Our guide Bill was great and very knowledgeable about the region and history. The stops gave you enough time to enjoy the tastings without feeling rushed. Niagara on the Lake is a lovely town. Highly recommend.

Chester our driver and guide was very knowledgeable a safe driver and a friendly guy, we had a lovely few hours, we knew what we were booking but maybe do 2 instead of 4 vinyards so you get more time in Niagara on the lake for lunch and to look around.

Johnny O was a great guide/driver. Group was small and van was comfortable and clean. We learned about the wine in the region, visited 4 wineries, and then had free time in Niagara-On-The-Lake. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves his job. The fee was a bit steep, but we would never visit 4 wineries on our own in one day (particularly with no designated driver and definitely not a driver who knows the area and the local wine industry). Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this tour! All 4 wineries were smaller family owned which made the experience more intimate and memorable. John was our driver and he did a fantastic job with stories, background and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this tour!

Chester was our guide for the wine tour. He did an amazing job, he really knew his stuff! Each of the wine tours were excellent in their own right.

I did not get the opportunity to go on this tour as it was cancelled less than 12hrs before start. I am writing this to rate the Customer Servive as customer service before, during and after a tour is extremely important and forms part of the overall experience. When I read the email that the tour was cancelled ( around midnight on the day of the tour), I immediately sent an email requesting a reason and refund as this information was not provided in the message I received. I received a response before 8am that morning ( Thursday) with the person very rudely stating that they dont expect a response from me after hours or on weekend and that they were responding at their convenience ( I am assuming this meant they were responding before 8am to me). I did share that when I sent the email, there was no expectation on my end that anyone would respond outside of working hours and that the time they spent sending me this message I still didnt have the answers to my questions. I then received a series of screenshots of messages purportedly sent to me, which I never received.

Most amazing experience. Chester is an awesome guide, looked after everyone with great warmth and care. Not a single winery disappointed, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Niagara on the lake wine tour. We went to four wineries and had tastings of four different wines at each winery. Additionally,we had a very in-depth and informative tour at one of the wineries and very much enjoyed a charcuterie board at another one. We had time to have lunch and poke into a couple of quaint shops in Niagara on the lake.Our tour guide Bill, was very friendly, a safe and attentive driver, and shared a multitude of history and facts about several wineries, and all the monuments in the area. We were gone about six hours and definitely got the bang for our buck!!

The overall booking experience was easy and reassured with friendly introduction text from Johnny O. Upon meeting our host, he was energetic, positive and excited to treat us as VIP for the day. He is well educated on wines, Niagara area, and industry. We all felt entertained, well cared for, and safe for the entire time we spent on the wine tours. I think the cost is well balanced based on the length of the tours, transit included and all the behind the scenes entry that we had during each site visit. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to see the area, taste new wines, and meet new friends!

Johnny O shared stories, knowledge and experience of wines, sober driving skills, and excellent organization! We appreciated the pick up at the hotel and help with our boxes of wine throughout the day and at the end of the tour. Memorable day!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful driver. He took us to 4 very unique NOTL wineries. It was unrushed and very casual. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.

We had 4 winery stops plus a surprise chocolate factory stop. We also had time for lunch at Niagara on the Lake. (The lake is about two blocks from the Main Street so don’t forget to go see it! It’s beautiful!) Bill let us know how much wine was allowed back into the states so we could purchase accordingly. He wrote our names and hotel on each of our purchases so we could get them back at the end of the trip. It was great not having to keep them with us the whole day. The day was long, but the timing was just right at each stop. We got back to our hotel with time to rest before dinner.

Our wine tour was a wonderful experience, thanks to Bill. We had a great time and enjoyed the four wine tours and as a bonus, Bill stopped at the Chocolate Factory!

Excellent tour. Visited 4 Wineries and had multiple tastings at each. No pressure or expectation to purchase at any location. Met two great couples from Wisconsin and Millwauke . Had lunch in Niagara-on-the-Lake before the last winery. Our guide/driver John was exceptional. Both entertaining and extremely knowledgeable he really made the experience one not to miss. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone looking for this type of tour.

We had such a fantastic day celebrating our anniversaries with Bill !! He really knows about the area and gives you lots of insight. Also brought us to 4 fabulous wineries and a wonderful trip downtown Niagara-on-the-lake where we were able to have lunch and do a little bit of shopping. Would definitely recommend this company and Bill as your driver.

Great tour and good value for money as well. We got to see 4 wineries with 4 tastings at each (the first winery was very cute but bad wine, the second Between the Lines was great... Third Pelliteri Estates was also good and had a tour and then you get a lunch stop in Niagara on the Lake to view the shops and grab a bite. Wish we could have had about 30 more minutes here, however most of the group made us late 30 minutes so we were at the bus waiting for them... and the fourth winery Reif Estates felt a bit rushed. Our guide Bill was nice.

This is an amazing tour - the shuttle picks you up right from your hotel. We did 4 wineries and had a lunch stop in Niagara on the Lake for about an hour and a half. David was our driver, he was knowledgeable, very accommodating and funny. There were facts and trivia that David provided that was helpful in our tour. We definitely would choose this company again in the future.

The wine tour was excellent! It provided the opportunity to taste different wines from 4 wineries. The presentation were informative. Each winery had a uniqueness to it. Our first winery was a smaller family owned, “Between the Lines”. We were given different cheeses 🧀 to pair with the wines 🍷. The owner did the presentation. Our 2nd winery was Philliter. This winery was the largest. It boasted many awards. We visited different parts of the company. We were introduced to Ice wine. The process of ice wine was described. We ended up purchasing ice wine at the 3rd winery because it was $70 here. At the 3rd winery we went to Caroline’s. The ice wine was much more affordable there. I believe it was $25 Canadian a bottle. Then we went to lunch at Niagara on the Lake. Super cute place. Would have loved a longer visit. Filled with flower gardens, restaurants and boutiques. Last we the Konzelmann winery. What I liked best was the picture taking opportunity in the vineyard. Our driver Bill was amazing! Super cool guy! Great personality! He even made a pit stop on a chocolate stop on the way back. Do not remember the name of the shop but we were provided samples of the chocolate. Some people in the tour purchased some chocolates but we didn’t . A bit pricey and we had already purchased some wine. I recommend this tour. We had a spectacular day. We were lucky to have Bill as our driver and the 3 other couples, in the tour, were very nice as well. A day I will always remember 🍷🍷🇨🇦💕🥰 meant to write my review early but had misplaced the little card and happened to find it now.

He made sure we had our knowledge of wine 101 before visiting the vineyards Also, Johnny D was very intuitive to our group and what we would like and catered his presentation to us.
