Perfect car for our family of 4. Hafiz is a very skilled driver, very polite and helpful. The car was in time, waiting for us and the ride was smooth and enjoyable. We definitely recommend this service and this driver.
SIDDIQI was very friendly and nice. Wonderful ride to our accommodation. WOW forceful review with 100 characters
Nadeem was our driver. He drove us safely and efficiently to our hotel. He shared much information about Toronto and Niagara Falls. Very personable and courteous.
This was an excellent service. Communication with the driver in spite of the flight delays was great which made locating him very easy. The vehicle was top notch and the drive was smooth. Would definitely use this service again
Great experience! Our driver was amazing but I don’t remember his name!! Vehicle was very clean. Highly recommend!
These guys were simply brilliant and so easy to deal with. Our flights got cancelled twice and we ended up needing to be picked up from the other Toronto airport to the ne we had booked but all changes were acknowledged so smoothly and the driver was there on time and really pleasant and informative. I can't say enough positive things about using these guys!
Very easy to use. Driver is helpful and friendly. Car is clean and comfortable. Big enough for our luggaged
Fantastic service, greatly appreciate the proactive contact and patience of our driver who got us safely from the airport to the hotel.
Driver was waiting at the airport when I arrived. Safe, courteous, and took me to my destination Comfortable, clean vehicle. Thank you. I will use your Mayfair car service again. Thank you
I received instructions on arrival which was very reassuring travelling alone. Friendly efficient service. Thank you
The pickup was so easy. We didn’t wait any. Driver professional & friendly. He knew a way to avoid traffic.
This entire process went smoothly, got us from the Toronto airport to our downtown hotel comfortably and with a little information about the city, as well.
Friendly and on time! Thank you for all the follow up and texts to keep us informed!! A great experience.
Shaun was an excellent driver. There was some confusion on where we were top meet (my fault) and Shaun went out of his way to track us down. Highly recommend.
We were tired after a long travel day and our driver was waiting for us and got us to our destination in a timely manner.
Our flight landed at 10:30pm and by the time we finished getting through the airport it was after 11pm. Driver was there before the scheduled time for pickup and communicated with us via text on where to meet him. This was appreciated since we did not have internet when we landed. He was patient enough to wait for us to get our luggage and walk to the meeting point. Got us to our hotel safely and was very friendly. Offered us bottled water as well. Overall great service. Will use again.
Our experience was perfect. Our driver texted us as soon as our plane landed. Additionally, our driver waited patiently as I was chosen for a random security check.
Excellent service from start to finish and smooth journey from the airport after our delayed flight from las Vegas up downtown Toronto
Driver texted me right away. I did not have to wait at the airport long. It took longer for me to deplane . Great experience.
We had a great experience with this service for our airport transfer from Pearson Airport to Downtown Toronto.
Very efficient service. Nice clean car. Very knowledgeable driver. Very smooth ride from start to end. Will definitely use again.
The ride was very convenient but it was basically a glorified Uber. The vehicle was not clean, there were no drinks or snacks provided like the description stated, and the cost was entirely too much for what was offered.
what a enjoyable experience we had on our transfer from the airport to niagara falls area.Ahmed our driver was so professional and extremely pleasant from start to finish as well as being highly informative about the area we was staying in plus additional info which was very helpful this being our first visit to the falls area we would certainly recommend this company and we ourselves will be booking them again when we return to the area
Very easy to find driver, he text me with a description of the car and license number. Very professional
Driver reminded me of his service the day before pickup. He was on time to pick me up at a specified area which was the closest exit to the baggage carousel.
Clear pick up instructions, driver great balance of friendly but not too chatty (off a long flight so that was really appreciated :)). Took stress out of airport arrival late at night. Would use again.
The driver was on time and drove us safely to our hotel. I would definitely book through Viator again.
So thankful our driver got updates on our flight and waited for us. We were 2 1/2 hours late getting in but he was there and so helpful in getting us to hotel.
We used this company for out transfer from Pearson Airport to downtown Toronto. Everything was like it was promised. The driver was great and knew a lot about city history. Would definitely use this service again.
Perfect, we were picked up on time at the airport. Very comfortable vehicle, very kind driver.
Excellent communication and punctuality from the driver!. The cart is new, very large, spacious and comfortable. The driver very kindly helped us with luggage and provided us with water. We recommend it!
The driver was very quiet and was on the agreed time. Which is the most important, besides fit all our bags. The communication through tripadvisor was also perfect. Thank you very much.
