You will get more than you paid for! Very knowledgeable guides. We felt very safe and the guide delivered us right where we needed to be.

This was the BEST excursion! Our guide “Asheem” ( forgive me if I spelt it wrong) was so kind, informative & personal. What a lovely time he gave us. Everything is scheduled, and you don’t miss a thing.!What a beautiful tour! Worth every penny. We even had a 15mo old baby who started to get cranky & our guide was so accommodating. I wouldn’t book with anyone else!

This was great. I even think our tour guide added a few extras. Gave a lot of history. Very knowledgeable of many things and was clear if he didn’t know he’d find out.

Absolutely amazing!! My husband and I loved every stop on the trip. Tour was on a small bus and there was 8 people all together. We were able to pass lines if there was one. The skylon, journey behind the falls and the boat cruise were as expected. We definitely got wet on the last two. Our guide shared history about the falls as we took the short drive to the whirlpool and the floral clock. He added a stop at maple leaf to taste syrup on our way back to town.

Great mix of excursion activities and high-quality treatment throughout. I had been to the Falls before, but the Journey Behind the Falls was new and fun. The Boat Cruise was a great experience, and ample time to enjoy each segment. Overall, very pleased with the total experience.

BG tour was great! We had changes with our hotel and they were great in agreeing to pick us up at the new location with little notice. He took us by a couple of spots to see not scheduled but on our way which was a bonus. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Expect to get wet under and in front of the falls. Waterproof shoes/boots help. Limited time for shopping which was ok with us.

Our guide was informative, courteous with a light hearted sense of humor. We took a ride along the river and saw the sites and got some history with a couple of points of interest stops, one being a maple syrup and chocolate tasting. Be prepared to get really wet on the boat! The views from Skylon and Journey Behind the Falls were fabulous.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with BG Tours Canada, and I would especially like to applaud Bernard for making the day so enjoyable and memorable. Bernard was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and multilingual. He knew so much about Niagara Falls and the surrounding attractions, and his explanations made the entire experience even more interesting. His professionalism and ability to communicate with different people made the tour feel very smooth and comfortable. One of the biggest highlights of the day was the Niagara helicopter ride — it was absolutely amazing and so much fun! Seeing Niagara Falls from above was a completely different experience and definitely something I will remember. A big thank you to Bernard and BG Tours for an amazing day. You must do this if you go to Niagara Falls. A fantastic experience. Great value for money and a trip you will remember forever. Thoroughly enjoyed getting soaked from the spray of the Falls. The tour around the area, and the view from Skylon Tower were sensational.

Our tour guide Afshin was great, very professional, humorous at times, and knowledgeable. The tour delivered on everything that it advertised. Although it was not a problem for us, the only issue could be that it started later than the post time and ended way later Afshin said it was mostly a problem with the crowds that day and lines. Was not a problem for us because we had nothing else scheduled, but if we would have it would’ve been a potential issue. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Excellent tour, well worth the money!

The guide was extremely helpful and full of information. The tour lasted longer than the 4.5 hours. We are so pleased with everything we did.

The tour was great. Very fun and our guide Ashin was the best! He gave us a wonderful tour and lots of information.

