We had an incredible experience on the Winery Guys tour booked through Viator! From the start, the communication prior to pickup was clear and seamless. Our tour guide, Guy, was exceptional, informative, courteous, and attentive throughout the day (even giving us a hand out of the van at every single stop!). The three wineries were fantastic, and the charcuterie board was the perfect mid-day snack. We also loved the stop in the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, where we had plenty of time to explore local bakeries, do a little quick shopping, and grab a flight of beer at the brewery. To top off already outstanding service: I accidentally left my bag in the van at the end of the day. The company reached out immediately, and Guy personally brought my bag back to me. Talk about going above and beyond! I highly recommend this tour with Winery Guys. If you book, make sure to request Guy as your guide—he’ll guarantee you have a fantastic trip!

We were told that the tour bus was picking us up at our hotel in Buffalo.. that did not happen, you had to cross over to Canada and meet, however everyone in Canada was picked up at there hotel. The first winery on the tour was the Best! The others, just ok. Lunch at Niagara on the Lakes was a charming beautiful town but needed more time there.

It was an amazing experience! We really enjoyed our driver, Guy, who was very knowledgeable about the wineries that we've visited and giving out a few fun facts about the areas. We had a fun group and it felt like a family outing. At each of the wineries the guides were absolutely wonderful and passionate about their craft, further enhancing the trip.

Very good trip and tour guide. Second winery tasting was noisy due to other groups in the room. Host seemed disinterested and robotic. Third winery was brilliant with behind the scenes tour of the wine production.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at niagara on the lake, and we had a blast! pickup from the airbnb was super convenient. and the quality of the wineries were amazing! The views were spectacular. Our tour guide Mo was wonderful. He was kind, thoughtful and informative! Thanks again for making mom’s birthday special.

Visit to 3 wineries with a lunch break in downtown NOTL. Mo was a great driver & very interesting and informative on key landmarks & history of the area. Would do it again!

We enjoyed the tour. We would’ve liked more time at Niagara on the lake shopping area. Our group of California cab girls, and we were a little disappointed with the wines at all the wineries.

Konzelmann tour was disappointing. Tasting room was too busy, they should consider dividing up the groups. Tim our guide was great very knowledgeable.

We would definitely recommend this tour as it was a lot of fun and very informative. Our tour guide Jamie was totally amazing! He was a plethora of information and facts which made the ride super interesting. Probably one of the best tour guides that we have ever had and we’ve been on many many guided tours.

Everything was really good, just make sure when the charcuterie plate will be served, we understood it was at the second winery instead it was offered at the first.

Mo was truly the greatest…He ensured that we had the best experience at each location…wasn’t pushy or rude…He was our first tour guide on the trip and he made it extremely worth it…enjoyed everything…

There were six of us who visited mid September 2026. We had an amazing day with perfect weather, and outstanding service. We were picked up at our hotel in a luxury van and chauffeured from Fallsview to wine country by the knowledgeable, gracious, and funny Mo. Mo provided us with information about history, the wines, the bridges, trails, and so much more. We visited three wineries and a lovely town lined with shops and eateries. I highly recommend this tour. The wineries even provided special accommodations for a member of our party. There isn't much walking but there is a lot of standing and some stairs so combining mobility impairment with wine tasting could present a challenge.

Our group was about ten people. Got picked and dropped at the door. The guide/driver is friendly. The van is good too. Belows are my experiece at each winery: - Reif Estate Winery: only wine samples tasting. No tasting guide, no factory tour, no wine pairing. TBH it was disappointed. - Konzelmann Estate Winery: tasting guide+wine pairing. The steward is friendly but a little bit too chatty. We did not have enough time to finish our tasting and were pushed to the van. - Pillitteri Estates Winery: the only one that had fatory tour which is great. Overall it was fun, but consdering the price I expect more.

Great wine tour experience with Winery Guys. They took us to lesser known wine locations in NOTL and we got more than our money’s worth with the samples (ask and they will let you try the lesser known reserves!). And Jeff our guide was excellent.

