagra falls, this was incredible! Great value and a huge time saver. We didn’t have to waste any time queuing for tickets for any of the attractions, John took care of it all. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic day out! I was travelling solo, booked through get your guide, Tracy was the tour guide and Kelly the driver. Both were amazing! The bus arrived bang on time, Tracy gave us all the knowledge about the falls, we even got to go maple syrup tasting!! Overall a 10/10 trip! Would recommend to anyone!

The tour is perfect if you just want to see the falls and do the boat tour - there isnt much free time if you do all the experiences but I personally felt it was enough time there as I wasnt into all the stuff on cobble hill - the main reason for going was for the falls and having lunch in a local restaurant which this tour provided sufficient time for

First thing: Book the boat ride (Hornblower) and the Journey behind the Falls.... don't skimp on this once-in-a-lifetime trip! We had several people who signed up for this tour, but neglected to actually book the full Niagara Falls experience! So, while most of us went walking to within a few feet of the crashing water, or cruising into the spray of millions of gallons of water, they waited up on high walls surrounding the falls. Sure, the pictures from the platforms can be amazing, but to actually be INSIDE the churning water or UNDER the falls is a bucket list item for many (and it was for me and my wife).

This is one of the few tours where you can view both the boat tour and Behind the Falls. Our guide Marion was a gem. Efficient, organized, funny and kind. Just sit back and enjoy the show. Well worth the money.

My friends and I loved the boat cruise. Experienced Niagara Falls close up for an amazing and wonderful experience. The journey behind the falls was not worth the money in our opinion. It’s basically a window where you see limited water gushing down, not what we expected. We enjoyed our guide who was informative, entertaining, and fun. In the future, we would only book the boat cruise, great adventure for your money.

Queens tours were absolutely fantastic- very informative and very efficient at getting us to each of the attractions - I would highly recommend- our tour guide Lina was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept us all entertained

Niagra Falls were amazing, but rushed due to earlier delays. Maple syrup tasting stop was a waste of time tbh. Very chaotic and rushed through the experience to meet again at the allocated time only to find that the coach was not in the car park. We then spent 15 minutes waiting for it to return.

The tour was brilliant! Glen was a fantastic guide; he was friendly, polite, helpful and organised. Kept us entertained with facts and stories as we travelled and was just generally a very decent chap. I’d be hard pressed to pick between the helicopter ride and the Hornblower for the best part but either way it was an incredible day out. I will absolutely be recommending Queen Tour to family and friends when I get home.

What an amazing day. It was so good from the start to the end. Our guide Marian was absolutely brilliant. So informative and funny with her amusing stories and jokes. The weather was sunny so everything was perfect.

Very enjoyable day and well worth the money. Our pick up was wihtin 10 minute walk from our Hotel. Our Guide/driver Tracy was very helpful, sharing her experiences and insights of the attractions that we were taken to. In all an excellent day and her help in suggesting places to eat (The Keg) probably had our best meal of our visit to Toronto

You will get wet, and if you, like us, travel on a hot, humid day, you will welcome the mist. We were picked up at a close location, driven from Toronto to Niagara in a comfy air-controlled bus to Niagara, and treated to Lina's happy, upbeat guiding as she drove. We made a few stops along the way for maple and chocolate tasting, a bit of shopping, and viewing the power that is the Niagara Falls. This day culminated in our adventure of traveling behind, below, besides, and by boat around the wonders of the Niagara Falls. This was a blast. And boy did we get wet.

The Captain, our tour guide was THE best, so informative, knowledgeable, humorous, and excellent driver!! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from booking direct with Queen Tours right through to drop off at the end of the day. We had an absolutely brilliant day with Queen Tour Niagara and would recommend it 100%. Pickup was easy, on time and really well organised. Our guide, Michael, aka “The Captain”, was fantastic from the very beginning. He was extremely thorough, calling everyone forward individually, showing us to our seats and checking exactly which tickets and experiences each person had booked. The vehicle itself was really comfortable, clean and had charging points, which was a nice touch for a full day out. Michael made a huge difference to the experience. He was friendly, funny, informative and genuinely seemed to want everyone to have the best possible day. He kept everything organised and on schedule without ever making the day feel rushed. The journey from Toronto didn’t feel particularly long because Michael gave us lots of interesting commentary along the way. He also knew when to give everyone some quiet time, so there were periods where we could sleep, chat or just relax. Niagara Falls itself was absolutely breathtaking. The Hornblower cruise was easily the highlight of the day and genuinely unforgettable. You get incredibly close to the falls and you definitely get sprayed, but that is part of what makes it so much fun. I would absolutely consider this the must-do experience at Niagara. We also did Journey Behind the Falls. It was good and interesting to experience, although after how incredible the Hornblower cruise was, it naturally felt a little less exciting by comparison. If you had to choose between the two, I would definitely prioritise Hornblower. The maple tasting was a really fun and unexpected part of the day too. I really enjoyed having something completely different included and it helped give the day more of a Canadian experience rather than purely being about the falls. We also stopped at the whirlpool for photos, which was another really nice addition. The timings throughout the day were spot on. We had enough time to experience everything we wanted without feeling rushed, but equally there wasn’t so much free time that we were standing around waiting. For us, booking the tour was absolutely worth it compared with trying to organise Niagara Falls independently. Everything was taken care of, the day ran smoothly and we could just enjoy ourselves. Worth every penny. The Hornblower cruise was the standout experience, but Michael “The Captain” made the whole day more memorable, informative and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Queen Tour Niagara.

Excellent trip to Niagara Falls. Marianne our guide was super fun and full of knowledge. The whole trip was seamless, well organised and great value for money, from the booking process to pick-up and instructions etc. Transportation was very comfortable. Winston, the driver/guide was very personable. He shared some good information while on the bus, but sometimes you couldn’t hear him because of the speaker system. The Pickup spot was very convenient about 2 1/2 blocks away from my hotel and the bus was clean. I think they allotted a good amount of time to visit in Niagara before heading back to Toronto. There were some other customers that were causing a little bit of discord because they kept taking people seats on the bus, so maybe the operators of the tour can implement when you choose your seat that’s your seat for the remainder of the trip. When doing the different activities like behind the fall and the boat cruise, the guy did not go with us, so we didn’t learn much about those particular things or the history of them. It would have been good to learn more history about the fall and then Niagara area. I would say the trip was a little bit more expensive than what I feel. It should have been, since it really was only a ride there and a ride back. There were no extra perks no meal vouchers or anything like that. All in all I enjoyed myself but next time I think I’ll drive on my own, get a chance to see some things off the beat and path.

The entire day was great. Andrew was well organised and knowledgeable with interesting information regarding Toronto and Niagara Falls. He maintained good control of the group ensuring we were on time to the various excursions on the day.

This tour was just okay. It did the trick and got us to the falls and back safely. Pick-up was on time. The bus ride was long, especially on the return, and the bus seemed very much due for new shock absorbers. It was very bumpy, even on the freeway. It was also very hard to hear the guide on the bus. There was practically no narration and instructions on what we were doing when and where to meet were somewhat confusing. When asked for dining recommendations, the answer was that there are lots of places. The falls were nice to see but it wasn’t our favorite tour experience.

What a fabulous day we had at Niagara Falls on Paul's party bus. Our driver was fun and friendly pick ups were on time. Boat tour was amazing no queuing as Paul tools us straight to the front with our prepaid tickets. Just enough time spend at each location and we were back in Toronto for 6pm. Great tour thank you 😀