When we signed up for this tour it was listed as four hours with the same stops listed here. The tour was listed as going from 9 am to 1 pm. We were given a pickup time of 9 am. Here is how our tour went 1. We were picked up at 9:20 am. Twenty minutes late. 2. The bus was extremely small and uncomfortable and not suitable for a four hour experience. People were literally packed together in 4 person rows. Tall people did not fit in the seats nor did larger passengers. As the last to board, I ended up sitting over a wheel well with no clear place to put my feet. This ended up being quite uncomfortable 3. After pickup, we immediately headed away from the Niagara Falls area to a “maple syrup tasting” not on the itinerary. We returned to the Niagara Falls area at 11 am. We were two hours into our tour time and had seen none of the promised stops. 4. We then saw the Behind the Falls attraction which was excellent and where went in on a priority line. We then took the Niagara Falls Boat Tour which was as advertised in terms of where the boat went. However, we did not have priority tickets which meant we were the last to board the boat and did not have good views from the boat. 5. We were never offered the opportunity to do the Niagara Rail Line for which we were supposed to have a ticket. 6. We completed the Boat Tour and were back at our bus at 12:45., 15 minutes before the Tour was going to end. We needed to check out of our hotel at 1:30 (very reasonable for a tour ending at 1 pm) and start on a long drive. So we obviously did not have time to see the Skylon. Luckily the Skylon was very near our hotel and the driver was able to drop us at our hotel before going to the Skylon. We were dropped off at 1 pm which was good. 6. When we were dropped off, we had seen only two of the four promised attractions but had taken a very long and unauthorized ride to a retailer with which the tour operator clearly had a relationship (because they gave us discount coupons for the retailer). This tour wasted our time and money by providing half the promised experience and a long drive during which we could not see the Falls at all. All but 4 passengers on this tour (ourselves and two others) were coming from Toronto on a much longer (6-7 hour) tour of the Falls area. It appears that the tour operator tried to combine two different tours to our detriment. This was quite confusing all during the tour because the driver regularly gave different directions to the Toronto passengers than to us and it was sometimes unclear where we needed to go. The Toronto passengers seemed quite aware of the maple syrup stop but the four of us who started the tour at Niagara Falls were quite surprised because it never appeared on our itinerary. I would urge anyone reading this review to avoid the tour operator (BG Tours) at all costs. We certainly will

It was one of the best trips I have taken. Our guide was so knowledgeable and funny! He was so helpful and caring to my sister, who was not as fast as the other travelers.

Our guide Afsheen was excellent. A wealth of knowledge. Also, great sense of humor. My daughter in law and I did this event on our first day here. Set the tone for the rest of the time in Niagara Falls. We knew a bit more about where we wanted to go.

This experience was so worth it. We got to see and do a little of everything and not worry about how or when we get it done. You’re with your driver the whole time so I was able to leave my things on the bus and not worry about it. He told us things about the falls and each location he took us too. It was so wonderful.

Great tour! In one morning you get to see and experience the Falls from different perspectives. The boat up to the Falls is out of this world; a must do.

I challenged myself at age 69 to do a zip line and I wanted it to be in a memorable location. This was a delightful experience. I would do it again.

Make sure to carefully select a location for pickup and drop off near your hotel. I would also recommend the early 9:00 am time to avoid the crowds. You have about an hour at each stop which is sufficient enough to enjoy the moment while maintaining a schedule which allows you to maximize how many places you can experience while at Niagara Falls.

The experience was great what's the payment is made everything else is set just be at the spot when it's time to be picked up and get ready for an amazing time!

We met our guide at 9 AM. Easy directions for where to meet the group and pick up. Easy communication with our driver when we changed our pick up location. We highly recommend the 9 AM tour, as we avoided most lines and huge crowds as the day moved forward. The tour included the tower, the journey behind the falls, the boat ride, and other sites of the area thrown in. It was everything on our bucket list to see. We added the power plant after learning so much about it from our driver, and it was easy to fit that in our schedule on our own after our tour ended. GREAT tour without feeling rushed at each location. (9am to 1pm). We also loved our small group (near 10 people) rather than a large bus full of people! Afsheen (sp?) was a GREAT guide and took great care of us!

Was a great tour, our guide was so great. I forget the 1st name (sorry) but Mr Sheen, was so fun,knowledgeable, funny. And to top it off a handsome man,looking for that special woman lol.

Lots of positives- your guide knowledgable and friendly, your bus clean and spacious, stops included were great and enjoyable. The only negative was the timings at each stop were a little off. We went straight from the bus to the boat and were 10 minutes late back and missed the pick up time. We have 2 small children and only stopped for the toilet and nothing else. Very rushed last stop at Skylon tower with not quite enough time to take photos and explore. Would recommend

The tour was exceptional a trip of a life time. Tour guide was excellent. Why the low score? If we hadn't made a trip to find the pick up point given via email - we would not have found massive road works out side the Holiday inn. A call to Viator revealed a change in pick up time and venue. Had we arrived with no knowledge of the change in pick up time and meeting point, we would have missed the trip. The new pick up point and new time were emailed on the day of my enquiry straight after my call, the day before tour.

