One Hour Aerial Tour Of Toronto And Niagara Falls With Iflytoto

The photo on your website does not represent the actual flight experience. With six passengers, seating was extremely cramped. There was no space for a tray with champagne glasses. Although the plane had 8 seats, even 6 average sized adults were uncomfortable in the cabin. A/C worked weakly part of the flight and not a all other times. Passengers fanned themselves with emergency information sheets to circulate air. Flight departure time was changed by phone more than once. No tour over Toronto was included as promised in your online listing. There was no "glass of champagne in the air" as advertised. (Some other passengers were offered a gift bag with a bottle and plastic glasses but we were told we did not pay extra for that gift. Is Viator aware that you are billing guests for services that do not occur? Pilots offered not one word of narration, not even alerting passengers that plane was over the falls. Interior of plane was in poor condition and seatbacks had trash left behind by previous passengers. Overall, this flight experience disappointed and certainly did not resemble what you describe on your website. Please correct your description so others are not misled.

Plane is old , no ac, chairs not comfortable, glasses windows too foggy, flying too far away , views not really clear.paying almost $600 US dollars ,can’t even enjoying, sweating my ass off . Bad experiences.

This was certainly an experience to remember - what an incredible afternoon! Our pilot Deep was very reassuring and thoughtful. He told us exactly what to expect and made sure we were alright which made the trip very enjoyable. The ride itself was nothing short of exhilarating with fantastic views of Toronto and Niagara Falls - we highly recommend it!

Our pilot was excellent and the was ride smooth. We did the Cessna 172, which was older, but ran smooth. If I did it again I might have done the six person option in the bigger/faster plane. Mostly to get an iconic luxury photo inside.

Plane was definitely not new. The plane looked nothing like the picture. Nothing exhilarating about this "adventure." Not a good enough view of waterfall.

It was a pretty windy day and operator communicated with us on time to ask if we are fine to proceed with the flight even though it could be very bumpy during the flight. The pilots were very professional, take off and landing was smooth despite the gusty wind. The only bad comment is they advertise the champaign during the flight and we were not offered it during the flight.

Massive thanks to Nick and Luke, who put a lot of effort in making this trip happen after having had a massive snow storm the previous night. We had stunning views of the Lakeshore, the Niagara Falls and Downtown Tornado. Nick had suggested to extend the flight to 1 hours 30 minutes which gave us enough time to take fantastic photos. Just in case you’re planning to fly in winter time, make sure to be really warm dressed. ;)

Great views over Niagara, but no Toronto flyover — just a glimpse during landing. The staff were friendly, but the office was difficult to find, as there was no signage at the terminal.

We had an absolutely brilliant time in the air. Our pilot was lively. The ride over the falls was spectacular.

This was a very bad experience. First, we booked a flight at 2pm, but the merchant asked us to change it to 3:30pm at 8pm the night before, and then to 4pm the next morning. After we agreed, the photos we took on the plane were completely different from when we bought it. The plane was very old and it was very shaky during the flight. I suggest that those who want to try it should take motion sickness pills.

Plane is very small and cramped. Photos and view are great. If you're comfortable with a tiny 4-seater, you might be fine.

My hubby and I booked a 1hr ride for our 20year anniversary, was my first time ever flying!! We were upgraded to a private flight that was 1hr45mins definitely worth the extra $! Len our pilot was great, explained everything for us that might happen on the trip, we even got to see a Jays game from the sky! Amazing views around the lake ! Would definitely book again!

Awesome experience. Really recommend it for a quick and simple way to see the falls and Toronto. The wind was pretty strong so it was a little bumpy out and back in but most of the flight was really smooth. Both pilots were great - friendly, calming, good fun. Be aware that the check-in is not in the main airport. Come to the airport and at the roundabout just before the airport, walk to the right of the building, all the way down the right hand side to the back of the airport - you will see a left turn with a Porter sign - turn left there and the entrance is the second door on the left. Highly recommend - great price for a great little trip.

I wanted this to be so much more. It was an interesting experience and we are mostly glad we did it, but it was underwhelming given the huge expense. I would not pay that type of money again now that I know what to expect. Details: There was a very long walk on snow covered ROADS shared with vehicles around the back of the airport, with no signage or help to find the departure point. I can’t understand why there wasn’t a shuttle or some other pick up arrangements to get us to the departure point. We had to wait longer than expected to take off, (we understand they had flight delays but found out after we arrived) and there was NO information shared during the flight. I just happened to notice when we were over the falls and announced it to the other passengers. Only those on the right side got a good look out our windows. We had expected the plane to turn for the left side to have their better view, but it never did. Then we went back. The whole experience was “okay”.

