Niagara Falls: Small Group Tour Of American & Canadian Sides

Excellent trip, absolutely stunning views, guide very knowledgeable. Go prepared you will get wet, but so worth it for the experience.

We had the small group tour but it ended up being only the 4 of us. The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and kept us on schedule so that we could see all the sites of Niagara Falls. Great experience.

This tour incorporated everything you need to experience on the Canadian and USA side. It was great. I highly recommend it. Completely worth it. Frank was great and informative.

We had a great time on this tour. Frank was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He was very personable and knew how to get us the best experience. We started on the American side and went to the cave of the winds. I would not recommend it for someone who could not walk on slippery surfaces. We had a ball. It was very windy and the falls were blowing. We also saw a movie and went to the new staircase that was on the other side of the falls. It was great too. Then we went to the Canadian side and went to the whirlpools, which were beautiful blue. We then went to the Skylon. We enjoyed seeing the falls and the surrounding area from way up high. After that, we did Canadian side “Maid of the Mist”. It was a ball. You can stand in the middle of the boat underneath and not get wet. We stood on the side and loved the waves in the water. We had a great laugh. The tour was wonderful. I would recommend it.

This was a once in a lifetime experience! We came to Niagara Falls for our 40th wedding anniversary and this tour did not disappoint. Our guide Stephanie was so knowledgeable and she felt like a family member once we were done! Our tour was so exciting and again a wonderful experience made better with Stephanie. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing day with Cheryl! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She was fun to be with and made our whole day worth every penny!

The Mr. and I only had one full day in Niagara Falls so this comprehensive tour worked well for us. On the tour we were able to see the falls every which way possible. Above (Skylon Tower), behind (Journey of the Falls), and in it (Niagara City Cruises). Yes, we could have done each of these activities on our own but we enjoyed the commentary and insight Huzaifa was able to provide along the way.

We had a great tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. We saw attractions that we would not of seen on our own. Going in the Autumn was the best time to go, there wasn’t any lines or crowds and the leaves on the tree were beautiful.

Edin was a great tour guide. His videos that he made of us are priceless!! We highly recommend this tour. We learned so much about the Falls and surrounding areas.

Abin was awesome! Be prepared to walk or even run at excursions in order to get everything done on time. This is not a leisurely pace but we got to see everything we wanted to see all in one day without having to worry about driving or parking. And skipped the lines in customs. Highly recommend!!

The small group tour was definitely the way to go. It was a combo US/Canadian tour and a great experience. Manish (Manny) was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Alot to see and learn from the guide was beautiful sights lunch at the tower was good and very friendly

Abin was on time for pick-up at our hotel and he took very good care of us the whole day. He got us to some of the busiest sites early so we didn’t have to stand in long lines waiting to enjoy the Cave of the Winds or the Maid of the Mist boat ride. He was knowledgeable and kept us moving. He was also good at taking pictures of us at the various sites we visited.

I would recommend this tour. It covered everything I wanted to see in a one day trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area. The Skylon Tower has just amazing views. Top it off with a good relaxing lunch with a view. Well worth the money.

You will get very wet. Amazing experience. Stephanie was accommodating and very pleasant. Crossing border was expedited with this travel tour. Lunch was well timed. The view and the food were great.

What a lovely day we had exploring Niagara Falls. We ventured to both the Canadian and US sides of the falls. Our guide Frank was both knowledgeable and fun. We were very lucky to be the only people on this tour and saw everything we wanted to see and had a blast. Fully recommend this tour

Informative guide (YIHU) kept us informed from before the tour started to during and a nice thank you message afterwards. As it was a quieter time of year and only us booked on, it turned out to be a private tour! Collected us on time from our hotel and we proceeded across the rainbow bridge to the US side. 20 minute wait to get an I-94 visa as our existing ESTA were not sufficient. Proceeded to US side of falls with short video and then issued with yellow ponchos to enjoy a close up experience. Got the chance to walk around the park some more to get the best pictures including rainbow’s. Then back across the bridge to the Canadian side, drove up to the whirlpool falls where again Yihu provided interesting facts. Next was the included lunch up the revolving Skylon tower which was very tasty (salmon) and filling, great views of the falls as well. Then back down to ground level for the boat trip up into the falls. Had lots of laughs as we couldn’t see anything and were thoroughly drenched by the end but really enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely recommend the excursion and good value for money especially with lunch provided. Overall great way to experience a number of different ways to see Niagra falls from both Canadian and US sides in, above and on the falls.

