Niagara Falls Grand Helicopter Adventure

Great exprience. Still very pricy for the total time. As many people have written in their reviews, it is amazing to see such a place from up above. Me and my wife did this for our anniversary and we had seen the falls from the boat and the usual walk around so I thought it would be a once in a lifetime thing to try this. I knew how long the flight would be since I had read the reviews. The experience itself is really amazing, however i still think the value for the $ is a bit high. I understand what goes along with the safety protocols, maintenance etc but $500 for 20 minutes is still a bit too steep in my opinion even with the incredible views you get. Now putting that aside if you want to have this as a once in a lifetime experience and you can afford it I think you wont leave feeling bad about trying it out. The views really are incredible from up there. We had amazing weather, sunny and no clouds so the views we got were outstanding.

The experience of a lifetime - it was wonderful & worth every penny. My 82 year old Mum had waited a lifetime to see Niagara Falls and her first view of it was from a helicopter. This was such a special and magical experience

I agree that the views were simply awesome and when we reached the airport ground staff were good however the most disappointing part of this 20 minutes was the pilot who did not introduce himself , was completely disengaged and there was no communication or information about the trip the Canadian side and the US side of the Niagara Falls. Probably the pilot was having a bad day at the office. I wonder what was the use of the headphones?

Amazing company to deal with. Cloud cover day one so very quickly rebooted with no hassle at all. Refund offered if required. Very impressive.

Excellent staff and friendly pilot. We were scheduled for 11am but got there early, they took us up shortly after we arrived. The views were amazing and skies were clear with a very smooth flight. We were both so happy we did this experience together. I HIGHLY recommend this if you have the oppprtunity to do it!

We enjoyed the flight and the view. Very smooth flight but very short (did not seem like 20 minutes). Views were amazing.

We had to be flexible as there was rain in the area, so we got delayed from 10 am to 12 pm. But that was only for our own safety. Other than that it was 20 minutes of fabulous, beautiful scenery of all 3 falls. Highly recommended.

It’s was a dream come true more then i expected love it enjoyed every minute of it comfortable sits for 2.,took pic and video I will remember always !!!! Who know I may book again maybe in Toronto!!! Thank you to the pilot for the memorable comfortable 20 minutes fly! Thank you !😊

The staff and pilot were very professional. The visibility was not optimal on the day we flew due to smoke from forest fires, but once we reached the Falls we could see them clearly. Only wished it would have been longer 😆

People there are very friendly and accommodating The tour is very good but a bit too short. Supposed to be 20mins ride it it's only 15mins.

Flight was delayed due to low clouds which is ok. However, it is not 20mins. Actually, it’s right at 10min flight. It was nice but very fast.

The pilot was a great host and the helicopter was in great shape. The tour was excellent, lots to see on the way and the pilot ensured everyone on both sides of the helicopter got to see the main sights. Fantastic experience and well worth it.

Although brief (20 minutes flight includes 6-8 minutes directly over The Falls), it's an awesome experience with spectacular views that you can only get from a helicopter! Safe & friendly pilot & staff makes it even better. At every featured viewing spot (The Falls, Niagara River Gorge and Whirlpool Rapids), the pilot circles around from BOTH perspectives that provides passengers on both sides to get an opportunity for the best views and photos! He even "banks the turn" so that you're looking straight down over The Falls!! Only thing that could make it better is a longer flight and more time in the air to see additional sights, but that requires permission for a different flight path and a higher cost! What's FREE and could be added is more narrative from the pilot for better information and statistics about The Falls, Niagara River Gorge, USA & Canada cooperation, etc We were so blessed with a perfect weather day❣️

Be sure to call the morning of your flight because the weather can change quickly. We had to reschedule, but they were very flexible! The view is unsurpassed !!! You fly way south over the falls and river . Plus you get to see some beautiful countryside. Our pilot was great at pointing things out!!! There were 3 in our group, so one sat up front and 2 in the backseat. Pictures were easy from the front seat!!!

Parker and Tyler, thank you so much for making this experience happen, on arrival the sky was cloudless but unfortunately very low clouds quickly set in, we were given the opportunity to cancel, postpone or wait for better conditions, we said we would like to wait, in that case they said let us transport you to a nearby vineyard experience, all free of charge, after picking us up the weather had improved, we then had the most amazing flight over the falls, we were treated like royalty, can't recommend theses guys enough they were amazing and so was the experience, thanks again guys, Andy and Lynn
