Next, visit Table Rock Visitor Center for entry to the Journey Behind the Falls. Descend the stairs into rocky caves behind Niagara Falls, where crashing water echoes through the tunnels. Reach a ledge beside the falls, experiencing the awe-inspiring force of 3,160 tons of cascading water up close.

The boat ride and the tour behind the falls was excellent. The walking tour left much to be desired. Most of the time my wife and I could not hear/understand the tour guide. In addition, she wasted a lot of time doing/saying stupid stuff while we had to stand. Being 70 years of age I would have appreciated be able to sit while we wasted time. Please train the guides better.
Had a great time with guide Abym, who gave us personalised tour around Niagra Falls, with extras. Abym was great from the start & took us to journey behind the falls 1st, where Abym was very knowledgeable and friendly, then on to the boat trip into the falls, after this he took us to extra locations around the falls which was interesting and finished off with a trip to the tower with magnificent views, of which Abym was very helpful throughout taking good pictures. What an amazing experience! Our tour guide Nancy was energetic, enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable. This was our first time in Niagara & the memories we made will live on forever. The boat ride was incredible. Being able to experience the falls up close was the best! If you stand at the top you will definitely get soaked..but it was so worth it!! If you’re hesitant; don’t be! Journey Behind the Falls was slower paced but still really cool to hear and be able to see the force behind the falls. Would highly recommend.

Niagara Falls was amazing. The weather and time of year was perfect for the trip And our tour guide, Gil was friendly, kind and helpful. He told the most interesting stories and it added to the experience.

Prepare to get wet and cold! It’s a short trip but a memorable one to take. A lot of walking, which was a little difficult because we’re older, so be prepared for that. I recommend it and we had a great guide.
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour. Irene was fantastic. My wife and I were told to stay on the Canadian side and we were not disappointed.
We had the best time!!! Seeing the falls up close and personal was an experience of a lifetime. Our tour guide, Linda, was very personable, knowledgeable, and made it that much more special. I highly recommend paying the extra for VIP status, as my husband and I felt it was worth it :)

Our experience with Val was great. She is very organized. The process for boarding the boat and behind the falls was very smooth. Val is very passionate about what she does and it shows and made it that much more fun. She gave us great tips on how and where to get the best view due to the time of day and sun. Definitely recommend! Had a GREAT experience.
We avoided the crowds and learned so much. Our guide was knowledgeable and patient. It was a small group and that was nice.
Tour guide- John M was excellent. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Had more layers of clothing than a needed thanks to the beautiful weather so needed extra protection to keep dry on the boat. Guide John was prepared. See some lovely rainbows
We did this guided tour recently and it was a fantastic pick very informative, we were able to get on the boat first and go to the very front so we got breathtaking views of the falls. Our tour guide Kevin did an awesome job tells us everything about the falls and sharing jokes. Well worth the purchase!

Our guide Tim was excellent and very knowledgeable and was a joy to have as our guide. Loved the boat ride and was an awesome experience! Was a little disappointed in the journey behind the falls as we didn't realize it was going to be so crowded and tight in the tubes and tunnels and long lines for the elevators. Very claustrophobic!
There is plenty of walking but also plenty of stops on the way. You will get wet, especially below knees and feet, plus the plastic hood can slip. Damp hair is all part of the fun. Your guide is very informative and gives many good tips to have a day to remember. Listen to him and enjoy.
We had a great time! So cool getting close up to the Falls! Our guide was the best! She was very informative and funny. The only thing is sometimes it was hard to hear what she was saying due to the large group.

This is not a VIP tour don’t be mislead like us. We paid for what they claimed was priority but we waited in line with everyone buying a standard ticket. Our group all got lost after the journey to the falls because of disorganized meeting spots.
Well organized tour that was super fun. We were able to see the falls up close from below and then behind and enjoyed some fun history along the way. Really enjoyed Peggy's energy and humor.

A walking tour which started on the Maid of the Mist boat to the falls. Yes, you get wet but its Niagara Falls. Tie a knot in the back of your plastic cape to stop it blowing up if you want to keep most of your top half dry. A walk along the path at the side of the falls with a local guide who kept us informed about the history off the falls and the people who challenged them. Then arrive at the view of the Falls which are tunnels to the side of the Horseshoe falls with and excellent view of the torrent of water coming over the falls.
Had a great tour with guide Val who provided a wealth of information and made sure we all stayed together as a group.

It was a really nice tour with Tim Kelly. Not much walking. You do get wet on the boat and staying on the left side of the boat (bottom level) is the best way to see the falls. Table Rock is really congested and you are in tunnels the entire time. Not good for people who don’t like small crowded spaces.
Our guide, Donna was excellent. She traveled at a comfortable pace, stopped & shared stories...excellent...ask for Donna.