Cave of the Winds, boat trip, lunch at the tower. So nice to have a driver to guide us. Glad we got to see US as well as Canadian side. All went smoothly from pick up to drop off

Me and my husband enjoyed this tour being able to see the falls up close and personal from every angle was amazing our tour guide and the group we were with was awesome and the lunch at skylon tower was good we both had steak.

Great experience. We did everything we wanted to do. The excursion was very comprehensive with all the attractions we wanted included. A fantastic meal at the top of the tower overlooking the falls. Dimetri out guide was very helpful and friendly, making the trip fun and easy. Would strongly recommend the excursion if you want to have a fun day around the falls.

Our guide was amazing! He made us comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about a wide variety of topics. We were able to ask all our questions. It was a wonderful time and beautiful trip. We learned so much!

Nick was awesome. We would have never accomplished all of this without booking this tour. Lunch (buffet) in the tower (Canada side) had the absolute perfect view. Crossing the border both ways was smooth & no waiting. The van was very comfortable. Pick up & drop off location was at a casino front door. Just a perfect day even though we got wet twice!

Overall, this was a great tour! Our Guide and Driver, Yihu, was on time, enthusiastic, informative, and fun. The timing was just right: not too long, not too short. There are a lot of stairs around the Falls, so travelers with mobility issues will not get up and down all the stops, but it is not that bad. Lunch Buffet at Skylon Towers was a nice treat, and the view from the observation deck is amazing. The boat ride - City Cruises (FKA Maid of the Mist) was fun. I admit I stayed indoors for most of it. Too Wet! But fun to watch everyone else get soaked! Note to Guests: Bring a change of shoes or waterproof footgear. The van was comfortable and felt safe (especially compared to some I have ridden), but I noticed the passengers in the very back could not hear our guide very well. Note to TripShepherd: Maybe some kind of sound system? But that was minor. The Tour was overall great. Thanks!

Great day of touring Niagra Falls. Lunch at Skylon Tower was a great bonus, what a view. Only issue we had was it was difficult to hear and understand our guide because we were in the back of the Van.

Frank was our tour guide he was very amazing!!!! Our group was three couples and we were a perfect match for this tour.

Our party took the Niagara Falls tour on 10/07/2024. Frank, the man in the kilt, was our guide. He was FANTASTIC!! He had so much great information. We had the best time. I would do this trip again. Highly recommend.

We and our tour guide enjoyed seeing the falls from both sides. The day was nice. We would do it again.

Our guide was great! He went out of his way to make sure our experience was great. He helped us switch our boat ride tickets because he found out that we had done the Maid of the Mist before. So we got to do the tunnels instead and got to see things from another perspective. We also liked being able to tour the American and Canadian sides. It was nice to get both perspectives. The Cave of the Winds was the best part—just make sure to wear sandals or water shoes and be prepared to get soaked! There are ponchos but we were soaked from mid-thigh down. We absolutely loved it!

If you want to experience all the key attractions in a day this is for you. Yihu was an excellent guide giving us the time we wanted at each attraction. Small group made it more personable. Lunch at Skylon was another attraction along with excellent food. 👍👍

Our tour with Eric was amazing Because he came from the Canada side it took a few extra minutes to get to us on the US side and he was great at updating us We immediately jumped in to our tour by climbing under the falls You will get very wet at GOAT park falls The whole was full of great information and laughter. The lunch at the skylon was delicious and the view was amazing This tour is well worth the price I would do it again in a heartbeat

Great experience! We were picked up at 9:30 and didn’t return until about 3:30 so expect to have a long day. Great driver Zihu. Although pricy it is very well worth. Lunch was also great!!

Loved seeing both sides of Niagara Falls. Tour guides were informative and on time at all stops, with the exception of the pickup( 15 min late). The lunch buffet at the tower was great and a good time was had by all! Would definitely recommend this tour, you get a lot of bang for the buck! Only complaint was one of the trainees with the tour did not smell very clean and in a small van, that’s not enjoyable. But really, we did have a great time.

This was the most amazing tour! We wanted to get the most out of our day, and this tour was it. To begin with, we had the very best tour guide possible, Jimmy, who made our day extra special. He has extensive knowledge of the Falls, all the attractions included in the tour, and all the surrounding areas. His tips and suggestions made our experience so special. We enjoyed every attraction, our transportation was comfortable, and Jimmy became like a friend. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can request a guide, ask for Jimmy!

The all day Niagara Falls trip which included the walk behind the falls, a helicopter ride, lunch, and a boat ride was beyond amazing. What was even better was our tour guide Vince. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was so friendly! Our tour would of not have been as memorable without him!
