The Niagra Falls day trip with boat ride was exceptional. Our hosts Sameer and Alex were very entertaining and had great humour and patience throughout the day curating and commentating on the sights and history of the region. We were blessed with gorgeous fall weather and lighter crowds as well! Our fave part was the boat tour! They mean it when you say you get wet, but it’s a blast!

Well rounded trip. We did the boat ride which was really the only thing on our must do list. Believe the tour guide when they say you’ll get wet. The Niagara town visit was nice. Could have spent more time there but it was too much time for my teenagers. Would make a good solo pit stop some other time. I appreciated your operator was on time and was a great communicator.
Interesting and informative, Peter our guide gave us lots of information on the area starting with Toronto and on our journey to Niagara.Once at the falls he quickly an efficiently guided us to the attraction and gave us clear information on what to expect and when to return to the coach. At the boat ride we boarded very quickly and had excellent advice on staying dry! The whole trip was fun, informative and interesting and there was ample time for gift shopping and for lunch. So glad we booked this tour

Luis and Lisa were amazing. Luis was a wealth of information, rifling off fact after fact of every thing we drove by. Lisa was a heck of a driver driving the large coach that sat us all comfortably with a washroom and air conditioning. They kept us on schedule and got us to each excursion with no issues. At one point one of the passengers was late to get on and they tracked them down ensuring no man was left behind. The tour was well worth the money and was an absolute blast. We would recommend this to everyone.
It is a fun day, and the Falls and the boat trip are a definite must-see. The time to spend in Niagara after the boat trip was generous. Some of the other parts of the trip are a bit rushed, especially Niagara-by-the-Lake (a 1 hour stop but you need to keep 15 minutes of that for walking from the car park to town and back). A lot of crawling in Toronto rush-hour traffic on the way back. Alex was a very good guide.

I appreciated the guide. She was very thorough. She made sure to keep track of everyone on the bus and that no one was lost in the process of different excursions. I like that she was knowledgeable about Toronto history and Niagara history. All of the guides were helpful and kind and very welcoming. It was really worth it.

An experience we'll never forget! It started with curb side pick up from our hotel and then off to the Falls. The bus ride went by quick with Alex on the mic and Sameer behind the wheel. We parked and Alex had The Horn Blower all set up for us getting the tickets and leading the way down to the boat. MAKE SURE YOU GET THIS OPTION! The Horn Blower will be something you won't forget and we had plenty of time to walk around and take pictures and enjoy the falls. After that they took us for syrup and chocolate tasting and then to Niagara on the Lake, which was a great final touch to the day. The bus ride back was quick and painless and we got the same curb side service drop off back at our hotel in Downtown Toronto. Toronto is a great city but visiting and not doing a day trip to Niagara Falls would make it incomplete. I highly recommend using Gray Line and I wouldn't hesitate to do this again. Thank you Alex and Sameer!

Visit to Canadian side of falls, including boat ride, behind the falls, whirlpool and Niagara on the Lake. All were excellent, apart from behind the falls which was very crowded, rushed and little to see in time available.
First time in Toronto and Niagara Falls was on our bucket list and I have to say it didn’t disappoint. From pick up to drop off and all the information from our guide and driver (sorry forgot the names ) was first class (18 June 2026). Highlight of the day was the boat trip to experience this was phenomenal as you can’t really put this into words you have to do it for yourself.