We chose to upgrade to a two-hour private flight from Toronto to Niagara Falls and back, and it was worth every moment. If you ever visit Toronto, this experience should be at the top of your agenda. They have canceled before just 2 hours. Called me before the 2 hours and said that due to weather conditions we can not fly. I mean why you have to inform just before 2 hours. So, that you can’t cancel the reservation

We had a great time with pilot Dennis, very professional, comfident and friendly. It was a very memorable experience for my husband's special birthday. I would certainly recommend it! The views were breath taking! It is a bit expensive, especially because I did not notice the price were in US dollars, not Canadian. Also it is unfortunately weather dependent, especially in the winter months, other seasons dont even hesitate. That being said, our flight took place on time, was smooth and really enjoyable and exciting! I would highly recommend the experience!

We enjoyed the flight experience very much. Our pilot Emily, helped ensure our whole flight process went smoothly and took some wonderful photos for us as well. She was very accommodating in terms of timing and let us take photos of the plane and airport before and after the flight. The takeoff and landing process went so smoothly that we didn’t even feel the plane takeoff/land. I’ve never flown this low before. Seeing Toronto and the GTA at this vantage point was such a unique and amazing experience. We also opted to see the Scarborough Bluffs as well and it was nice to see it from a new vantage point that I hadn’t experienced before. We are glad to have experienced it before Buttonville closes. The experience was great. Need few additions for example water bottles, cheap shades, etc. Smooth operation by the pilots. Heads up; it’s a 8 seater with compact seats - big guy like me might struggle little bit with the leg space. However, it’s a 1hr journey. Enjoy. Loved it. ❤️ My girlfriend was nauseous but she loved it. 5 stars for sure.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE MONEY AWAY. This company is front for thieves. I booked my initial trip for Jan 2, 2023. Its now September 20th and I still have not been able to use what i paid for. 30 min prior to them cancelling the first time, i got a text saying i should upgrade. i decline. 30 min later, the flight is cancelled due to bad weather in Toronto. That was one of the clearest days ever. Rebooked, a day before, called to cancel due to bad weather in Hamilton...(and its always the same guy that calls Nick). Its been literally 9 months, in that span of time i couldve had a baby, yet cant take a flight for 1h. Many times ive asked for a refund (this is where they show their true colours). They basically say they cant eat the cost but the customers should. It sucks that people work hard for their money and company's like this are stealing it. They are no better than the scammers on the phone. $560 just gone and i have nothing to show for it.

We have just landed from an amazing trip around Toronto and Niagara and it was one of the best experiences I've done. We did a private tour of Toronto and Niagara for a 2 hour flight on a smaller aircraft which was definitely the best option. After having to reschedule due to the poor weather the other day, the team did all they could to accommodate us considering we leave Toronto in the next couple of days. We knew ahead of time after reading the information that they only operate with good weather and we were willing to take the risk. Overall, we were able to get this amazing flight with Iflytoto with great views and the friendliest team.

If you are asked to switch from the plane that is shown to a private plane with just your party of 2- ask to see a picture of the plane. We were VERY disappointed with the aircraft. It was far from the luxury experience we were expecting.

I upgraded to the flight with just the pilot & our party of two. The upgrade was $75 each & was advertised for an extra hour. For a total of two hours. First I need to stress the pilot was doing what he was supposed to do. However the plane was basically falling apart. Terrible experience! The seat is broken, the interior side wall panels are pealing off the plane. It was a hot day so the plane ride was hot as well. ( No AC) would not recommend the upgrade. We did have nice views.

Got cancelled last minute due to the weather and no refund refered to agreement which I didn’t see anywhere in viator when I booked . So I paid over $800 for nothing

We booked a 1h flight Niagara Falls 3 days before take-off. Call in the morning of take-off-day with offering a private flight as upgrade for 75 CAD p.p. (instead of up to 8 passengers) or an 2h tour. We did not want that either. Second call 45min later, that the weather could be bad at 4 pm, if we can start at 1 oder 2 pm. No problem for us, although it was already 12... As compensation we should be rewarded with a private Tour (small Airplane) and a glas of Champagne. Furthermore it should not be possible to get to the Niagara Falls because of cloudy weather... We were astonished and not amused, because the weather was in best conditions with no changes due the day announced - no clouds at all!!! Sunny Day and no winds! So we were at the airport in time but nobody of the staff in place - even 15 min after take-off-time. So we called again and they told us to do it remotely and the pilot does the rest-payment (tax an 30 CAD per person). It will be not possible to access Niagara Falls!!! We wanted to cancel if the flight could not go to Niagara. That would be not possible and they cannot influence the weather conditions. Have a look at our picture..... We were told to take a look at the cancellation terms... We took off with a delay of 35 min and of course there was no Champagne. ;-) The flight was 1:45 in the small plane. GREAT!!!! So our conclusion is: - only 2 pers. booked - smaller plane as planned - longer flight time - try to shorten the time of flight (just City Tour; changing time; bad weather...) - maximize profits So be careful what they tell you and try to offer you with changings/upgrades! Advantage to whom??? Over all: great experience, awesome views - and no clouds at all ;-)

Beautiful views of Toronto and was definitely worth seeing. The only disappointing part was the tour was supposed to go to Niagara Falls and we didn’t end up going to the falls. Otherwise, enjoyable experience.
