This was a wonderful experience! The views were terrific. However if you try to take pictures there’s a glare. Loved being enclosed.

Itinerary
Head to the entertainment promenade of Clifton Hill, where you'll find the Niagara SkyWheel rising 175 feet (53 meters) high, making it Canada’s largest observation wheel. Step inside an enclosed gondola for a ride that lasts two revolutions, or about 10 minutes. You won't have to worry about getting too hot or cold in the climate-controlled cabin, just sit back and take in a 360-degree view of landmarks such as Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, the Niagara River and Niagara Parks. A recording tells you what's below, helping you get your bearings as you look out at both the American and Canadian sides of the falls. For another perspective, ride the Niagara SkyWheel at night as the Clifton Hill promenade sparkles with lights.

It was a really easy process. I provided a print out of my purchase at the ticket counter. Be sure to go to the ticket booth closest to the Sky wheel. The lady took it and provided me with a ticket. No issues whatsoever. The views are amazing especially if you can go at sunset or night.
We booked the Sky Wheel in Niagara Falls and absolutely loved it! This is a must if you want a see the falls from above. Amazing views!!
A very nice ferris wheel with cool views of the falls (make sure you sit facing out to the falls). Surrounded by the Clifton Hill midway, this wheel gives the kids plenty of time to see other places they want to go to next. But the line moves quick and the ride is relatively long, so overall not so bad.
Really enjoyed the views of the Falls and surrounding area. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend.
This is another great view of the falls. It offers a unique picture of the falls as well as other area attractions.
Big ferris wheel, great view go to ride just before 9:30pm and youll be up top when the fireworks go off over the falls, just a tip
We really wanted to all do this. It was a Thursday night so it wasnt that busy and we didnt have too much of a line. It was accessible for the disabled members in our group. The view was okay. Our only complaint would be that the windows were so dirty you cant really take any pictures.
If you're visiting Niagara Falls for the first time, the SkyWheel is a popular sightseeing experience, particularly if you want photos and a different perspective of the Falls. The nighttime ride can be especially nice because you can see the illuminated Falls and surrounding area.
The area is very crowded and not very friendly for people with walking disabilities. The ride is extremely short and we never did a full rotation without stopping. The views are gorgeous. It’s worth it but difficult to manage someone with a walker or wheelchair, even though it’s described as disability friendly. Definitely go, but don’t expect a smooth or long ride. You will love the views.
It stops more than it goes around. Great if you want to see things from up high but not a great ride
Nice 10 minute ride. Certainly worth it to see such a view of Niagara Falls. I would highly recommend everyone doing this.
A convenient way to buy tickets for an event. It seemed to offer a reduced rate at one place I used it.
It offers a pretty good view if the weather is clear. A different perspective that you can’t get from walking around. You get 3 to 4 loops but was told it’s a 10 minute experience.
The skywheel was fine, but Viator needs help. Customer support was terrible. I would just go directly to the booths and buy tickets on site if I were to go again
My daughter couldn't wait to go on the ferris wheel. Safe and protective from the weather elements. A nice experience.
The busiest time it seems was at sunset but it's understandable since the view is amazing. One thought though, since the cars do not seems to be cleaned often, there are spiders in the corners.
Great staff! Very helpful and clear. Beautiful ride to see the falls. We got to see the fireworks while in the ride. You gotta see them going off below you, unique experience!
The sight was beautiful and when timed with the fireworks at the Niagara Falls the experience was beautiful
Awesome have seen views of falls both in daylight and evening, so pretty at night, the long lines move quickly to get on ride 👍
contacted viator since was pouring rain and lightning in the area - as well as tornado warnings! no response. So we missed this attraction with no help from them at all
Great experience super fun. Nice way to see the falls. The line moved quickly. Only downside was parking.
Great views and a lovely ride. Get there early (10am) and beat the line, and you might even get lucky enough to go around a few extra times.
Fun experience. We were able to see the Clifton hill and the falls from all sides. They rotate about 4 times so you have multiple chances to take photos. The lines were short and fast at 11am.