The whole trip was amazing and immersive! I would love to do it again.

This was a guided tour of 3 winerys plus a stop off at niagra by the lake. It was a brilliant day. The guide moe was very informative and the first two winerys were very good but the third was superb with a tour of the wine making facility plus tasting I would highly recommend this trip. Ice wine.. who knew !

We had a wonderful experience ! Our driver Mo was fabulous. We were picked up at our hotel. Mo took us into each of the three wineries and was waiting for us when we were done. There were 8 of us in total (6 others already in the van) and we completely bonded! Of the three wineries, Pillitteri was our favorite! Great guide, great wines(chilled red ice wine-who knew). Great tour of the facility.

Great and knowledgeable tour guide with interesting wineries, but tour seemed to have been more focused on icewines. However, for the price, we were expecting more than just the one winery offering a Charcuterie with the wine tasting.

We had a fantastic time on the tour. Mary was a superb guide and the trip was run with care, precission and good humour. She made everything so easy, from picking us up at our door to recommending places to eat. Each of the wineries we visited was unique and the the consultants who looked after our group were fantastic and a credit to each of the respective businesses. We particularly found Oscar in Reif to be great with the group and really informative. I would thoroughly recommend the tour. It was a great day out, offered good value for money and was a brilliant way to experience wine country without having to do any work!

Everything was well planned and carried out. Guide let us know at the start which wineries we would be visiting. He also let us know we would have some time to explore the historic district. Guide was knowledgeable, pleasant, and attentive to our needs. He gets a 5 in our book. Great activity for a day’s worth of enjoyment without the hassle of driving, arranging tours, etc. on our own.

Our experience was awesome . We had an amazing day. We booked with The Winery Guys. Our tour guide Mary was the best. She really made the trip from pickup, to taking pictures , to sharing background history of the wineries and the various areas we drove thru to the downtown shopping and lunch stop. Just the best! That the driver was very knowledgeable keep us informed about the different winery in and around the area, the staff was v÷ry hospitable and was passion about the work. They also was very knowledgeable

Our recent winery tour was great. We booked directly with the Winery Guys and Kevin was our Guide/driver. There were 3 other couples on the tour with us. Kevin provided some history about the region and made the tour fun; great personality. We visited three wineries. The first was the Konzelmann Estate Winery where Donna was our sommelier. Donna was very knowledgable and provided anecdotes during the tastings. We were provided with a private room for the group where we tried several wines paired with a charcuterie board. Donna was fantastic. Of all the wineries visited this was our favorite. The second winery was Reif Estate Winery where again we were given a private room for tasting. The tasting went well, but found that it was scripted; a bit rushed. The third winery was Pillitteri Estate Winery. We were given a variety of wines and ice wine to taste. The tastings were done in an open area with others, which made it quite noisy. Our sommelier was great and we were given a tour of the winemaking facilities which was very interesting. At all the wineries you were able to purchase various wines as well as other items. Booking a tour with the Winery Guys allowed us to enjoy the tastings without the worry of having to drive. I would highly recommend booking a tour with them.

First and last pickup from Niagara falls meant 1 hr in bus each Way. Driver was good last tour was excellent.

Konzelmann winery was excellent. Reif wasn’t bad. HOwever, wasn’t fond of their wine tasting selection. Pillitteri winery wine tour was very informative. However, the other tours were very noisy and distracting. Could have scheduled better so they didn’t overlap each other. Our driver Mo was excellent.

We were picked up at the hotel exactly at the arranged time. Our guide Gaetano was very informative and helpful during the entire tour.

Be aware I booked this tour cuz it says pick you up at hotel. Only if you staying in Canada I was able to select hotel in USA side even though didn’t happen able to accommodate us clear to rainbow bridge to catch tour and communicated to us so we weren’t blindsided. That said we thoroughly enjoyed the tour!
