We had a great day out at Niagara Falls, all made easy by our friendly guide Haroon. Pick-up from Toronto was smooth and after about 1.5 hours we were at Niagara Falls. As there weren’t so many tourists around, Haroon was able to squeeze in another attraction for us, the Niagara Whirlpool cable car, which was certainly worth it to experience the force of the Niagara river. At the falls themselves, Haroon allowed us sufficient time to do the Journey Behind the Falls, the boat ride and the Skylon Tower and gave us some spare time for more picture taking and shopping for souvenirs. Tickets had all been purchased in advsnce, so we didn’t have to queue anywhere. All in all a great experience, which we would highly recommend.

A very full experience of the Niagara Falls with a good guide. All 6 stops were worthwhile and the different views of the Falls made for an excellent day out. We didn’t leave the Falls until 7pm so we were back in Toronto later than advertised but I wouldn’t have wanted any of the stops to have been shortened.

From start to finish this tour was fantastic - Pirapa was our guide and he knew his stuff not just about the falls but also Canada - he was a font of knowledge and happy to answer any questions. The falls are a must if you are visiting that area of Canada, there is maple syrup tasting first followed by the behind the falls walk (this was a lot of queuing for very little, personal view) which we felt was overrated but added to the experiance - if you suffer clastrophia the miss it. Lunch at the Sheraton was a buffet and a good choice, caters for all meat, vegan etc. with views of the falls. Then came the boat trip, highlight of the day has to be experianced, nothing can prepare oyu for the force of nature you witness. We were caught up in the WestJet cabin crew strike and had to move the tour date at very short notice, there was no problem doing this - higlights the customer service of the company Well worth the money, woll worth the visit - please do it and using Airlink you will not be disappointed

If you're considering a day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls, stop looking and book this tour. It was, without question, one of the best tour experiences we've ever had, and the value for the money was outstanding. Our guide and driver, Suthan, was exceptional from beginning to end. He reached out the morning of our tour, arrived early for pickup, and communicated clearly throughout the day. We were traveling with another couple who were visiting Canada and seeing Niagara Falls for the first time, so we wanted the day to feel special. Thanks to Suthan, it absolutely did. Rather than being packed onto a crowded tour bus, we traveled in a beautiful, spotless luxury SUV that was incredibly comfortable. It immediately felt like a private, personalized experience instead of a typical sightseeing tour. What impressed us most was Suthan's flexibility. He never made us feel like we were following a rigid itinerary. Instead, he took the time to understand what mattered most to our group and helped us build the perfect day around those priorities. We wanted to experience Niagara Falls, make it to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and still be back in Toronto by a specific time. He expertly managed the schedule, navigated traffic, and adjusted plans throughout the day so everything came together seamlessly. He also handled all of the attraction logistics and ticketing, which meant we didn't have to stand in lines or worry about where to go next. We were able to simply enjoy the day. We experienced both the boat cruise to the base of the Falls and Journey Behind the Falls, stopped at a couple of wonderful scenic spots along the way, and had plenty of time to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake, which was one of our biggest priorities. Because we hadn't seen our friends in years, we spent much of the drive catching up. Suthan seemed to immediately understand that dynamic. He gave us plenty of space to enjoy our conversations, but at just the right moments would point out interesting landmarks, share local history, or offer recommendations. It never felt scripted or forced. Instead, it felt like he was genuinely tailoring the experience to the kind of day we wanted to have. He was also incredibly accommodating with bathroom breaks, coffee stops, and anything else that came up throughout the day. Nothing ever seemed like an inconvenience. We had two different pickup locations in Toronto and two different drop-off locations at the end of the day, and he handled all of it effortlessly. I also want to recognize Airlink. We booked directly through their website, and the process was simple. Before the tour I called several times with questions, and every time someone answered the phone promptly and gave me clear, helpful answers. That level of customer service carried all the way through the experience. Suthan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. By the end of the day it felt less like we had hired a driver and more like we had spent the day with someone who truly wanted us to have the best possible experience. Whenever friends or family come to visit us in Toronto and want to see Niagara Falls, we won't even consider another company. We'll book with Airlink again and will absolutely request Suthan. He made an already spectacular destination into an unforgettable day. Highly, highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with Pirapa. He picked us up directly from our hotel and drove us to Niagara Falls in a very comfortable car. Throughout the day, he took care of everything, including organizing and purchasing the tickets for attractions such as the helicopter flight and the boat tour. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and he patiently waited for us while we enjoyed the activities. Thanks to his excellent service and attention to detail, our day was completely stressfree and truly unforgettable. We had a great tour with Airlink company and our guide Pirapa. We loved the tour because everything is well organized and you do not have to think about anything since they so it for you. I am talking about tickets, driving, parking, scheduling, time management. The guide was knowledgeable and very professional. We would do it again.

Apart from the cold weather, this tour is worth taking especially with less people and traffic around.

Great experience. Full day tour including maple syrup and chocolate tasting, Niagara whirlpool, followed by lunch at the Sheraton in the morning, and then the Niagara boat trip, Skylon Tower, the horseshoe view and flower clock in the afternoon. Kumar made the day even more special with his polite demeanor and great communication. Arrangements for every pick up and drop off made via WhatsApp. Everything taken care of for us meaning not a moment was wasted. A really enjoyable full day with every detail, every collection and every entry to an attraction completed without any complication or delay. 11 hours between pick up and drop off without a single complaint. A great experience. Our driver, Pirapa, arrived early and he was extremely knowledgeable. We learned the entire way there and back from Toronto to Niagara. We would recommend lunch at Trius Winery, and a good conversation with Pirapa!

Tailored experience. Plenty to see. Driver knows the routes and the local scene. Recommend for groups of 4-6. Better if you have some ideas of what you want to see and start early.

We were picked up promptly from our hotel and had a great day at Niagara Falls. We started with the helicopter tour, followed by Behond the Falls tour and finally the Maid of Mist boat ride. The late lunch (dinner) at Sheraton was very delicious. Our host, Pirapa, was kind enough to stop at Chai Paratha, at our request, before dropping us back at our hotel. Overall, it was an excellent tour!
