After we got into the wrong car that had waved us to them, our Viator driver called me immediately and we were able to return to our location and exit the wrong vehicle and get to the correct vehicle. It was scary and we were thankful our aviator driver was helping us. He explained why this sometimes happens and how to prevent it from happening again.

The driver arrived earlier than expected. When my adult daughter and I went down to the registration desk of the hotel we were staying in fifteen minutes before the arranged time, he was already seated there waiting for us. Our arrival at the airport was just as timely.

<p>Rude unhelpful driver, no information on where we were meant to meet the taxi as there were multiple exits at the Hotel.<br/> When arriving at the Airport the driver almost refused to unload our cases until we had tipped him!</p>

<p>I have used Carmel Shuttle service several times in the past years and this is the first time that they let me down. I had to call twice and the car was 15 minutes late. The driver was fine and I arrived safely. Thank goodness I gave myself extra time because going through customs took longer than I anticipated. Thank goodness I have global entry too. But I was not satisfied with my transportation service. I will think twice about using this service in the future. Viator offers wonderful options, but I am writing to the company also.</p>

<p>I would not recommend this transfer service at all. You book through Viator, then you are required to fill in an online form to the local supplier again providing all the same details and call them to confirm at least 12 hours before pick up. Despite doing all of these things, the system failed for me and I was left waiting on the pavement with my bags resulting in my calling an Uber which cost CAD 35, about 20. I also ended up spending about 25 on calls from my mobile phone which in Canada are very expensive plus it took a little something away from what was a really great trip.</p>

<p>Picked up on time at our hotel. Driver was polite and friendly but seemed to be in a rush to meet his next pickup. Drove perhaps a bit too fast for the snowy conditions.</p>

<p>Driver was almost 30 minutes late. I was outside waiting 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup and he said he drove by many times. Not true. He also said he tried calling several times, yet my phone showed one call, 10 minutes AFTER the pickup time. Called the provided and that was just as bad. 30 minutes on the phone to be transferred over and over and having to retell why I was calling. No customer service values at all. Would rate this a zero star if it were possible!</p>

<p>fantastic service I asked how to go to their site at the airport and no problem, the driver is polite and the car is clean. he even set up the pick up at the hotel to go back to airport</p>

<p>Directions on how to aquire driver were not accurate, took a little leg work to figure it out.</p>

<p>Be careful when booking-we booked the car as it took 3 adults - so we had 3 cases. Driver came said he wouldn't take us as had loads of baggage -we had 1case each plus 2 ruck sacks. Then told he would take us and cost us an extra $25. Spoilt start to our holiday plus arguing on phone-sorted in end</p>

Driver unapologetic offering lame excuses. A taxi is $55 my advice is to take a cab as this company is useless</p>

Would expect a private shuttle to provide a driver with a name board waiting in the arrivals area, more so when you also have to pay extra's for tolls etc. Also driver more interested in his tip size than to provide the level service to deserve one</p>

<p>Was rather disappointed as we were dropped off metres from the footpath and then had to cart the luggage from the road.Travelling with my elderly mother with a number of suitcases didn't make the experience pleasant.</p>

<p>this was a nice treat for my wife .spoilt by having to wait for vehicle.when it did arrive I had to pay extra for his parking and I don't mean the agreed 15 dollars .this ruined the trip.</p>

<p>Very good, they where early so that was good. Just a pity that they didn't pick us up when we arrived in Toronto. We rang and confirmed the booking but nobody was there to pick us up, in the end had tp pay for somebody else to take us to the hotel. Must admit when they remember they are on time</p>

<p>My initial phone contact with Viator from the UK to the USA to confirm our pick up arrangements was appalling. The operator was abrupt and rude. His customer service skills were non-existent. Our arrival was held up by a large queue in Passport control we were charged a fee of $15 for this by the driver which we were not expecting as it was out of our control. Then he charged us an extra $20 as a tip we presume and as you are dependent on him coming back to pick you up how can you refuse?! The driver drove like a maniac whilst on his mobile phone through heavy traffic in Toronto and as we had 3 unbelted children in the back of the car this was unforgivable. The car was not big enough for the 5 of us we were expecting a minibus but got a large 4x4 with 4 of us crammed in the back hence not enough seat belts. Overall I think the service was an unsafe rip off as we could have got a safer minibus taxi in Pearson airport! I would rather he hadn't turned up! My advice - cost verses safety no contest - don't risk it. It is illegal to drive whilst on the phone in Toronto. An accident waiting to happen.</p>

<p>they turn up on time but you need to phone 24hrs prior to departure. There was one phone number on the voucher did not work so I tried the other and it worked. So don't use the first number writtne on the front of the voucher but the second number on the last page.</p>

<p>We have used Viator for airport transfers for year and have always been satisfied. The driver was very nice and on time. His vehicle, however, reeked of smoke. This is not a good thing !</p>

<p>Driver was a bit late and made up the time on the drive to the airport. Although it was not a big deal, it does make one nervous when you have a very early morning plane to catch.</p>

<p>Once my driver arrived at my hotel, everything went smoothly. He was, however, late in arriving, which he explained as having been stuck in a long line waiting to turn left owing to construction blockage of some lanes on the road near my downtown hotel. I can understand this, but I was still a bit anxious when he did not arrive at the appointed time. The bellman tried to call the toll-free number on my voucher, but no one answered. He then called an alternate listed number with an Area Code that was not local, and was informed that the driver was 5 minutes away. We did arrive at Pearson Airport well in advance of my USA destination flight, but I would have appreciated notification of the delay. I had organized this service so that I could pay in advance and not have to exchange more currency than I would actually need, but the hotel bellman advised me that I could have taken their car service to the airport with the charges placed on my hotel bill. Had I done this I would have left when two other conference attendees departed for the airport, which was almost half an hour before my driver arrived. He was a nice man and drove safely, but I could not rate this trip more highly owing to the tardiness without notice.</p>

<p>We had the same driver both to and from the airport. We could not have met a more friendly, courteous and capable driver. On time and the ride was totally smooth and efficient. Worth every cent!</p>

<p>Driver arrived on time at 5am and dropped us off to 2 separate terminals at the airport as our family was departing from separate terminals.</p>