It definitely was a beautiful way to see both Canadian and American falls without spending alot of money
We came here as part of the Clifton Hills fun pass and it was a good experience. We came at nighttime so we were able to see the falls lit up, which was pretty cool. The line was long, but we moved through it pretty fast surprisingly. They load the Ferris wheel completely up (there’s 42 cars with 4-5 people per car), then you go around about 3 times, so you’re on the ride for a pretty good amount of time. I would recommend doing this!
Such a pleasant ride and view of the Falls!
I enjoyed viewing things. I took many pictures.
We went early in the morning on July 1st and were able to get on without any wait. The view of the Falls was obviously amazing. But the Skywheel didn't really add anything to that experience. There's not much to look at from above other than the standard Falls view. The area is surrounded by parking lots. The view through the gondala window also leaves a lot to be desired. It wasn't very clear and could have used some cleaning and buffing. Overall, I'm glad to have done it once. But I don't see us paying for it again.
Visiting Niagara Falls for the first time. We did the Sky Wheel. Very cool to see the the city from up there. I would recommend this if you are visiting the city for the first time. We might go again to see the view from at night.
It was fun and we could see a lot of the city. It was very reasonably priced and close enough to the downtown hotel where we were staying.
A nice activity to ride the wheel. Quite expensive for a quick visit but we were lucky there wasn’t a long wait when we visited at the end of May.
Will love the experience when we do it. Somehow when I bought the tickets for June 4th they somehow got cancelled and changed to June 3rd. Just noticed it because an email said “today’s the day”. Trying to contact you kept sending me to a blank site. We are hoping to straighten it out when we get there.
Everything is perfect , we saw a great Niagara Falls wives and Niagara city.
Yep we were tourists doing the wheel. It was fun. The views were amazing!! The falls were so cool seeing them from up on the wheel. Frank the operator was very pleasant when getting on and off. It is such a beautiful view!
It was great! You could see everything and there was no wait when we went so we got to go around a few extra times
This attraction is only worth getting on when the weather is clear and sunny. It is nice to experience the view but I would prefer the Skylon Tower view over this one. You rotate around about 3-4 times. This would be a one and done for me. I would save my money next time.
Beautiful view of the falls in a nice gondola. Be sure to put this on your to do list when you visit Niagara.
We enjoyed this activity. Great view at the top. It only made 2 rotations but still fun. We waited for 15-20 minutes in line on a Saturday night before we got on. So not too bad.
We went on the sunny Victoria Day long weekend. The lineup was not long and the views were great. The boxes are a/c controlled. At night it may be a bit chilly so a light sweater may be helpful. The ride went around 4 times. We realized we did not print out the voucher and were worried due to other reviews here. The ticket counter accepted the e-voucher & printed us tickets without any qualms.
Its exactly as described. We went to the ticket booth to claim our tickets with a print out, got the tickets and got on the ride. You get 3 or more rotations depending how busy they are. We got 4 or 5 rotations. Great view of falls. Trip advisor tickets cheaper than buying them there. You can go anytime they're open to claim your tickets and get on the ride.
It is a fun experience to see Niagara Falls from the air. We went in the evening to see the falls lit up. Even in a bit of drizzle it was good.
It is a great form of entertainment for children. I was with my 10 year old grandson and he really enjoyed the ride! As did I!
Our experience was awesome, the first time we’ve viewed the falls from the Canadian side A MUST SEE for anyone planning on visiting Niagara Falls. The sky wheel’s view was great, the ride was not too fast just a beautiful view of the area. The attendants were pleasant and helpful. The sky wheel’s price was inexpensive.
Great view of the Falls and area.
Located on Clifton Hill the Skywheel has a view of Niagara Falls you cannot see anywhere else. The climate-controlled gondolas make this a year-round ride. The gondolas are for your party only you do not have to share with strangers.
We got this in a package with a wax museum and put put. A great option for visiting the falls in the wi tee. Go at night and see the light show from the wheel!
I bought the tickets and then the wheel was closed when we went to ride it. We were unable to use the tickets.
We bought tickets online, and exchanged the online voucher for the actual tickets once we were there. The tickets they gave also had coupons for other stores in the Clifton Hill area, which we were happy to use! Super easy process.
Beautiful views. Went around approximately 5 times. Got dozens of great pictures. Found a $7 Canadian parking lot only a few blocks away. Great experience!
