I think this company ( Zoom Tours) also works with the one we went with on September 28.Our guide, Johnny, was just fabulous. He provided us with a lot of information but also managed to make the journey great fun. He was courteous and friendly. We saw so much that day! We didn’t do the lunch option as we’d already had a big breakfast but, from all accounts, it was good value. We wanted to see Niagara on the Lake and were lucky to go on a very quiet day. Johnny drove safely and dropped us back to our hotel, as arranged. We had a really memorable day.

Niagara Falls, Ontario, is a Canadian city at the famous waterfalls of the same name, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a town in southern Ontario. It sits on the shores of Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Niagara River. It's known for its wineries and the summer Shaw Festival, a series of theatre productions. The flower-filled, tree-lined old town features 19th-century buildings, mainly along Queen Street. Near the river, 19th-century Fort George was built by the British to defend against American attacks.

It started bad as I was told last minute that I could not be picked up at the location I booked because it was a last minute booking and they could not reach the driver. It was an obvious lie as during the day the driver picked up numerous calls and was always reachable. I had to hurry to the different location and I was rather upset. I don’t think this is a professional behavior and very disrespectful to the customers. However Johnny, the tour guide/driver made it instantly better. He’s been very entertaining and helpful during the entire day. I found Niagara Falls rather tacky but the falls itself were stunning. I took the boat ride and it was so much fun.
No delays. All according the schedule. Guide provided indications. Recommended. I started from a hotel in the Airport
Excellent tour guide, Mr Ali very knowledgeable and patient Enjoyable with kids, and takes care of all tickets and fast track through lines, making a wonderful day
I would not recommend this tour. My partner and I chose this tour as it was one of very few that allowed us to go to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake which we were most excited for. They told us to be 10 mins early for the pick up location, however, the bus was running 40 minutes late. Following Niagara Falls a group of 4 people did not show up to the bus at the allocated time (the bus driver was very clear in his communication - not his fault). The company policy was to wait for all guests to return to the bus prior to moving on even in the event they are late. This was not articulated when purchasing tickets. As a result we had to sit on the bus waiting for 1 hour. This meant the second half of the trip was rushed and we didn't even get off the bus at Niagara on the Lake (a large part of why I booked this tour). I was extremely disappointed that the company policy ruined our once in a lifetime trip. When I reached out to them they offered my partner and I a $25 combined refund which is appalling for missing out on a whole hour of our trip. Highly disappointing.
The Falls are fantastic! Our driver was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us. Tour operator was prompt in responding to questions we had prior to trip. Lunch site didn't seem prepared for large groups but it was adequate. Be prepared for a long ride home as traffic back to Toronto can be heavy. Tour also picked up and dropped off at both downtown and airport, adding to the time it took to get back.
Gary the driver of the bus, was very friendly and excellent at explaining the sites etc. overall a great experience. As a driver Gary came as very experienced and safe.
Great trip, was late for pickup but then all went smoothly, driver very entertaining, highly recommend to take the boat ride
We signed up for this tour but were assigned to another one. Similar, but different, itineraries. We did not get to do the Journey Behind the Falls, which we were supposed to do. The tour to which we were assigned went to a maple syrup tasting and included, for a fee, a buffet lunch at the Sheraton, with a view of the falls. If we had wanted the maple syrup tasting and lunch, we would have signed up for that tour. I do not agree with our tour guide’s advice we would get more out of doing the lunch with the view, rather than doing the Journey behind the Falls. Two very different activities. Very disappointed we could not do the journey. Niagara Falls itself and the boat tour were great! Johnny, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and very willing to share his knowledge. However, his self-praise all day was too much. We were to have hotel pickup and drop off. Pickup was fine. Due to traffic conditions, Zoom Tours arranged for us and another man to be taken to our hotels by Uber. Johnny instructed the Uber driver we were to be dropped off at the same hotel as the other man. We then had to walk over to our hotel. Granted it was not particularly far, but one of us has mobility issues and it was raining. We should have been taken to our hotel.
We had a great time despite the weather and Johnny our tour guide was fantastic. Prompt pickup from hotel, with an e-mail confirmation the night before. Due to bad weather and a road accident Zoom tours organised an uber, so we did not have to be on the bus for an extra 2 1/2 hours. We only have good thing to say.
II patiently waited for 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time, only to receive an email notifying me of a delay due to insufficient customer demand. I would like to emphasize that this situation was beyond my control. I already made a payment and I expect to depart on time. I kindly request that my time be respected and that a refund be issued promptly. Thanks.
None Call me to discuss this awful trip. 954-629-6882 No water offered. Driver keep warm water in cooler by himself, Never received free souvenir of the falls, transportation was old bus with no rest room and no dedicated rest stops for rest rooms, drive had no knowledge of places we went. Trip was awful and and I would never use your company for again.
