Toronto To Niagara Falls Day Tour With Boat Cruise And Lunch

Our tour guide Shahz was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was full of information. Niagara Falls was amazing . Totally recommend this tour.

Well organized and the day does not feel as long as it is. Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We did not do the lunch or behind the falls. But the boat ride and free time spent were more than enough of an experience. We ended up on a smaller shorter bus, but it was air conditioned and very comfortable.

We booked the three course lunch overlooking the falls and instead received a one course meal voucher for a fast food place with no view. I requested a refund and without explanation, that has been refused. We paid around £30 each for lunch and what we received was about £12 worth. An absolute rip off. The coach we were on broke down but to give him his dues, the tour guide handled that really well. We wouldn’t have minded too much but coupled with the terrible lunch, it ruined the day for us. The boat was fab but I’d suggest booking with a different operator.

It’s a convenient way to see the falls if you don’t have transportation in Toronto. The tour guide is very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

We were stuck in traffic so we called Haroon but got his voicemail. He called back and actually waited for us 11 minutes more than double the allowed 5 minutes. Good commentary and very nice drive. Overall very nice day tour. Thanks Haroon

I made a complaint as we never recieved lunch , only to be contacted by the owner with shouting and abuse because of my review ! Unacceptable behaviour - owner is a sandwich short of a picnic and has no place running a business.

BEWARE! Whilst we really enjoyed our day and the guide we did not get lunch over looking the falls. Only at the first stop amd 2hrs into the tour we were told that we were the only 2 ppl who choose this and if we wanted? To do it we would have 20 mins ! Or we could substitute it for behind the fslls or sky view ....he was encouraging of the food court sooo under duress we paid to have lunch ??? After getting back on the bus i looked up the cost for what we got compared for what we booked and there was over £100 difference!!!! I have complained and wait for a response but it left a sour taste 👎

Nice trip to Niagara falls in good weather in september. Two hour drive from downtown Toronto to Niagara falls, 5 stops there with total time at Niagara falls being 6 hours, then two hours back

Excellent tour, our guide Haroon was very good, he explained everything about the trip before we set off and then gave us plenty of info on route. We just did the boat tour and that was so much fun and very wet. A must do trip! Only small negative was the description of pick up point, we found it ok but only because other people were walking round looking for it🤣

Had fun. Long drive. Lunch was okay, very basic menu but nice view. Boat cruise was short but awesome. I didn't get that wet, poncho keeps you pretty dry.

I had so much fun touring through the Airlink Niagra Falls tour. We got to see the whirlpool, taste test maple syrup, enjoy Behind the Falls, boat ride, and tower. I was able to do so much in 1 day! Our guide was excellent. He was very informative and communicated our schedule very well so that we could have free time in between all our scheduled activities.

Our first trip to Canada and our tour guide was great! We had multiple stops and they were timed out well with meeting back at the bus each time keeping everyone together.

First time at Niagara Falls and really pleased we went on the tour. Haroon was really friendly, entertaining and provided lots of great trivia along the way. There's plenty of down time broken up through the day at each of the attractions.

The day trip to Niagara Falls was an excellent experience, the highlight of our visit to the Toronto area! Our guide Haroon was very kind and knowledgeable. He organised everything very well, so we managed to do a lot in a day without feeling rushed; we did get home quite a bit later than planned, but he warned us abou it already at the beginning, since it was a weekend (and some of the other travellers were delayed at some of the stops) . The boat trip was the highlight of the day. The journey behind the fall wasn't a must - you do get as close as possible to the Horseshoe Falls, but the view is actually better from the ground level, and certainly from the boat too.

The boat tour was absolutely incredible—so much fun and the most amazing way to experience Niagara Falls right up close.

We had a fantastic day which was well organised. Haroon made sure everyone was well informed of the plan of the day from the very beginning and had lovely facts and recommendations to share throughout the day. Being on the tour made it possible to see multiple attractions including the whirlpool on the way, maple syrup taste testing before a good lunch, skip the queue access to journey behind the falls, a boat tour and Skylon Tower. We had a great day with our guide Harun! He is very friendly and funny and made this trip a very good organized and save trip. He shared many Informations and funny facts with us. We are very impressed of the Niagara Falls and all the facilities.

We went to do the boat ride, which was awesome. The bonus was there is so much more to do! We only spent one day, but we could have easily spent 2 or 3.

Full day of events and sight seeing. Tour guide was great. The bus didn’t have an intercom therefore, there was no music or knowledge of the route while traveling to Niagara Falls. Overall, fun experience.

It was amazing, our guide was awesome, and views were stunning. The food was delicious however they didn’t have any dairy free dessert options which was disappointing seeing as how I’m lactose intolerant, but other that it was amazing.