Brought us to the boat cruise, behind the falls, Skylon tower, maple fudge tasting, floral clock, whirlpool, American and Canadian dams. Knowledgeable about the areas. The boat cruise and behind the falls you get wet ponchos are provided. Each activity you were allotted time on your own to explore and enjoy.

Our family of 3 had a great time with our tour guide, Felix. He spent extra time taking us to the whirlpool and maple tasting. He was very knowledgeable about the area and attractions. Everyone's favorite part was the boat tour. The power of the water is amazing. We were surprised by the low cost of the 4 hour tour. Definitely recommend.

Our family of four had a wonderful time seeing the views from Skylon Tower, experiencing the power of the water with the Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Boat Tour where the mist soaks you. Afshin was the perfect guide and driver. He picked us up at our hotel right on time. He was kind, helpful, interesting, and fun. He made us feel very welcome. He gave us all the great tips for enjoying the sights and he kept us moving. Little did we know, being from Ohio, this was Civic Holiday, and the city was quite busy. We ended up changing our dinner reservations from 8 to 9 due to the long lines for the boat, but it was all worth it. I would highly recommend BG Tours and Afshin. Thank you for the memories!

Had a wonderful experience with Bernad and the BG Tours team from Toronto to Niagara Falls yesterday. Bernad was very knowledgeable and a friendly face throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend this tour to anyone.

I could never have gotten my kids to all of those without the tour guides assistance and the fast lane on all the different chores. It was excellent

Great experience. Worth the money. We had drop off door and front of the lines for the most part. Our tour guide was amazing. Great 5 hours!

The tour was excellent! Being picked up and dropped off at our hotel was lovely. The guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew where to go and what to do at each stop. It’s a little pricey but worth avoiding the hassle of booking each attraction separately and having to find parking at each location.

Great experience. It is worth it to get a tour of the area with a great guide that is very knowledgable of the history. The walk under the falls was fun. The boat ride into the falls was exciting. The Skylon Tower was a great way to see a panoramic view of the whole area.

Our guide Afshin was the best. He gave us so much info about the falls. He kept us all entertained. He took our pictures. Helped us get in and out of van. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Afshin.

I was refused entry to my tour despite having a valid booking. I booked this tour through GetYourGuide and arrived at the designated pickup location on time, exactly as instructed in my confirmation email. I showed the tour guide my booking confirmation, which clearly identified BG Tour as the tour operator. The tour guide repeatedly asked which company I had booked through. I explained that I had booked and paid through GetYourGuide while continuing to show him my confirmation email, which clearly displayed BG Tour as the tour operator. Despite seeing my valid booking, he refused to let me board the bus. He then told me that I needed to apologize for saying the “wrong company” and ask him to let me on the bus. I found this humiliating because I had done nothing wrong. I was simply trying to join a tour that I had paid for. During the interaction, he also told me that he knew which country I came from and said, “Go back to your country.” I found this comment deeply offensive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable from someone working in the hospitality industry. When I took out my phone to record the interaction, the bus driver came over, checked my booking, and confirmed that my ticket was indeed valid for their company. However, he explained that he was not in control of the tour and could not override the tour guide’s decision. The driver told me that another bus would arrive in about 10 minutes, but the tour guide insisted that no one was coming. Later, I learned that the tour guide who refused to let me board was Bernad, the owner of the company. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I expected professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Instead, I was treated with disrespect despite having a valid reservation. No customer should ever be made to feel that they need to apologize or beg simply to receive a service they have already paid for. After this experience, I find it difficult to reconcile it with the many positive reviews I read before booking. My interaction with the owner was so unpleasant and unprofessional that it genuinely made me question whether those reviews reflect the level of service customers consistently receive. This is my personal opinion based solely on my own experience. I hope the company reflects on how customers are treated and improves its customer service so that no one else has a similar experience.