Our guide Patrick was just fantastic! Very nice guy, well informed, flexible and charming. He made this amazing experience, even greater. Unfortunately, the meeting point was changed very last minute, which caused a couple of problems and a team was not available in advance to clarify them. I would also recommend to better explain what each package you can choose on the website really contains. It was not quite clear and some of the people from our group had to make changes.
Gerry was an excellent driver and guide...just enough information, and not too much. He answered questions to expand on details for those who desired it. We enjoyed the small group. He relayed the change of departure in a timely manner.
Pros: tour to Niagara Falls was good, driver was knowledgeable enough. There were hiccups getting the pickup details but was sorted before the tour itself. Cons: Niagara on the lake was listed on the itinerary and yet we weren't taken there.
Garry our tour guide made sure we had a great time while also learning some history of Canada and Niagara Falls. We made several stops besides the Falls that were interesting. I had heard that you wanted to see the Falls from the Canada side. I would agree with that.
Go with Mr. GARY. He is an excellent driver and kind host and tour guide. We stayed by the airport. The small shuttle (seats 12) picks you up and drops you off at your hotel door. It is about 1.5 hour ride from hotels by the pearson airport including a stop at the maple shop for gift shopping and maple syrup tasting and a restroom break. Seeing the actual falls was the highlight of it all. The town felt like an amplified Las Vegas strip (fun houses, wax museums, hard rock cafe). But the kids loved driving the racetrack cars. There were several stops after that on the ride back, which were nice too. We left at 8 am and got back at 5 pm so prepare for a full day. However, all in all it was worth it. You will share the ride with others. Some opted for the boat and behind the falls tour. We enjoyed the free time instead. Everyone but the alert driver in the shuttle were knocked out on the way back.
The tour/location itself was great. Niagara falls and all of the stops along the way were great and absolutely worth it, and I opted to go on the boat ride, which was an incredible experience and worth the price. Our tour guide Karen was great, and paid close attention to the needs of the guests. However, as a warning, this tour company provided very little communication about some critical details, the first being pickup. This tour picks up at various hotels, and while the pickup time is listed as 8am, you may end up being picked up any time between 8 and 9 depending on when the bus gets to your location. There was no communication from the company about this or about approximate pickup times, so you are just left standing on the street for up to an hour, with no idea of whether you've missed your bus or not. I contacted the company multiple times with no response on their supposed live chat function, and by 8:45 with no word from the company, I finally called and was told the bus was on its way. Once on the tour, the pickup times at each tour location were also not always very specific, and often ran late, so some people were left waiting around for others or for the bus to get back. Also, this is a very long tour, depending on delays and traffic. For example, we hit very mild traffic, and the first set of passengers on my tour did not get dropped off until close to 7pm, so this was an 11-12 hour tour depending on when you get dropped off. All of these things would have been fine had they been communicated clearly by the tour company prior to signing up, but with very little information provided up front, you're basically left guessing what's happening from 8am on.
Absolutely fantastic tour guide. He was incredibly informative, educational and really fun. I would highly recommend this towards anyone that’s interested in seeing Niagara Falls the bus was extremely comfortable and we have plenty of time to see all of the highlights.
Wonderful day with our tour guide Dwayne. A hiccup in the morning was sorted by Zoom Tours and we had a fabulous day. Thanks Dwayne! Four Aussies 🙂
I bought the tour with the winery visit and it did not happen! I felt cheated! And I want my part refund as “sorry”!
A lot of fun packed in our day - Niagara Falls boat tour and small chapel were our favorites. Our driver, Fabio, went above and beyond. About 2 hours after dropping us off, he realized we left something behind and he drove it all the way back to our hotel to get it to us - really appreciated that!
We booked our december tour with Fabio. He is such a nice man! He took us to several additional photo Op sites, too. He kept us in the loop about whats happening next, and where to shop the best deals. He gave us plenty of time to shop and eat, too! The tour takes you from the upper Niagara falls area, all the way down to where the river lets out into Lake Ontario. Its very thorough, and explores a lot of unique areas along the way. Even though some things were offimits due to the snow and ice, i still recommend this winter tour of niagara falls. There is so much to do!
Our Niagara Falls all day tour was amazing. Fabio was our tour guide. He has good knowledge of the area and explained the history well. Niagara Falls was stunning. We had beautiful weather and the sun made it more enjoyable. The Falls cruise was not available due to weather. Instead, we got a behind the Falls tour. A winery tour was included in this package. I would recommend Fabio and this tour. Wes
Good service, personalized, guide Jhonny knows more languages other than English so he helped us a lot. You pass quickly without queuing up.
Beautiful, expeditious. It was an interesting way to take advantage of the 15-hour scale. The guide very friendly and the service very punctual and comfortable.
