Never showed! We waited 40 minutes and they never arrived. They kept claiming they were 3 minutes away and stuck in traffic and there was no traffic. Another excuse, the driver claimed she didn’t have GPS and couldn’t find our hotel even though we were staying at the biggest hotel in the area, easy to see from anywhere. The owner yelled at me on the phone and said I was lucky to even be getting a ride. I believe this company is a fraudulent company, beware!!!

Big thanks to our driver Jim he came earlier than booked on our request, we had a long hold up at border control as we gad to do biometrics on our passports into the US from Canada which knocked his schedule out but still got us to the airport in time. Highly recommended

Our driver, Jim, arrived at the hotel in a timely manner. He was very polite and talked to us on the way back to the airport giving us some information and showing us some sights along the way. He was very attentive to our needs and dropped us off at the airport in a timely manner.

My driver was a no show and I was unable to get a fill. I eventually had to go with another company. I received a call at 3:30am the next day, saying he was there to pickup. Right time, wrong day!!!

I was supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 1 pm. I waited at the lobby until 1.45 pm and nobody showed up, so I had to take a taxi to Buffalo airport. Since the service wasn't provided i want my money back.

Being stranded at the hotel. 15 mins after expected collection I had to ring only to be told they cannot contact the driver. I then had to frantically ring taxi's in Niagra hoping to get a transfer that would take the 5 of us to Buffalo Airport. We had no choice but to take two taxi's at a greater cost and more inconvenience. We booked our transfer early July to ensure we would have a smooth transfer in a luxury vehicle. Not happy with the service at all!

The reason I gave the pick up from the airport a terrible rating is because no one was there to pick us up. There was another man there for a different customer. He was from the same company that was going to pick us up and put me in touch with the manager of their company. They had been trying to get in touch with me for two days. They did not have my cell number and had the wrong flight number. He had another SUV that had just dropped off a customer and had him turn around and come pick us up. This was very stressful.

I set up a return in advance to go back to Buffalo airport from Sheraton hotel I contacted them through WhatsApp to ask him questions they didn't respond I told them that my flight leaves out at 5:30 a.m. then I later let him know that I needed to be picked up at 3:30 because they didn't respond I wound up calling them to confirm everything and they said everything is taken care of that they will be there to pick me up well they wind upsetting my pickup time for 3:30 p.m. and blamed it on me when it clearly states that my plane leaves at 5:30 a.m. they never contacted me to say that they were sorry offer a refund or anything which shows that they don't care about customer service or negative reviews.

Bill was excellent! He arrived early, made a coffee stop for us, gave us some local history and places to see while in Buffalo. Fun experience!

Our driver was there to greet us upon arrival and early for our departure which was wonderful. He loaded our luggage for us and was there to open the doors. The conversation was also nice with tips on must see sights. He was also a Steelers fan which was an added bonus.

The driver was 40 minutes late… driver got lost trying to find the bridge to America… driver took wrong turn at the airport and had to circle around to get to the departing gate…

Albert was awesome! Picked us up at the Buffalo airport and took us to Marriott Fallsview on the Canada side of Niagara Falls and then picked us up again on our return trip. I booked the return trip super early when I booked it online because I've had bad experiences with other services in a couple of other cities but Albert was prompt and friendly. It was such a pleasure to fly into and out of the Niagara Airport. It is a 2 min walk from the parking lot into the terminal, and because they only have one flight going out at a time, the lines to check in and through security were short. We were at the gate waiting for our plane 20 mins after leaving our car! Can’t beat the convenience!

This is the best way to get to and from the airport. They picked us up on time. They drove safe to the airport. Much better than using a taxi.
