Marko was right on time to pick us up at the hotel and was an excellent guide. He blended humour with information about the area which we appreciated. One of the couples on the tour actually got engaged at one of the wineries, which made the day even more special. Marko remembered our dinner reservation and had us back to the hotel in plenty of time to make that. He also worked with his boss to arrange a ride back to Toronto for us. Thanks Marko!

We toured on a Thursday in late September. Beautiful day. Our guide Bill called us the afternoon of the day before to confirm pick up at 10:15. On time pick up and back home just after 4:00pm. Perfect. We visited 4 smaller wineries rather than big ones which was great. 3 of the 4 were really good for wine tasting. Our last stop, not so great. Lunch break after 3 wineries in downtown was good. Niagara on the Lake is a lovely area. Well done. Would highly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience on my winery tour, and a huge part of that was because of our wonderful guide, Marko! 🍷✨ He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. He did a great job explaining everything along the way, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Marko’s personality really made the tour stand out. He kept things fun and engaging while still giving us so much interesting information about the wineries and the wine-making process. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that made the experience even better. If you’re considering this winery tour, I highly recommend requesting Marko as your guide. He truly helped make the day memorable, and I would absolutely do this tour again!

Our wine tour and stop in Niagara on the Lake for lunch was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide John was very knowledgeable and fun allowing for the perfect mixture of guiding our group but allowing us to explore the town independently. I would HIGHLY recommend this if wanting to explore the region for a relaxed wine filled day!

Bill was a very gracious host. He took very good of us and made sure we were comfortable. It was a pleasure having him as our host and driver.

This was a great tour. 4 wineries and time to stroll in the town. Michael was a great guide. We had fun people to tour with. The wines were great. We missed our text on pick up time but Michael phoned and we were off within 2 minutes.

This was easily one of the most disappointing wine tours I’ve experienced. The entire day felt disorganized, rushed, and poorly managed. Several guests were late for pickup, which put the tour behind schedule right from the start. Unfortunately, instead of recovering, the entire day continued to feel rushed. The first winery was a major disappointment. We were essentially tucked away upstairs in a tired-looking room with a joke of a charcuterie plate and left there for far too long. It honestly felt like we had been forgotten. Pillitteri was no better. Our very young guide seemed completely overwhelmed by our group of 16 and lacked both the knowledge and personality needed to engage a large group. The experience felt flat and uninspiring. Reif Winery was the highlight, with some genuinely good wine and sampling, but even there we were rushed. We were then given only 1 hour and 15 minutes to find food in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Forget shopping or actually enjoying the town — there simply wasn’t enough time. The final stop, Bonna Terra, was actually very good, but once again we were rushed through the experience because the guide needed to get everyone back to eight different properties. The biggest problem was the guide. There was virtually no personality, enthusiasm, or effort to make the day memorable. A wine tour should feel relaxed, enjoyable, and informative. This felt more like being moved from one location to another while constantly watching the clock. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We left feeling like we had spent a lot of money ($400) for a rushed and poorly organized day. I would absolutely not recommend this tour or company and would not book with them again.

We all had a great day at Niagara-on-the-Lake! We had three fun wine tastings with a small charcuterie at the first location, then lunch in town and we finished up with one last winery to complete our day! Mr Bill was great and we appreciated him driving to and from Ontario so we could sit back and relax! We highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing day on our tour with Marko! My sister and I joined a 4some from Switzerland. We were picked up on time at our hotel and visited 4 diffetent wineries. We enjoyed a charcuterie board at our first location. A full tour at our 3rd location. We had an hour of free time in town for lunch and shopping. Overall an excellent tour!!

It relaxing and most of the wines sampled are good. Tour guide knowledgeable. Our guide Bill was very nice and knowledgeable and also willing to discuss other things than just the wine tour

Wonderful time - it was a really fun group. The wineries were all great and the guide (John) was wonderful. It was rainy and he made a point of parking where we could get out of the rain. When he couldn't he held the umbrella over us - so nice.

Bill did an excellent job of taking us around a six hour wine tour through Niagara on the lake. He’s a very good historian of the region and was very funny.

We visited four family owned vineyards and enjoyed every minute! The wine was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. John our driver was entertaining and knowledgeable of all the vineyards we visited. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide Marko was extremely knowledgeable about the area and history or the wine region. He was able to make a number of wonderful wine suggestions. The winery line up was great with different sized wineries, selections and so many tastings. At lunchtime we were able to stop in Niagara on the Lake, which was very beautiful! Thank you Marko for a great day!

John called the day before to give me instructions on where to meet, confirming everything and to tell me exactly what time he would pick us up. This was so helpful because we missed an entire tour the day before because they didn’t do that. John had wonderful entertaining stories along the way. Visiting the wineries was great. The 4 we went to were very different and all were fun in their own way. The bus we were on was clean and comfortable. This was so fun, I highly recommend this!

Michael was a great tour guide and we enjoyed the wineries. There are some areas for improvement I would suggest for this tour. >Only one of the four wineries provided cheese and crackers with the wine tasting; which I feel is important. >It would be nice to see 2 wineries before our Niagara on the Lake stop and then 2 wineries afterwards rather than 3 and 1. >An hour stop at Niagara on the Lake is not enough time to see all it has to offer so I recommend going to the area again.

John was the best guide! We had a great time going through 4 different wineries. My grandma is in a wheelchair & John helped her in & out of the van everytime and put her wheelchair up. There was plenty of wine included, the ice wine was amazing! Would definitely recommend this experience!

We enjoyed the tours of the various wineries in the area. Our tour driver Bill was quite knowledgeable of the area and gave lots of historical tidbits.

Had a wonderful time with our daughter and her husband. It was our Christmas present from them. Our driver was Johnny O, the guy with the orange tie. He made the trip so enjoyable and we had lots of laughs. All of our presentations were amazing. We went to Palatine Hills, Caroline’s and Riverview.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on this wine tour of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We did the tour on a Monday in December so it was just the 2 of us on the tour. Our driver Chester did a fantastic job keeping us engaged on the drive from our hotel in Niagara Falls to the wineries and back. He had plenty of interesting knowledge of the local history. Our tour took us to 3 wineries; Riverview Cellars, Caroline Cellars, and Palatine Hills. While we knew we would have samples to try, we were pleasantly surprised to learn we were able to choose the samples we wanted. We were able to choose between 3 and 4 samples at each winery. The Riverview Cellars winery also provided some cheese and charcuterie to pair with our wines. We really enjoyed chatting with the staff about the wines and wineries. This was a bit of a surprise as we expected to receive our samples and mostly be left alone after that. It was a pleasant surprise to have the opportunity to engage with the staff as much as we did. At the first winery, we sat at a table where we ordered our samples and drank them. The final 2 wineries saw us ordering and tasting at a bar where we could chat openly with the staff the entire time. We enjoyed the samplings so much that we purchased many wines from each winery. If you are looking to tour some of the Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries I would highly recommend one of these tours. You get transportation to and from your hotel, a driver with good local knowledge, and plenty of really good samples to choose from.

It was a ladies’ trip and we had a wonderful time during our wine tour. Bill, our driver, was lovely and gracious. Second time on a wine tour, first time with this company— I can say I had a better experience this time based on the selection of wineries we visited.
