Private Tour: Niagara Falls Helicopter Flight

**Very disappointing and overpriced for a special occasion.** I booked the private helicopter tour for my husband’s birthday and informed the team beforehand. I was told they would provide “full support,” so I expected at least some acknowledgment of the occasion. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the pilot even wished him a happy birthday. There was no enthusiasm, no initiative to take photos, no interaction. I chose the private option specifically to make the birthday more special, but the only noticeable difference was that we didn’t have other passengers with us. For approximately **$765**, the experience felt very transactional and did not feel worth the price. The helicopter ride itself was enjoyable, but the lack of basic warmth and customer service made the overall experience very disappointing and significantly overpriced. A little effort from the team could have made a huge difference. I was not expecting an elaborate celebration or complimentary extras, but basic acknowledgment and customer engagement would have made a meaningful difference. For the price paid, I unfortunately did not feel that the private experience provided the additional value I expected.

No commentary during flight as the headsets were not working, only comment I got when mentioned on landing was they were aware & radio has to be changed? For the price you would think you would have everything working! Very disappointing, on another note the views were amazing!!!

We booked and paid for our adventure pretrip. Very excited to do our 20 minute flight over the falls. Our scheduled time was 12:30, but we received a call stating that the weather was going to be poor and we were asked to reschedule for 2:30 or 3;30. No problem roll with the punches… we said 2:30. We adjusted our plans, what we noticed that during our original time slot the helicopters were flying overhead, oh well, no big deal. Drive out to the airport for 2;15 for our safety course prior to takeoff. Went through it and we were ready to go! Very excited! Then the pilot says he forgot the Snow Birds are flying overhead and that they are grounded until 3:15. What the heck! Change gears again, we go to a winery and wait…. All that would be fine but the sad part for me was when we got back after 3:00 to be ready for our tour. No helicopter, no one there?? Sign says they are out flying ??? That’s weird, they’re grounded. We prepaid so we sat there until 3:40ish, helicopter comes in for a landing, unloads a nice couple takes there picture sends then on there way. Wow, now I’m pissed, no explanation nothing, just lets go. Flight was routine/ boring as there was little talking and there was a trainee with us as well, Got back to no photos and be on our way Soooo disappointed and we spent a $1000.00 bucks Would I recommend??? 20 minute helicopter flight over Niagara Falls was fabulous. We were blessed with beautiful weather so the views and colours were stunning.

Visiting from the UK this trip is highly recommended if you want to see Niagara falls and the wine region at its best. Our pilot Parker was really informative about everything on our trip. Fantastic experience.

the ride was great - beautiful day. There is no narration, so they should not list that in the description. It takes most of the flight to get near the falls- i suppose we went over vineyards, but of course no narration- they said it was busy in the sky, so that is why he didn't talk to us.

It was a wonderful trip. It is so different to see the falls from above. The helicopter ride was so smooth, too. I was amazed to see that we were traveling at 110 knots.

We loved seeing the falls from the air! You see the power of the water and how the river flows between the US and Canada and connect Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. It captures the majesty of the Great Lakes. The staff was helpful and informative and our pilot was terrific. Add this to your weekend trip to Niagara!

5 stars We choose the private couples ride. First flight of day= calm skies. Ryan is very gracious. Explained all we needed. The commentary is recording. So you can hear better. I think it stopped though. But , but all necessary. It's about the ride, and the views. He shows you everything. Did a big figure 8 over the falls. Better location than right on falls for what you get to see. Easy to find. Ice never been in a helicopter. I fly a lot for work. But this was such a smooth flight. I thought it would be bumpy. We were early in am. Highly recommend.

Our family was visiting Niagara Falls for the first time this past May. We took the private helicopter tour with Ryan as our pilot. The views of the Falls from the air were amazing! Ryan was wonderful to work with. He made scheduling very easy and took us on the best course to let us have the best sights along the way from both sides of the helicopter. You should not miss this opportunity.

We had a breathtaking trip to the Niagara Falls. Everything was right - from the booking, the helicopter flight and the super nice and professional pilot Tyler. This experience will be deeply remembered for us. We also had great sunny weather. After the circular tour over the waterfall, the heli dropped us off at the winery. A perfect day!! Thank you so much!
