This tour was honestly fantastic and worth the price. We did the Whirlpool then Journey behind the falls as well as the Boat tour, which all has their unique appeal when observing the falls in different ways. The maple syrup tasting was a nice touch also. Our guide Haroon was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the history of each spot and he really kept the trip fun and upbeat. Would recommend, especially to those limited to a short stay who wants a compact experience

Our very knowledgeable guide, Shahz, started the tour by giving us an overview of the day, and detailing exactly what to expect. Transportation from Toronto for our small group of 12 was quite comfortable and very convenient throughout the entire day. Shahz made sure that drop off and pick up points were close by the attractions and he was always there waiting for us. I enjoyed the stops we made, including the Floral Clock, the Maple Syrup Experience, the Niagara City Cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, Dinner, and Fireworks. Shahz was a wonderful tour guide. He was so attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the history of Niagara. I loved the small group element of the tour. It allowed us to cover the sights in a small group setting. The tour covered a maple syrup tasting, boat cruise, journey behind the falls and a few hours in Clifton Hill for dinner. We felt like we covered so much. The fireworks were a nice ending to the day. I was worried that a 1:00!pm start would be too late, but it wasn’t. We still had a full day and were able to experience Niagara in both the day and evening setting. Highly recommend this day trip from Toronto.

Great value for money. Haroon was a great tour guide. Everything was explained, timings, drop offs, pick ups, best places to take photos - lots of great tips on each stop off point which made the best use of your time.

It was absolutely an amazing experience. Niagra Falls was on my bucket list for a long time and our guide Haroon definitely made it memorable. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. He made the tour very easy and convenient. We were stress free as he handled all the ticketing to all the attractions. We were picked up in a black suburban and our guide was Suga. Most of us thought we would be picked up by a van with the company's name. Our guide was a good driver. We did not do the boat tour or the buffet at the Sheraton. We ate at the Table Rock and had a lovely meal. It was chilly so we chose not to do the boat or journey behind the falls. We enjoyed the maple syrup tasting and chocolates. We were there for only 15 minutes. My husband felt the tour was too long as we got back to Toronto late due to construction. The falls are beautiful during the day and very appealing at night lit up. The fireworks were nice and were 5-8 minute show. I don't think I would do this tour again. I think if this was my first time visiting the falls we would have participated in more activities. Since we did not; we just walked the grounds and we were ready to leave within the first 2 hrs. Our tour guide was nice; but I don't think we learned much from him about the falls.

Guide was very nice and helpful. He made sure our small group made it into each attraction together. Then he stayed with the van so we were able to leave our things on the van without worry. I expected him to provide more dialogue about the history of Canada as this was my first visit…unfortunately he did not. The van was clean and nice but it felt like it needed new shocks! Other than those two negatives it was a great tour! It was an incredibly full tour day and we also enjoyed a very tasty buffet dinner. I recommend taking light snacks as the meal is late in the day and we did not have a lot of down time between excursions.

Get experience with stops along the way to make more out of the day. Our driver was great at driving and explaining things along the way. Would definitely recommend.

As a tourist, I wish I knew beforehand that it would be a 9 hour day and that they were so many long stops before even making it to the falls. In all the guide was very knowledgeable and provided a good experience. It was worth it having a direct ride to and from.

Our time visiting Niagara Falls was really cool. We had an excellent guide (Shaz) who made sure the whole day that we were informed about what we saw, from the moment we left Toronto to driving around Niagara park itself. He outlined clearly each thing we stopped to do and made sure we always knew where to go to get picked up from by the bus. He was also able to accommodate us as last minute additions into an extra part of the experience which we hadn’t already booked. Overall I would definitely recommend taking a tour with this company, and recommend the boat trip around the bottom of the waterfall in particular.

Our driver, Haroon, was very nice, friendly, and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. We were running late, but Haroon waited for us patiently without making us feel rushed
